Chapter 11: Epilogue
Once the Cornerian Knights came back to the Flight Academy, they celebrated their victory with a party. While they were there, they spoke with Star Fox. The two teams had grown a mutual respect for each other, especially since the Cornerian Knights had saved the members of Star Fox who were held captive. In addition to that, they were given the number for the Great Fox by Peppy, advising them to call Star Fox if they wanted advice. Flora decided to hold onto it, promising to let her teammates use the number when they wanted to. The Cornerian Knights all agreed to do so, with Shelly giving Flora her notebook so that she could write down the number. The team even received an autographed hockey stick from Terrence Cornell, as a way of thanking them for their help.
When the party ended, everyone went home. A day later, Krystal partook in another magic show with Risotto. While her teammates were reluctant, being somewhat distrustful of the black cat, but they let her do so. Fox and Fara even attended the show, with Fara giving Krystal flowers. Meanwhile, Falco visited his father, speaking about the events. Ralph was shocked that his son was taken hostage, but he mellowed out when he heard about the Cornerian Knights. Fay and Miyu hung out with Bill, watching Alexander Richard Peterson perform at Corneria City Square. Slippy went out on a date with Amanda, who was happy to see him safe and sound. As for Peppy, he had decided to spend a day with Lucy, seeing as she was still concerned about him.
Giorno had been sent to death row, with the jury agreeing to find him guilty. As for the Zimmerman Brothers, they had gotten life imprisonment. In addition to that, the files concerning Tobias Granger and his projects were released to the public by the Cornerian Army. The people of Corneria, let alone the Lylat System, had been informed of a threat that was ended as soon as it began. Nonetheless, everyone was safe from any threats to the galaxy for a while. However, that would change in the next week.
A week later, a portal had opened up on Corneria, which caused a stir. In response, General Pepper called on Star Fox, asking them to investigate the portal. However, there was about to be a surprise behind the portal. That surprise would be something that would change their lives.
