Heyo mayo it's chapter five and it continues from the end of chapter 4! Misaki and Lisa are gonna help as many people as they can today – with the somewhat pervy Tamaki attempting to tag along. Also me PC's back upstairs, so I'll be writing sort of faster lol (lmao who am I fooling here)
There was, um…more Lisa x Misaki than I expected…yay crackship?
Lisa, Misaki and Tamaki arrived at the water slide. They noticed Zack and Kokoro standing at the top of the water slide. There was a lot of space for a queue to form, like in a water park.
"My, if it isn't my favourite couple! ~" Tamaki winked.
"Oh, hey guys!" Kokoro waved a bit awkwardly, Zack adding his own "sup!" in afterwards. She definitely seemed a bit nervous going down such a slide, the thing was bigger than anything she saw at Zack Island.
"Say," Lisa said, "before you go down that slide…we're trying to start something fun." She grabbed Misaki's hand tight, Misaki getting visibly flustered.
"Oh, neat, what is it?" Zack asked.
"We're trying to get everyone to wear the same hoodie!" Lisa pointed at Misaki's white hoodie.
"I personally think it's a terrible idea," Tamaki scoffed.
"Course you do," Zack sighed, "I'm in! Whaddya say, Kokoro?"
"Sounds fun, it's a cute hoodie!"
"Well, I see you're a bit nervous going down such a big slide…" Lisa approached Kokoro, "how about you and Zack go together?"
"That sounds like a good idea, b-but…" Kokoro said, "Is there a smaller slide?"
"There was…but it wasn't made for two people, and two people decided to go down it…!" Tamaki groaned, "it's under maintenance."
"Ah well, we'll wait for that one!" Zack said, "let's go back down and buy those hoodies, Kokoro!"
Kokoro pecked Zack's cheek and grabbed his hand as they both climbed down the ladder back to the sandy terrain.
Tamaki looked down for a second, and then looked back up at Lisa, "I…I shouldn't ruin your fun, beautiful, I'm sorry…"
"Hehe, it's okay, I kind of expected that reaction," Lisa patted Tamaki's shoulder, and then sat at the top of the slide, sitting on the double rubber ring, "come on, Misaki, remember to squeeze tight if you're scared…"
To Tamaki's surprise, Misaki happily complied. Tamaki sighed and walked back down the ladder, needing to get herself a nice, cold drink and a possible "business transaction" with Nyotengu.
Misaki sat behind Lisa on the double rubber ring and squeezed her torso onto Lisa's back.
"Let's go! Ready when you are!" Lisa exclaimed.
Three
Two
One!
Go!
The ride was fast and exciting for the girls, Lisa could hear lots of screaming from Misaki – she hoped the girl was enjoying the slide.
"We're almost at the bottom!" Lisa yelled out, "hold on tight – Misaki, not there!"
"WAH I'M SORRY!" Misaki yelled out, trying to move her hand away from Lisa's chest.
The two landed in the pool in a massive splash. Lisa thought that was incredibly fun, but she wasn't sure if she could say the same about Misaki due to her facial expression.
"Whew! That was – Misaki?"
Misaki looked like she was almost in tears.
"I-I'm sorry…" Misaki gulped, "I shouldn't have…"
"You obviously didn't mean it," Lisa said, slowly approaching Misaki in the water "…right?" Lisa raised an eyebrow after that.
"O-of course I didn't mean it!" Misaki exclaimed, "I'm so sorry…I'm as disgusting as Big Sis Tamaki!"
"She-she's your sister? And stop that!"
"No, no, I just call her 'Big Sis' as a nickname."
"Christ, I was gonna say," Lisa said, "will you calm down now?"
"Y-yeah, sorry…I'm just a wreck. There are all these intimidating strong fighters and then there's just…me." Misaki's voice cracked and she burst into tears.
Lisa gave her a hug, "let's talk about it over some ice cream, alright? I'll pay!"
"Sure…um…can we stay like this for a little longer, though?"
"Oh, I don't mind, Misaki." Lisa looked into the sweet, innocent eyes of Misaki as they continued their hug in the pool.
