Title: Partners in Justice
Summary: Skipper goes off on a solo mission while Private and Rico leave to go see a movie leaving Kowalski alone. Kowalski is content to work on some of his inventions but Hans the Puffin has other plans. Kowalski decides that he can't fight Hans alone and enlists the help of Doris and Eva. But when Kowalski is knocked out the two have to fight Hans themselves.

(Kowalski's POV)
"I need somebody to take me to the movies," Private said.
"Nope," Rico said.
"Rico would you just take him," I said.
"Why me?" Rico said.
"Are you questioning your superior?" I said.
"Nope," Rico said.
"Private can't go on his own he has two tickets," I said.
"Rico take Private to seen his rainbow pony movie," Skipper said, "That's an order."
"Why not him?" Rico said.
"I need him in charge of the base while I... go to the little soldiers room."
Private, Rico, and I gave each other knowing looks, "Right... when you got to go."
"Solo mission?" I whispered into Skipper's earhole.
Skipper just nodded, "We'll see you later," Private said as he and Rico left.
"Timescale?" I said once Private was gone.
"I'll be back before the end of day," Skipper said.
"Don't build anything that threatens to destroy us all," Skipper said as he left.
"Are ye of little faith," I said as I went to the lab.
Shortly...
I look at all the blueprints in front of me, "let see what to work on..."
"Upgrade the stabilization of the Next-o-skeleton II's plasma sword?" I said holding up a detached sword arm.
"Finally test the orbital death ray," I said.
"Dial back the power on the Laser Bazooka?" I said looking at the containment box of the weapon.
"Create a handgun version of the railgun," I said looking at the railgun bazooka.
"Add a new setting to my full phase plasma blaster with repeating action and laser sights," I said holding up the plasma blaster.
"Charge the Dalek-Slayer?" I said.
"No," I said plugging in the Dalek-Slayer, "I better do that now."
"Oh I could build my new interdimensional Tv," I said.
"No," I said, "Skipper would kill me if I mess with the Television."
The Hovering Fridge entered the room and ran me over, "HOME!" I shouted.
The Hovering Fridge zooms back to it's home spot running over me again as It leaves.
"Why did I build that thing," I muttered.
I look at the blueprints again, "I could try and make another Plasmic energy sphere."
"Eureka," I said looking at another blueprint, "I'm going to build the new and improved Churrostifishinitizer with earth endangering chemical by-product ecofriendly disposal cleaning and removal system or EECBPEFDCRS... needs workshopping."
"Now where to start," I said.
"How about you surrender," a familiar voice said.
"HANS!" I said.
"Kowalski," Hans said, "Not the penguin I wanted to fight... but you're going to have to do."
"Hold that thought," I said raising my flipper.
"I'm waiting," Hans said.
"Bye," I said as I ran off.
"Oh I see," Hans said, "Run away coward! Run away!"
"No," I said as I slid away from the Penguin habitat, "Getting backup."

Habitat Cluster Beta
North Wind Outpost (Wolf Habitat)
I rushed over to the Wolf Habitat and saw a bunch of wolves out and about, "Agent Confidential," I said loud enough so only the wolf in question could hear me.
"My teammates... are well on Solo missions or out on the town," I said, "And I need some backup."
"What kind of backup," Confidential said.
"Hostile enemy backup," I replied.
"I'm busy," Confidential said, "maintaining our cover is tough work."
"I'll just go in then," I replied as I went to the hidden door.
I slipped into the hidden entrance and entered the outpost. I entered a clinical white hallway as I entered the typical North Wind interior. I walked past the open door of the break room which was empty other than a immense Grizzly Bear looking guilty as he held a container marked "Short Fuse's Lunch". Classified was sat in a corner and was surprised to see me.
"Classified," I said, "I'm the only active Penguin Agent but you probably knew that."
"Don't you have a puffin to fight?" Classified said.
"Skipper specifically ordered me not to engage Hans alone without his presence," Kowalski said, "Private and Rico aren't due back for a couple hours... and The North Wind is the closest available IASA agents in the area."
