One by one the Initiates jumped on the rooftop, some landing hard of the ground but no one fall off, which was a relief for Tris.
Eric cleared his throat and looked at Tris.
"'Initiates! My name is Six and I am one out of five Leaders of Dauntless ." She said in a cold hard voice she didn't know she would have.
"Welcome to Dauntless headquarters.
There is one way into the compound and if you don't jump, you are not belong in Dauntless." she looked behind her down to the hole of the lower building.
They looked at each other serious and worried.
"Is there water or something?"
a dauntless girl asked
"That's for you to discover, now who is first? "she asked bored
Nobody moved or stepped forward for a while.
"No one really? "she yelled annoyed at the group
A dauntless boy with black hair stepped forward
"Me" he said in a flat voice, face pale.
He looked at the hole and back to Tris, she nodded and he jumped.
After he jumped first the others followed him quickly.
Tris was still standing on the edge of the rooftop Eric beside her.
"Wanna jump too?" she ask Eric in a sweet
voice
He shook his head
"Then at least help me down" mischief glittering in her eyes.
Eric rolled his eyes
"You're to short girl" he teased
He held out his hands, to help her down.
She took them and let herself falling backwards taking him down with her.
Eric was taken by surprise.
Knowing the fall would hurt if he didn't move them into another position, he wrapped her his arms around her.
They landed in the net bouncing a few times.
Tris was on top of him.
Her arms around his neck, his tightly around her waist both of them were staring in each other's eyes heavy breathing and hearts racing.
Just as he was about to kiss her, someone cleared his throat.
"Max wants us all in his office, Lauren is giving them the tour" Uriah said grinning
Climbing out of the net, Eric helped Tris and whispered
" You're going to pay for that later" and smacked her ass.
As the three of them carrived in Max office, Kate and Victoria were also there staring daggers at Four.
"So, this year of Initiation is different than any other year, as you all know we only got two transfers, so there is no point in training them separate.
Vic, Kate and I have discussed this, so the plan is that they all will be sleeping and training together in the transfer dorms.
Lauren Four and Uriah will train them permanent in stage one, but Tris and Eric will join them, when they are not in Erudite.
In the second round only Uriah and Tris will be supervising them,with the help of Kate and Eric.

"Well Four, it's time for a change.
And after your little show this morning you can thank God, that I didn't kick you out of this fraction, the video footage was very interesting " Vic hissed with venom in her voice
His eyes got lage, he wanted to say something but Tris cut him off.
"No, we don't need your poor excuse.
I don't need it.
You're not the man you think you are, now go to your girlfriend and cry about how unfair this is.

Four left the office, slamming the door behind him.
"Tris, Eric be at my office tomorrow morning at ten. I have a few things to discuss."
Looking at him, they nodded
"Let's head to the cafeteria and greet them after that we'll have a drink on me." Max added a little smile on his lips.
