Chapter 0: Preamble

Disclaimer I don't own My Hero Academia/僕のヒーロー

The current Number 13 Hero and the youngest to graduate of Shiketsu College, Hawks, stared at the old man that the President of the Hero Public Safety Commission summoned.

Said man was roughly in his late 60s, early 70s at most. He was small and thin, standing merely at the height of 5 feet, 4 inches, with a thin, sickly body, and a completely bald head. His face and body showed every bit of his age.

That being said, Hawks was terrified of the man the moment he was ordered to retrieve said man from his abode.

The moment the old man laid eyes on him, Hawks wanted to fly as far away from him as he could.

Hawks could tell that this man his very dangerous.

But orders are orders, so Hawks fulfilled his mission.

He was very fortunate that the old man was very willing to humor him.

"I thought I've dealt with you for the last time 6 years ago." The President of the Public Safety Commission grumbled, displeasure evident in her tone. "Do you have any idea what you did, Akatani Mikumo?"

"I have no idea what you're talking about." The old man now known as Akatani Mikumo shrugged his shoulder uncaringly. "Also, I did not come here because I want to. You called for me. I was enjoying my retirement when your lackey knock on my door." Akatani nodded nonchalantly at Hawks, and said Hero flinched at the simple gesture. "Your toy lacks a spine."

Hawks wanted to take exception to that insult but the looked the man gave him and the aura that the old man was exuding stopped him from his tracks.

This old man was no ordinary old man.

"I am speaking of your apprentice." The President stated in utter frustration.

A looked of realization crossed his face. "The naïve brat!" Akatani grumbled with a small, gruff smile. "I heard his doing well. His currently making sure that Japan doesn't fall because Nana's pity project got his ass kick by that Fucking Shit." Akatani let out a laugh. "I am so going to give it to Na-chan once I kicked the bucket. My boy took out the Bastard, her boy got his stomach ripped off."

The President narrowed her eyes at the man. "That pity project that you are referring to ushered us out of a Dark era."

"And he is also the poster boy to the current fragile era that we are living in, an era that is in the verge of falling because you and your lot put the balance of said era on the shoulder of a single man." Akatani retorted uncaringly. "You and your lot had the chance to establish a robust societal system around Nana's boy. You lot, due to sheer laziness, made her boy the system itself. Now that he has been publicly shown to be mortal, the rats and trashes emerged from their gutter and are going wild across the country." Akatani flashed her an unimpressed look. "And your soldiers are incapable of stopping the flow of shit."

"They are Heroes, not soldiers, and all of them are capable servants of society." The President defended her people reverently.

"And Torino and I were fucking Nana behind Shimura's back." Akatani retorted sarcastically. "Crime rate is up by 20 percent. The reason why it's not up more than that is because my apprentice decided to masquerade as that blonde moron and is currently taking down every big name criminal that he could." Akatani had a frustrated and fond smile on his face.

"And I am thankful for his assistance, I truly am." The President admitted, though with great reluctance. "He is very capable, his skills are at a high level and his Quirk is incredibly strong." The President admitted, though her tone was very bitter.

"I am sensing a but…" Akatani said flippantly.

The President glared at Akatani. "He is a 14 year old boy! Do you have any idea how much of a bad look it is to have a child flying around fighting villains, legally?!" The President yelled at Akatani in frustration.

Akatani merely gave him an unimpressed look. "Back in our day, we were fighting monsters and demons even younger than that." Akatani reminded the President.

"This era is not our era!" The president snapped.

"I am well aware. People are much stupider in this era than in ours." Akatani commented with a shrugged. "And gripe all you want, but my boy is doing good work. He is suppressing the crimes and the Criminals by the dozens in wherever prefecture that he is flying over. Also, Kazuchiki and his family of iguanas are keeping the crimes in Kanto and Kansia low. That's two regions taken care of right there."

The President groaned at the reminder of her other headache. "Do not remind me of the Midoriyas! All of them are out of their fucking minds!"

"They are Dragons after all." Akatani reminded the President.

"Kazuchika is pissed at you by the way." That was the only silver lining in the President's mind in all of this cluster fucks.

"He hasn't hunted me down, so he is not that pissed me." Akatani said dismissively.

"You shot his grandson with a gun, to the heart no less." The President pointed out.

"I shot him 25 millimeters from the heart." Akatani said uncaringly. "It is not my fault that his mutation would only trigger in death."

"Nevertheless, Kazuchika and his entire clan wants you head." The President was looking forward to see those family of dragons ripping this walking headache to pieces.

Again, Akatani looked unconcerned. "Look, regardless of the detractors and white noise, Midoriya Izuku's Pro Hero License is legitimate and legal. Remember, the National Diet passed a law stating that a Quirkless individual are considered adult in the eyes of the law when they reached the age of 10. When I deemed Midoriya Izuku worthy of a Pro Hero License, he was 12 years old and is still registered as Quirkless, hence he is an adult in the eyes of the law."

