Four was trying to kiss her, but she was fighting him hard.
" Eric isn't coming for you Beatrice, it's just us right now " Four whispered
As he said that, he was brutally thrown from her.
"I'll always come for her, asshole." Eric growled and punched him in the face.
"You are nothing more than a little piece of shit"
Eric was about to punch him again, when a small hand grabbed his fist .
"Eric, stop. You're better than him. Please, let Max deal with him." her eyes were red and tear streak, but full of fire.
He grabbed her chin carefully and looked in her eyes, his were full with rage.
Four that Bastard had tried something against her will, he was not a softie, everyone knew that.
But also everyone knew that if you hurt one of the people he cared about you must have a dead wish.
"OK, but I only do that for you" he said in a cold hard way and moved Four out.
"This is far from over" was his last warning.
Now Tris wanted to cry, not because of the fight, no. Because she knew she had hurt Eric, and that she couldn't handle.
He turned around to look if she was hurt only to see that she was close to tears, it was making him angry, angry that the idiot was making her cry again and that she didn't let him giving him a lesson.
"Hey Hellcat, please don't cry" he was using her nickname to light up the mood.
She mumbled something, he couldn't hear.
"Talk to me" he said, trying to sound normal
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you angry or hurt you , but I didn't want you to do something that could bring you in trouble,because of me." she said quietly
"Always the selfless" he thought, but his anger vanished
"Tris, listen to me please, yes I'm angry because you are hurt and I'm angry that you didn't let me beat the shit out of him, but I'm not angry with you, I'm beyond pissed that the fucker hurt you again, I understand that you want Max to deal with that, it's the best thing to do, but I swear to God if he ever touches you again, I kill him and that's a promise." Eric ranting
" You're not mad at me? "she asked
He shock his Head
"Maybe a little bit, but I know you are right" he answered smirking
"Thanks" she said and hugged him, they stayed in this position
He wanted to asked her, if they were going back to bed.
But his phone was ringing he looked at the display, it was Max.
"Good morning" Eric said in a sarcastic way
"Ok, we'll be there in 10 minutes"