"And FIA has asked us to not ask for their help," I said.
"Ask Doris and meet me at The Reptile House," Classified said.
"Sure thing," I said as turned to leave.
"Wait how did you know I was going to ask Doris for help?" I said.
"Kowalski I'm a spy," Classified replied.
"Oh right," I said as I waddled away.
Doris's Habitat
"You want me to help you beat up a puffin?" Doris said.
"Well he's a evil puffin... but yes," I said.
"Skipper's on a solo mission," I said, "and I didn't want to interrupt Private and Rico's movie night."
Doris gave me a look, "What Private earned a day off," I said.
"And Petunia?" Doris asked.
"Unknown Location," I said, "Rockgut is busy with the Red Squirrel as usual and Nigel is... at a undisclosed location."
"You don't know?"
"Above my pay grade," I replied.
"Fine," Doris said, "I'll get the scooter."
"Plus think of it as a couples bonding experience," I said.
"Kind of sucks as a date," Doris said.
"I make it up to you," I said.
"As long as Eva isn't going to be with us," Doris said.
"Classified wouldn't do that to me," I said, "Speaking of..."
Event Pavilion
"I brought the North Wind Agent who going to help you with this case," Classified said.
"I'm sure this agent comes highly recommended if you are personally assigning them to help us," I said.
"Skipper can keep his solo mission," Doris said, "Hans is no match for Kowalski, and Doris, and..."
"Someone Kowalski knows quite well," Classified said.
"Harry the Octopus," I said.
"What?" Doris said, "I thought you hated him?"
"He's actually a nice guy," I said.
"Unlike Doug... Dr. Porpoise... I mean seriously?" I said.
"You think I would date him if I knew he was evil?" Doris said.
"Well you didn't know your brother was evil either," I said.
"Touché," Doris said.
"No," Classified said, "he's still assigned to the Seaville Base."
"Anyway," Classified said, "You should know her very well."
"HER!?" Doris said.
"What do you mean," I said.
"Eva will help you with this," Classified said as the owl landed next to me.
"E-eva?" I said.
"Oh the Ex is here," Doris said with a eyeroll.
"You're still friends right?" Classified as he left.
"Okay," I said, "The faster we can fight Hans the faster we can leave this awkward interaction."
"Agreed," Eva said.
"Stand back from him a little bit," Doris said moving in between us.
"Over-protective much?" Eva said.
"Try not to kill each other," I said as we walked away.
"No Promises," Doris and Eva said glaring at each other.
"Why did you have to have a sole mission today Skipper," I grumbled, "now I stuck between the Dolphin girlfriend and the owl ex. What could go wrong."
"I wonder what Skipper is doing anyway," I thought to myself.
Meanwhile
Location unknown
(Skipper's POV)
"You never catch me alive Chinstraps!" I shouted dodging laser bolts
"Who said anything about catching you alive?" Kara shouted firing her double laser blaster.
"Just die already," Stella shouted firing her triple laser blaster.
"Somebody kill him!" Dr. Porpoise shouted.
"Kill him? Who are you Lord Shen?" Kara replied.
"Just take him out," Dr. Porpoise said.
"No don't kill him," Dr. Blowhole screamed, "I need him alive to witness my Revenge!"
"No gonna happen Francis!" I shouted dodging the roof mounted lasers.
The Lobsters chuckled a little, "LOBSTERS ATTAAAACK!"
"That wasn't the plan!" Dr. Porpoise said.
"It is now," Blowhole replied.
"You are not paying me enough for this," Parker said as he left.
"Skipper!" Blowhole said, "Let me reintroduce you to a certain monster called..."
"CHROMECLAW!"
"Why did you install the Ridiculously deep voice in MY lair," Dr. Porpoise said.
"It's a requirement," Blowhole replied as Chromeclaw appeared behind me.
"Still doesn't look any less ugly," I said as it roared.
"Capture him!" Blowhole said.
I quickly jumped out of the way of Chromeclaw's metal claw, "I doubt the boys are having this much fun..."
Meanwhile...
"My Cinema!" A man shouts a people run around in a panic.
