Ch. Prologue and Ch 1

" So now for the important part which is that you, a creature that was either luckily or unluckily able to die and be chosen by the crystal to be reincarnated into whatever it seems fit. Now, you may be wondering what am I talking about and what crystal? Well to answer you I mean just the crystal that created reality itself! Ok so I hope your…. Well damn seems I'm running out of time…. So with the limited time I have left I will explain the history of the crystal and myself. This will be brief as I don't have much longer and I can feel the effects… I'm getting off track here… So to begin the crystal was originally what we perceived as an infinite amount of unique and different energies. As time went on these energies consumed one another until there were only 2 left made up of all the other smaller energies. These two eventually collided and eventually began to absorb each other but as time went on it became unstable leading it to become physical. After an unidentified amount of years it became a crystal After what assumed to be trillions of years of being compressed it began to shed a layer, this layer becoming unstable exploded into an unknown amount of particles which eventually became atoms and later created everything we know now. I was greedy during that time … and wanted to take it for my own use. Apparently the other peeled layer was still connected to it and led to it growing emotions. This is what led to anomalies such as alternate realities and other things of that nature. What i got instead of power was only the emotions, not the actual power nor any abilities. I now fear that these emotions are consuming me and I feel as if I am no long-"
To Our Main Character :)
For most of my life I've been happy but this morning was truly a different experience. Fear, an emotion I rarely felt coursed through me like a second blood.' That dream, was it really a dream?' I thought.
While preparing for school I had an ominous feeling that something was going to happen. Opening the door the first thing I see is a man taking a box from my porch. Seeing him I was about to confront him when...BANG… Immediately I felt a chill go down my spine. A tightness in my chest as I felt liquid pour down from what I assumed was my wound. In a second I was on the floor wondering to myself ' Was it really a dream or a premonition that today was going to be my last.' before everything went black.
Waking up I felt nothing, no sorrow, no pain. That was until the weight of what happened kicked in. In seconds I was left with no emotional control. Breaking down I only felt sorrow for my mother and father… and…. Wait... who am I? Why am I feeling like this? Have I always been here?

Waking up I immediately see a screen:

T?:A random ability or energy from 8.75E? different abilities and 3.45E? different energies. Can also grant abilities from T7-10(5.44E?) which can cost too much for your beginner abilities.(Can be leveled up)]
'What is this and how do I choose? Why does this look like a game? Who am I? Where am I? And most importantly is this real? Ya know what I guess I have no choice.' Thinking about what I was seeing I decided to think about my decision.'Creation sounds good but how do I know what I can create. I don't know if I can get this ability again. Destruction is out of the question, Like what am I going to be destroying? Atom what now? That sounds way too complicated and not to mention dangerous, so no. Both random element manipulations sound interesting but again I just want to live normally. Immortality is a big no because I wish to die and go to the afterlife with my family. I think I will go with "T?" cuz it gives me a chance to live out my life normally." Figuring out that looking at it and thinking yes chooses it I chose"T?" and It began to spin and spin….and spin.

Almost instantly I felt a funny sensation similar to ticking all over my body. After the sensation was over I instantly questioned what chakra was. As if listening the "system" called out:

Slowly growing with curiosity as to what would happen I did the unspeakable and looked outside. Outside it looked like any other city and I felt as if it was an anticlimactic scene outside.'Well that was kinda dumb I don't exactly know what I-'

Selecting yes I immediately felt my hand clutch and when I unclutched it a 50 dollar bill fell out. ' So it works. Since it works I wonder how to use "System Scan" and my… Chakra… I think that's what it was called! I sincerely hope I just teleported to a different country or some place still in the range of seeing my family…' Once again as if listening to me the System spoke:
|To activate System Scan say the word and focus on the world around you.(System Scan is a Word type scan and can only be used to scan and gain basic knowledge on the world you are in.). To use chakra simply imagine the energy. It is entirely possible to increase the limit to your energy and create attacks without buying them. If you choose to buy one or manage to win one it will be similar to common knowledge to you as long as you at least know how to manage that energy|
'Ok well then let me try and concentrate….' After concentrating for a few minutes I was getting annoyed."Damn thing isn't working! I must be going insa-"

|Completing Missions and Dungeons(Locked) Will unlock levels and may give abilities. Traveling to New Planets may bring riches. System points are a currency that can be used to upgrade skills and abilities/Energy Potency or be converted into Credits(1 System Point= 900 Credits) Which can unlock both ability rolls and energy rolls. System points can also be converted into System Gold which can be used to unlock Tiers. Each tier gets progressively more expensive. (100 System Points= 1 System Gold) For now though it is recommended to hunt small animals for credits(Any small animal will give 5o System Credits.) Due to complicated names expect to sometimes hear System Credits be called SC, System Points being called SP and System Gold being called SG.|
'Well now that I know I must get stronger to survive in this world, I must begin on a good start before any other faction finds out about my ability.' Finally accepting myself and making an oath to remember myself from the past I changed and prepared to go outside, only to realize I have no clue where I am nor how to hunt.
A/n: So after much debating on my own I have decided to upload this. :) So I need suggestions as I made the moves list very open to you all. For the DNA thing I was gonna put yokai cuz there's a huge variety of them. But then I came into the problem of choosing and have decided to let you all choose what yokai type. I was thinking nekoshou cuz I like cats :) Make some pairing suggestions as this might be a harem or not, Idk. Also give me some name suggestions pls. that's it for today!