"He had his Quirk at the age 10." The president pointed out.

"I forcefully trigger his Mutation when he was 10 years and four months old. He was considered an adult by our laws for four months before his Mutation awoke, and no one can take that away from him, unless they are willing to change the laws regarding the Quirkless and apply it retroactively, and we both know the politicians would do squat because that requires actual work." Akatani sniffed derisively at the thought of the current political climate of Japan. "Midoriya Izuku is qualified to be a Pro Hero…" Akatani said the words 'Pro Hero' with absolute disgust. "… through the apprenticeship system, under the training and supervision of the former Pro Hero, Yamikumo, me, a qualified International Hero Mentor. He had also, with flying colors I might add, passed the licensing examination held by Hero Public Safety Commission, as well as the Certification Exam held by the International Hero Association. Midoriya Izuku, an adult in the eyes of our law, is qualified to be a Pro Hero, and he is a Pro Hero. Unless Japan withdraw from the UN and the HPSC withdraw from the International Hero Association, my apprentice's license cannot be revoke unless he commits a crime that would disbar him from the profession of Pro Hero." Akatani informed the HPSC President.

Akatani and the President glared at each for a moment, before the latter sigh in frustration. "Could you at least tell your apprentice to not take down his fellow Pro Heroes?" The President requested in utter irritation.

"Why should I tell him that?" Akatani asked, rolling his eyes as the subject on why he was called finally came up. "Last I check, he is doing you a favor. He is cleaning the mess made by this putrid system."

"Japan is already sitting upon a razor's edge. I do not want the people to be dishearten by their protectors fighting each other." The President stated.

"So you don't want the public to see that some of your Heroes are as much of a cunt as the Criminals that they arrest." Akatani rolled his eyes. "I will not order Izuku to do things that is in contrast of his morals and principals."

The President narrowed her eyes. "Akatani…"

"You should be grateful to my boy." Akatani interrupted the President. "He is cleaning your ranks of filth."

"There is a discreet way of doing that." The President breathed out angrily.

"You mean like sending that assassin of yours to their direction."

Akatani and Hawks froze at that sentence.

"By the way, tell your girl that if she fires at me, I will have her cunt and ass mounted on my wall." Akatani stated carelessly before looking at the the window on his right. He made a mocking waved before turning his attention back to the President. "Tell your girl that if she wanted a chance to kill me, she should make her shot from 10 kilometers, not in 1 kilometer."

(Scene Change)

Three months ago, a legend was proven to exist.

A legend, a man considered as a mythical creature came to the light.

The legendary ruler of the Japanese Underworld made himself known to the world.

All for One, for what seems like a millennium, shown himself to the world that he still exists.

The first thing the ancient villain did after showing the truth of his existence was to cripple All Might.

Yes, All Might fought the old villain valiantly. Yes, the fight between All Might and All for One was far from one sided. Yes, All Might gave as good as he had got. Yes, the fight between All Might and All for One was the stuff of legends.

Regardless of the spectacle of the fight, the fact remains that All Might lost and was crippled by the ancient evil.

The villains around Japan rejoiced at the sight of All Might, the bane of their existence, defeated and dying.

Unfortunately for the villains and the scum of society, All for One did not walked out of the fight unharmed.

In the dawn of darkness, a figured emerged and made sure that All for One would not celebrate his victory, nor would walked away from his fight with All Might unscratched.

Said figure also made sure that All Might would walk and fight again.

The day of All Might's first televised and greatest defeat, the youngest, legal Hero of Japan made himself known.

Wielding a sword bathe in Amber Flames, the Pro Hero Revan took advantage of All for One's damage state and made sure that the villain would not be able to lord his victory over Japan's Symbol of Peace.

Said Hero had to sacrifice an arm, but by the end of the evening, All for One came out of the fight more damage, more crippled than All Might.

All Might temporarily lost a lung and a stomach.

All for One was burned almost to the bone.

Fourth and third degree burns on 80 percent of All for One's body.

The Young Hero also prevented the permanent crippling of the greatest Hero of Japan. It was through his power that All Might had a lung and stomach safely transplanted to the Heroes body in the very night of the fight.

Said procedure force the mighty hero to be out of action for the foreseeable future, but at least, the Hero that ushered Japan to its current era of peace would remain breathing.

Unfortunately, for the first time in what seems like forever, All Might was put on the bench for a long period, and the villains, the criminals, the scum of society took advantage of the man's absent, and went on a rampage throughout Japan.

The Heroes, who depended upon the power of said symbol, were unprepared for the surged of crimes and were momentarily overwhelmed.