"Right at the good part," I said.
"Sorry," Rico said.
"Oh well I'll just wait for it to come out on DVD," I mutter.
"Let's go home," I said.
"Private," Rico said handing me a movie box of candy.
"Lunacorn candy!" I said excitedly, "Fantastic!"
Penguin Habitat
(Kowalski's POV)
"Evasive maneuvers!" I shouted dodging lasers beams.
"You try being on a scooter!" Doris said.
"Too bad you can't fly," Eva said flying rings around the grounded Puffin.
"Stay still!" Hans screamed firing off his laser weapon.
"Why? So you can kill us?" I said.
"Kill you? This thing's on stun setting." Hans said, "Capturing you alive would really irk Skipper."
"And once I deal with you three I'll go after Private and Destructo machine," Hans said.
"Not going to happen," I said charging him.
I then wacked his Laser gun out of his flippers with a fish.
"What no fish fight?" I said holding up the fish.
"I only fish fight with SKIPPER!" Hans screamed as he tackled me.
We rolled across the floor exchanging punches and kicks. Hans got up only to get karate chopped in the face. Hans then punched me back before delivering a kick to the face. I dodged his foot and used his momentum to flip him onto his back. Hans turned the back flip into a front flip and landed in front of me.
"Best Friend Handshake!" Hans said grabbing my flipper and flinging me into Eva.
We both smashed into the ceiling, "oh, that gotta hurt," Doris said.
We then landed in a heap on the floor, "ow," I said.
"This is interesting," Eva said.
"No it's not," I said getting off her.
"Look out!" Eva shouted.
"What?" I said as Hans smashed a vase over my head.
"I'm going to feel that," I said as I passed out.
"KOWALSKI!" Doris and Eva screamed.
The Last thing I heard was Hans said, "Don't follow me! This Zoo is finished!"
North Wind outpost
Medi-bay
(Doris's POV)
Eva was scanning Kowalski with a North Wind medi-scanner, "No lasting cranial damage and no injuries to the cerebellum," Eva said.
"The cerebellum's still throbbing," I said.
"No it's not throbbing," Eva said.
"Sorry inside Joke," I said.
"Anyway," Eva said, "he going to be out of action for a while. The medics may have to run a concussion test when he does wake up."
"So you dumped Kowalski too," I said.
"Only because he only had eyes for you," Eva said.
"Kowalski told me it was mutual breaking up," I said.
"That what HE thinks," Eva said.
"You need to move on," I said, "It took me a while to see that we were meant to be."
"I don't see what Kowalski sees in you," Eva said, "but I can tell he cares more for you then he would ever for me."
"You didn't give him a chance," I replied.
"He didn't give me a chance," Eva said.
"Doris Blowhole," Eva said, "it was a long distance relationship that wouldn't work."
"You didn't even try," I said.
"You wouldn't even give him the time of day," Eva said.
"That was before I saw him work," I said.
"At least I don't have a chain of bad ex..."
"Can you stop this stereotypical argument and work together for once," Classified growled as he appeared.
"Now you two don't have to like each other," Classified said, "but please act professional!"
"So the penguin you both care about is hurt." Classified said, "And the madman who hurt him is planning to destroy the zoo."
"What are you going to do about it," Classified said as Doris and Eva share a determined look.
Meanwhile...
(Skipper's POV)
"You will pay for this Skipper!" Blowhole screamed as he flew off in his floating bubble.
"Look forward to it," I shouted after him.
"Uh," Dr. Porpoise said as he rolled away, "What he said."
"Until we fight again Skipper," Stella Chinstrap said as the Chinstraps left.
"SELF DESTRUCT IN... DON'T KNOW WHY I EVEN BOTHER TELLING YOU."
"Seems the Ridiculously Deep Voice has developed a attitude," I mutter as I make my exit.
"I'LL GO BLOW UP NOW." The Computer said as the lair exploded.
I walk away from the area not even looking back as Dr. Porpoise's lair exploded behind me.
"Now let's go back to the zoo," I said as I headed towards my awaiting transport.
"Hopefully it's still in one piece," I said.
