"I do like this house." Diantha settled onto the couch back at Olympia's appartement. "But how do you have any privacy when shielding needs to be learned?"
"There's a crystal matrix in the walls." Olympia herself floated over some tea. "Same as here. It takes conscious effort to reach through it."
"So I have to thank your mother even more."
"Please do not remind me that my mother got involved, I beg you." The older woman crossed her arms, frowning a bit as she sat down and the drinks settled on the table between them. "I fear for when my brothers find out."
"If your mother got involved, will I be safe from older brother threats?" The actress chuckled, reaching for her drink. "Or will I have to turn of my home-security for when they appear in my kitchen to make sure I treat their sister right."
Befittingly her status in the public, the Gym Leader groaned, hiding her face in her free hand. "I am going to go on a vacation for a month. Just hide out elsewhere until it's old news in the family."
"I do have a journey to Galar I need a League-member to accompany me on?" Kalos' Champion pointed out, putting her cup back on the table and getting up from her seat. Their Pokémon had been returned to their Pokéballs for the evening, leaving them with plenty of privacy. "Galar should be far enough?"
"You'd be surprised where my family can reach if they act in concert. I can cover Kalos with just my Meowstic, Diantha, do you honestly think that bit of water will make much of a difference when it is my family with their Pokémon!?" Diantha smirked at how instinctual the appearance of the other's hands on her hips was when she slid into place on the black-clad lap. "I think I might need to hit Unova or something if I want to be sure to be out of range."
"Well, I am afraid that Unova is not on my itinerary... at least, where I can take you without raising questions." She carded her fingers through the purple hair, gently tugging it out of the Psychic hold that kept it in shape. "So unless you 'conveniently' want a vacation right where I am filming, I am afraid I can only offer Galar."
"Don't you usually take Malva for those kind of things?"
"Ah... Malva does still have some... issues with the aftermath of the Team Flare-mess." The younger woman frowned a bit. "They didn't charge her with anything, but they did strongly 'hint' they'd prefer if she did not travel for a while. Siebold can't leave his restaurants, or so he claims, but I suspect he just hates travel... Wikstrom is busy with setting up his training-thing and Drasna is my replacement when I am gone." She shrugged lightly, looking down on her lover. "At that point it already is a question between you and Wulfric... So I suppose if you do not want to come, I'll have to ask him."
"I'll come." Olympia softly answered, purple eyes soft. "You know he hates being away from his family for a long time." She smiled gently, hands taking up a faint caress on the bare skin under them. "When exactly is it?"
"After this season, so... half a year? I'll send you a copy of the paperwork... later." Leaning down, she settled against the other's chest.
"Mmmhhh..." Olympia chuckled, a sound that reverberated in Diantha's entire body, it felt like. "Do you have plans, oh Champion?"
"I might." She grinned at the warm laughter echoing in the room.
"Oh dear... have I left you proverbially blue-balled, my dear?" The Psychic looked down on her, eyes shining. "Well, we can't have that. Arceus knows where that'd spiral, if Gardevoir's spring-trouble was any indication."
"Indeed. Best make sure you can still walk tomorrow, mmh?" She purred. "My revenge will be sweet."
"Duly noted."
