In A World Of My Own – Chapter 6 – Training Begins

Sunday 2nd May 2021 – (Wonderland Kingdom) – 10:30am – Morning

Kurt was wide awake of early hours of the day. He was both scared and excited to start training to start training today. He knew that he could get killed easily if he was not careful, but on the other hand he knew that the people of Wonderland were counting on him and he had to try his best.

But at the moment there was only one thing on his mind. Dave Hatter in his bed.

Kurt had never shared a bed with a man before ; or anybody beside a cat if he was lucky. It was strange for him. Dave had snuck in about 10pm last night.

He never said anything just got into the bed and pulled him into a tight hug kissing his cheek and then going to sleep. Kurt liked it though. The bed felt warmer with two people in, and he felt safe and loved.

He could hear Dave's heartbeat, and listen closely to the sounds that he made in his sleep. It was lovely.

Just then Kurt's thought were intruded by the sound of Dave waking up and yawning, smiling up at Kurt who was smiling back down at him.

"Morning" Kurt smiled.

"Morning" Dave replied smiling. "I hope you don't mind me joining you last night. It was just that I missed you, and know we are a couple. I wanted to make the most of it, just in case you have to end things with me when you leave…." He explained looking down sadly.

He was sure that day his heart would break. He knew it wouldn't be Kurt's fault, and he knew he had only known Kurt for a short time; but he found Kurt perfect inside and out. His heart told him that he was the one and that was that.

Kurt frowned also sad. Dave was so sweet and he really did love him deeply. He would hate the day when he would have to leave him. "I understand. And I liked it. So if you like to do it from now on, you can"

Dave smiled kissing him "Perfect"

Kurt kissed him back blushing. Dave was such a sweetheart.

"Are you ready for training today?" Dave asked running his hand though Kurt's hair.

"Yes" Kurt smiled "A little scared but I know I will enjoy it, as it's with you"

Dave giggled "Okay but we will get you breakfast first"

Kurt smiled back at him, and both men got up grabbing their clothes to change into for training.

Once there were both dressed and washed, they made there was into the breakfast hall, walking hand in hand together.

Brittany Rabbit, Santana Cheerier, Blaine Dum, Sebastian Dee, and the Queen Quinn where already there. Talking over plans on the best way to attack the Red Queen.

But they all stopped and smirked when they sore Dave and Kurt holding hands.

"What's with the faces?" Kurt asked blushing.

"So are you two dating?" Sebastian asked smirking.

"Did you have sex?" Brittany yelled out.

"And was he any good?" Santana asked Kurt smirking.

Dave and Kurt blushed no knowing who's question to answer first. Oh course they knew, he and Dave was not that settle about liking each other.

Dave coughed speaking up "Yes we are dating. No we did not have sex. And three I'm sure Kurt would be amazing at it if we did"

Santana laughed "Oh Wanky!"

Sebastian then laughed high fiving her.

Kurt blushed and just sat down for breakfast.

Dave sat next to him also blushing "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to just come out with it all like that"

Kurt smiled eating some toast "Don't be its okay, they were just asking. I like them a lot"

Dave giggled and ate some toast too.

"So are you ready to start training today Kurt?" Quinn asked.

Kurt smiled "Yes. I'm a little nervous but mostly ready"

"Good" Quinn smiled "There is a training room next door you can use. Dave is very good and will teach you everything he knows. You can use the sword of Wonderland too, as you will need that in the actual fight"

"Perfect" Kurt smiled.

With that everybody finished off breakfast going off to do their jobs. Whiled Dave and Kurt made there was into the training room ready to start.

Kurt smiled looking around. It was so big, full of weapons, swords and safety gear. The room was also had mates on the, making it soft if you feel over.

Dave picked up a sword handing Kurt the wonderland one. "Are you ready?"

Kurt gulped trying to hold the sword as confided as possible.

Dave then swung the sword at Kurt, Colliding with his sword.

Kurt pushed back and blocked it fighting back as best as he could. Kurt was good at using the sword.

No doubt about it. He just had to watch his defending skills.

With the sword fighting done, Dave then went on to show Kurt how to keep himself safe and block other attacks. Kurt quickly picked on it and didn't mind having Dave hand all over him either.

They then ended off with a no weapons battle. They just used their hands and feet to fight.

Kurt was very good at this, flipping Dave on his back on his first try.

"I'm so sorry!" Kurt yelled "Are you okay?"

Dave giggled "Yeah I'm good. Could you help me up though?"

Kurt smiled giggling and helped him to his feet "So….do you think I'm ready?" he asked.

Dave smiled "We will carry on other the next two days, but to be honest, Yeah I think you are"

Kurt smiled kissing his head and took Dave hand giggling "You want some ice for your back pain now?"

Dave giggled "God yes please"

With that the two mad there was into the kitchen to get some ice for Dave's bruised back. They both felt happy. And Dave now knew with a little more training. Kurt would be more the ready.

So the Red Queen should be scared.