Front Gate
(Doris's POV)
Eva and I rush over to the front gate where the puffin had set up a bomb. Hans was nowhere to be seen as we approached the Led countdown display. The countdown was mere seconds from detonation. Eva rips open a panel as I lift up a multifunction gun set to taser mode to guard her as she does her work. Eva quickly cuts the right wire and the countdown stops the numbers immediately greyed out.
"Well that works," I said.
"Not even Kowalski could do it better," Eva said.
"Don't tell Kowalski that I agree with that," I replied with a smirk.
"What is Kowalski's secret tattoo by the way," Eva said, "I always assumed it wsa you."
"I have no idea he won't even show me that thing," I replied.
"He always make sure that I never see him when he's molting," I said.
"Really?" Eva said, "He played the same trick with me."
"Well I guess some things never change," I said.
"You think this is over?" Hans said.
"Give up now Hans!" Eva said, "You're bomb is disabled!"
"That timebomb was a distraction," Hans said, "the real bomb is..."
Hans points to a giant bomb placed on top of the Penguin Habitat, "over there!"
Eva and I turn to the bomb to find to our horror Kowalski strapped to it.
"Hey Kowalski!" Private shouted as he and Rico reenters the Zoo, "We're..."
"Nobody come any closer," Hans said, "Or I will detonate the bomb!"
"Wait... why is Kowalski strapped to the... oh dear," Private said.
"Doris? Eva?" Rico asked, "Plan?"
"No plans! No tricks! No Nothing!" Hans said.
"Okay," I said before revving up my scooter and slamming into him.
"NO!" Hans screamed as he dropped the detonator.
Hans recovers and starts to look for the detonator but found that it wasn't where he dropped it, "What... no... I know it fell around here somewhere."
Hans looks up to see Eva holding the detonator, "Look for this?" Eva asked.
"Why you little..." Hans said as he charged at her.
Hans suddenly stops and hits the ground snoring as I lower the dart gun, "Don't turn your back on me," I said.
"The IPSA have been contacted," Kowalski said as he appeared, "Rico! Rope please!"
Rico hacked up a rope and immediately ties Hans up, "Now we just have to wait for him to get picked up."
"I say you make a good team," Another Kowalski said.
"I couldn't agree more!" the Kowalski strapped to the bomb said.
"Android doubles deactivate," Kowalski said as the other two Kowalski's shut off.
"I do see why Classified would think you wouldn't work well together," Kowalski said.
"Wait... was the Kowalski that Hans knocked out a android too?" Eva said.
"Why... yes," Kowalski said, "I need to see if you would work together."
"So we fought Hans over a injury that you never actually recieved?" Eva said.
"Uh yes," Kowalski said.
"I'm giving you a ten second head start," I said as I activated my gun's flamethrower setting.
Suddenly Skipper arrived, "So uh... what did I miss?"
"Oh hi Skipper," Kowalski said.
"Uh... why is Hans tied up?" Skipper said, "And what's with the extra Kowalski's?"
"Oh hi Eva, Doris," Skipper said.
Skipper picks up the detonator, "Rico did you misplace you detonator again?"
"What? What happened?" Hans said, "Skipper! Fight me!"
"I don't fight defeated enemies," Skipper said, "Kowalski I think a gold star is in the works for you."
"Well actually it was Eva and Doris who..."
"I know," Skipper smirked.
"Also you wasted your ten second head start," Skipper said.
"Uh bye..." Kowalski said as he ran off.
"Take him down a peg," Skipper said.
"Do you know what Kowalski's secret tattoo is?" Doris asked.
"Let me guess Doris," Eva said.
"Actually," Skipper said, "The tattoo is of..."
Shortly...
"WHO'S LINDA!?" I screamed as Eva and I chased him.
"I can explain!" Kowalski screamed.
"How was the solo mission?" Private said.
"Classified!" Skipper said.
"Great!" Private said.
"So how was your movie?" Skipper said.
"It was good," Private said, "Up to until the part where Rico blew up the Cinema."
"WHAT!?" Skipper shouts.
