"This..."
"This is a date."
"Diantha..."
"Indulge me." The actress purred, pulling the older woman into the room. "I suppose I am young still, wanting dates."
"Clearly." Olympia let herself be pulled, having arrived one of the few evenings that Diantha claimed she had free time. Considering the League had started its' season again, it probably was true. "I see you pulled the curtains."
"Well, you did say your mother's Pokémon would loom in the distance on dates." Kalos' Champion winked, leading her to the table. It honestly wasn't that much, just dinner without any candles. She did not want it to be too datey, considering their Pokémon were also there. The Gymleader's Meowstic knew better than to sit on the table, but being Psychic-types, they just floated over it. "Plus, I have the risk of paparazzi, as usual."
"They would have opinions about this late night dinner." Olympia gestured her Pokémon away from the table, sitting down.
"And the fact I will not be letting you leave." The younger woman sat down as well, smirking at the surprise on the other's face. "What? I think we hit the part of the relationship where that is no longer objectionable."
"In theory, this is... our second date, my dear." The Psychic chuckled after she got over her surprise. "What kind of relationships have you been in that second-date is already 'staying over'?"
"A friends-with-benefits-one." She lifted the lid from the food as she talked. "I am not sure we can follow the Hollywood-relationship-model for this, Olympia."
"Isn't Hollywood's thought about relationships... No, never mind that." Olympia realized that most Hollywood-relationships had making out quite early, considering things such as the Big Kiss, that bringing it up would just be shooting herself in the foot.
Quirking an eyebrow, she noted that Diantha probably realized what she had been about to say.
"Shush." She gave a telekinetic tap to the curling lips of the woman sitting opposite her. "Not a word."
"Pity, I had so many words left." But obligingly, the brown-haired Champion fell silent about the matter, instead offering her the food. "I guess we can do that after dinner."
"You... are insatiable."
"You are excessively negative about me." Blue eyes narrowed in a flat stare. "We have had plenty of evenings where nothing happened."
"Our first date was almost purely spend in your bed." Purple eyes sparkled in amusement, smile hidden behind the glass of drink. "You do not have a good trackrecord regarding innocent dates."
"Neither do you." Diantha pointed out, reaching for her own drink. "You were unable to move after the first date."
"And whose fault was that?" Olympia countered in amusement.
"Your own. I distinctly recall you telling me you'd teleport away or otherwise use your... how did you call them again...? Your 'substantial power that is capable of teleporting people from across the region' to stop me?" The younger woman smirked. "Besides, you made me have to lock you up! You deserved it."
The older woman snorted at that, demonstratively turning her attention to the Pokémon with them in the room. Her Meowstic had curled up on the pillows they had claimed a good while ago, seemingly deep in discussion with the Gourgeist that was part of the Champion's team.
"Where's Gardevoir?"
"With my parents. They wanted to meet the Ralts and well... neither of them is ready for a seperation like that yet." She shrugged lightly. "So Gardevoir went along with him. They're gonna stay the night."
"And that this happened during a date is completely coincidental?"
"Of course. Are you insinuating I am trying to shove off the kid for unsavoury purposes?" The actress looked appropriately scandalized at the thought, but then again, she was an actress. There was a substantial chance it was all faked.
"Yes... yes, I am." The Gymleader smirked lightly, crossing her legs under the table. "Again, I know for a fact that you insatiable."
The other woman frowned. "I might prove your point with this, but you might regret that statement, my love." Her frown morphed into a smile when that statement send red shooting up the purple-haired woman's cheeks. "Then again, I just need to give you a few compliments and it's all good again."
"Not all of us have thousands of admirers that worship the ground we walk on."
"Something I have to remedy then." She purred.
