~An Explaination Of All These Fuckydory Changes~
So, first of all I'd like to apologize for disappearing! So often, and for so long... Truly, for some strange reason I love writing this shit for you guys, and hearing that you love it back makes me fucking ecstatic. I've been wanting to make up for my shitty consistency with a ton of really sick updates, but it always comes back to feeling stuck. When I very first started KinkClan, like... 3-ish years ago (holy shit) I didn't really have a plot in mind. I was just amping it up every chapter and reaching for the stars, to be flowery. Then I actually started to have an idea for the plot, but I had already managed to fuck that. Without editing a decent amount of the current chapters, which I didn't have the energy or brain power for, I couldn't logically reroute things from where I was. There were also little mistakes or stupid things I added or forgot that I wish I hadn't. But instead of fixing anything, I pumped out a few of those last wild chapters because the ideas were still fresh, and I wanted to give you guys good fap fodder still. It also helped let you guys know, without posting one of those authors-note-only chapters, that I was still around and trying, at least, to write for you.
BUT I finally had the mental fortitude to tackle that beast! I've kept the vast majority of the original chapters, only having to scrap one scene!—The one with Sixpaw and Stagkit. I never thought it was good at all, but no worries if you did like it, I have it saved and plan to repost it in a sort of "bonus material" story separate from this one. I also want to post some abstract chapters that I have great ideas for, but have no place in the story. Maybe some of my personal thoughts, inspirations, processes, etc., too, if anyone would even want that? I'm not sure, feel free to tell me in a PM or review.
Back to the topic at hand: while I can't in good conscience promise consistent or frequent updates, I can say I have every intention of working on and finishing this adventure. I have a lot of plot developments and kinky concepts yet to share with you, and honestly I'm very excited for them to come out. Thank you for reading and understanding, if you actually took time out of your precious JO session to meet me half way. Dicks out for filthy fanfiction ( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°)
P.S. RIP to The Warrior's Lust. I'm not sure if or when I'll get to that again. I do have a few personal one-shots I'll most likely toss up later, but requests are peculiarly difficult for me to find drive for. I apologize profusely!
tldr; almost all of the original chapters (plot AND lemon sections) are still here, most just tweaked a little. The story will now have a cohesive plot with a beginning, middle, and end, and any content completely cut will be reposted in a 'bonus content' story.
~A Quick, But Significant Author's Note~
Additionally, I didn't do this before but why not, for the sake of maintaining your and my sanity: This story is totally fictional. A lot of the shit in here in real life is NOT cool. Rape is wrong, sex with underage people or those unable to give consent is wrong, and anything about animals fucking should stay strictly in your search history. Also sex-brainwashing isn't real, nor should it be.
A slightly separate note is that while I have included intersex and trans characters in this story, fetishizing people with these conditions is NOT okay. Trans and intersex people often enjoy sex, and it's perfectly okay for them to do so with their consenting partners; but someone non-consensually demeaning and objectifying them for something out of their control and often unpleasant is seriously a dick move. That goes for anyone of any gender, in fact.