"Gods, you're cute," Lisa whispered.
"I-I am?"
"You…did not hear anything!"
…
Tamaki and Nyotengu went into the hotel lobby after their very family-friendly business transaction that took place in Tamaki's hotel room
"Wow, I could go for some ice cream after that…" Tamaki said, "want to come with?"
"Oh sure," Nyotengu said, clinging to Tamaki's arm, "I want two double-scoops of chocolate ice cream, though…"
"Ooh, sounds delightful… let's go already!"
"Ah, hold on, it's hard to walk!" Nyotengu stuck to Tamaki's arm like glue.
"Fly, then!" Tamaki rolled her eyes, "or is this an excuse to be close to me? ~"
"Maybe ~." Nyotengu cheekily replied.
"Oh my…"
…
Lisa and Misaki arrived at the ice cream attraction, it was a cute, colourful funky ice cream stall near the hotel and Leon was running it. For some odd reason, he had bunny ears and a bow-tie collar. Lisa didn't want to admit it, but she was curious as to what Leon was wearing as bottoms, but the view was obfuscated by the bar.
"He's scary…" Misaki murmured, "I…I…"
"Even with those rabbit-ears?" Lisa smirked slightly.
"Y-yeah…is it okay if you order for me? Sorry, I'm not brave."
"It's alright, just cling close to me. Maybe you could talk to someone like Eliot or Mila first."
"I…I could," Misaki said.
Lisa ordered the ice cream from Leon, whilst trying not to laugh at his bunny outfit.
"Hmph, laugh all you want, mad scientist," Leon said, "Tamaki's paying me extra Zack Dollars for this."
"And what are you spending it on, World's Sexiest – oh, I mean Strongest man?"
"E-enough of that," Leon blushed slightly, "you're not setting a good example for the kid next to you." He handed the first ice cream over to Misaki, and she flinched.
"S-sorry!" Misaki gulped.
"I'm used to it," Leon shrugged and handed the second ice cream to Lisa, "and kid, relax. We're fighters, not monsters. Well, except Tamaki, maybe."
Misaki laughed slightly, murmured a "thank you", and walked away with Lisa. As they were about to approach a nearby volleyball net where a match was playing, they almost bumped into Nyotengu and Tamaki.
"Ah, there's the helpers, ~," Tamaki said, "everyone's been wearing the same hoodie as you, Misaki."
Lisa looked around, noticing fighters of all shapes and sizes wearing the exact same hoodie Misaki was. She was amazed this trend caught on so quickly.
"T-they have?!" Misaki exclaimed, hugging Lisa tight, "ah, Lisa! This is amazing! Without your suggestion, it wouldn't have happened!"
"Misaki, your ice cream!" Lisa gasped as Misaki dropped her ice cream.
"Oh…it's fine," Misaki smirked, "after all, I'm sure Big Sis Tamaki will get me one on the house, right?" she looked directly at Tamaki whilst attempting to hug the rather tall luchadora awkwardly.
"Ugh…" Tamaki groaned, "I can't say no to that cute face! Leeeeeoooon!"
"Is he in a sexy bunny outfit?!" Nyotengu exclaimed, "I WANT TO SEE!" The two women approached Leon, even going behind the stall.
"Good lord, I'm thinking this isn't worth it," Leon murmured, but noticed two torsos pressing against both his arms, "…or is it?" Leon sighed in confusion and slowly got to work.
After two pairs of distractions, Leon finally managed to make another ice cream for Misaki, "enjoy!"
"Woo! Thank you!" Misaki exclaimed, "a-and I didn't flinch this time!"
"I'm so proud of you!" Lisa said, "I wanna hug you so badly, but let's finish our ice creams first!"
Misaki blushed slightly and walked away with Lisa, hand-in-hand.
"My, they're so cute together!" Tamaki exclaimed, "I want them to do more than just hold hands! I want them to"-
"Calm down, will you?" Leon sighed after he interrupted.
Nyotengu couldn't help but burst into her typical ojou-laughter at this ridiculousness.
…
Lisa and Misaki arrived at a volleyball net, where two fighters – Honoka and Brad Wong had just finished a match. Honoka had seemingly won. Misaki smiled seeing the two wearing the same hoodie as her
"Damn, pink kid!" Brad did a few finishing stretches, "you even attracted a small audience!" The drunken fighter pointed over at Lisa and Misaki.
Misaki gasped and hid behind Lisa, but Lisa just shook her head and sighed, "maybe if you were sober, you'd have better odds, Mr Wong."
"Ah, whatever, the match was just for fun, right pink kid?!"
"I-it's Honoka," she scoffed, "a-and I'm the same age as my sister!"
"Haha, good one, funky fetus!" Brad Wong burped after that.
"Hey, I thought you were okay with Brad – keeping him in line and all?" Lisa looked over her shoulder to see a very timid Misaki.
"B-but he wasn't drunk!" Misaki squeezed herself against Lisa's back, "that's when he's at his strongest, no?"
"Oh, he can fight completely sober, don't you worry about that," Lisa reassured her, "don't be intimidated. Honestly, I think the guy's scarier sober, so you're braver than you think."
"I'm right here!" Brad groaned at Lisa, "and honestly, the lady's right, Misaki. If it's the drunken flirting you're worried about, you ain't my type – not even when I'm drunk." Another burp, how graceful.
"Heh, that does make me feel a little better," Misaki stopped clinging her body to Lisa's back, "I'm gonna talk to Honoka, Lisa, we've got a lot of catching up to do," Misaki pecked Lisa on the cheek, much to Lisa's surprise, and walked up to Honoka. The two had the longest hug ever.
"So, uh," Brad slightly looked over at Misaki, turning back to Lisa, "is she…your type?"
"H-how could you…HOW COULD YOU SUGGEST THAT?!" Lisa slapped Brad Wong, "perv!"
"Hey, hey, not in a creepy way, she just"-
"Enough, you're ridiculous," Lisa said, storming away to the hotel.
She didn't go far before running into two familiar fighters, Tina and Mila.
"You alright, Lisa?" Tina asked, "I saw you slap that drunken fist guy? Do I gotta teach him a lesson?"
"No…no…just a misunderstanding," Lisa crossed her arms, "uh, I notice you're both wearing the hoodies as well!"
"That we are!" Tina placed her hands on her hips, "god, Mila, you're being quiet. Lisa's not that distracting…"
"H-hey!" Mila playfully slapped Tina's arm, "It's just, uh…you look really good, Lisa."
"Hehe," Lisa smirked a bit, "I heard you beat Bass Armstrong himself?"
Mila barely replied, just a stuttering mess of a "yes."
"Oh come on, you weren't this bad when we first met!" Lisa giggled.
"Well, you weren't showing as much skin, darlin'," Tina couldn't hide her huge grin.
"Ah, good point…" Lisa grinned, "enough of this talk, it's making the tomboy blush even harder."
"Alright, alright," Tina awkwardly looked around, "how's the helping going?"
"Nobody has really needed any help," Lisa said, "so Misaki and I started the hoodie trend. That, and I've been slowly improving her confidence. She's been doing awesome!"
"Nice!" Tina said, "let's catch up over some cocktails, then?!"
"Oh my god, yes!" Mila exclaimed, "haven't had one of those for a while!"
…
Lisa, Tina and Mila arrived at the bar. Tina decided to make the drinks whilst Mila and Lisa sat at the barstools. It lit up beautifully in the evening.
"Man, I'm just glad you're better after your accident," Tina said, preparing the cocktails, "what exactly happened?"
"Uh…" Lisa scratched her head, "it's hard to explain"-
"Those MIST shenanigans? With the clones n'stuff?" Tina shrugged, "lordy, glad you're outta there now."
"Surprised you even know that," Lisa said.
"Oh, Tina's brother goes on about it a lot when his eyes go all glowy," Mila said.
"Brother?" Lisa raised an eyebrow, "I didn't know you had a"-
"Rig ain't my brother," Tina sighed.
"He's not?" Mila tilted her head.
"Haha, well, not by blood anyway," Tina said, "less talkin', more drinkin', alright?!"
"Alright!" Mila and Lisa cheered simultaneously.