Fortunately, the same Hero who crippled All for One and saved All Might charge head first to the front lines, much to the hidden relief and shame of the Pro Heroes.

It was shameful that a 14 year old boy was leading the charged in suppressing the surging crimes in Japan and the wave of villains who made wanted to relished an All Might-less society, regardless of his skills and his legal capacity to do so.

(Scene Change)

Midoriya Izuku, also known as the Sky Hero: Revan or the Prodigy Hero: Revan, flew from city to city, prefecture to prefecture, like a meteor.

He was also, regardless of his age and his initial unthreatening appearance, a formidable Hero.

His Quirk was not like his family's Quirk. He was not capable of turning himself into a gigantic dragon.

His Quirk allowed him to project a spirit of a Kirin, and said spirit could transformed itself into armor and a sword that allowed Izuku to wield the most beautiful Amber Flames. Said flames were potent that it could even burn things that are normally inflammable, yet it also possesses properties that differentiate it from other fire-base Quirks.

The Amber Flames the Hero Revan possess has the ability to heal injuries and to calm negative emotions.

According to the registration of the Hero's Quirk, the Flames that his armor and weapons gave him access to is called Dying Will Flames of the Sky.

The Public was not thrill at the implication of the name, the Hero's family less so.

Powerful Quirk aside, the young Hero also possess skills that was beyond his age. More than his Quirk, the young Hero was capable of fighting, and was shown numerous times to fight Quirkless.

He was even shown one time to fight Quirkless with only one arm.

More than his Quirk, the Hero Revan was armed to the teeth with gadgets and devices that allowed him to take down villains with ease.

Most Heroes and Villains did not take Revan seriously, due to his age and appearance, but Revan did not take offence to that.

After all, his job was easier if his enemies underestimate him.

(Scene Change)

This was supposed to be a quick job.

A quick bank robbery, in and out.

That was what the villains, numbering to 15, thought.

They successfully force themselves in the Sendai branch of Aozora Bank, and they had subdued everyone in said bank to the ground.

They were about to empty said bank of all of its valuables, starting from the counters and then followed by the vaults, when an Amber Meteor crash into the Bank.

After said Meteor crash into the bank, a figure emerged from the flaming meteor and said figure exploded into motion.

With speeds rivaling that of All Might's, all 15 Villains that were robbing the bank were suppressed.

A few villains were subdued on the wall, their limbs restrained by strips of metal.

Some villains were on the roof, their limbs were also restrained by strips of metal.

Some villains were on the ground, unconscious.

The leader of said group of villains was floating a feet from the ground, his limbs were restrained by strips of metals, with his neck collared by a large piece of metal covered with amber flames.

Said flames were no burning him, but the threat was clear.

Said villain was glaring at the Hero who disturbed his operation with hate and fear.

The Sky Hero: Revan, the 14 year old Pro Hero, the youngest Pro Hero in Japan and in the World.

The Hero who was quickly becoming gaining fame and infamy from civilians, Heroes, and Villains alike.

Said Hero stood before him, wearing a uniform that would not be outplaced in the military. His costume consists of a protective vest over a black turtle neck, a grey utility belt over his waist, black military cargo pants with numerous pockets, and steel toed Quirkless red boots. He wore a mask that covered half his face, chin, mouth, and nose. The mask resembled the grinning jaws of a Dragon. The mask allowed his green hair and eyes to be prominent in his appearance. His right arm was bare while his left arm, the arm that he sacrificed to injure All for One, was made out of blacken steel that has the appearance of obsidian, with ripples of amber throughout the steel, and the arm was fashion to look like the claw of a dragon.

Said arm was shrouded with Revan's signature Sky Flames.

Revan was looking at the villain with an unimpressed look before he raise his left, metallic arm, and made a choking motion with it.

Immediately, the metal around the villain's neck tightened, and in seconds, the villain was choke to unconsciousness.

Revan allowed the limb body to fall to the ground, and as the villain collapsed, the strips of flaming metal that subdued the villain flew back to his metallic arm, merging with it.

Revan looked at his surroundings, immediately noticing that some villains that he had restrained were still conscious. He choked them with the strip of metal around their necks, and once they were unconscious, he cuffed all villains with Quirk Suppressing hand cuffs before herding all villains to a secure corner.

With the threat neutralized, Revan looked at the guards that were slowly rising to their feet.

"Have you called the police?" Revan asked gently.

The guards could only nod dumbly as they stare openly at the youngest Pro Hero in Japan.

"Good, I will be off then." Revan gave them a curt nod as his right arm and legs were encase in a flash of orange flame.

When the flames receded, his right arm, from the hand to the forearm, was encased with a claw gauntlet. The gauntlet was crimson in color, and an orange cross covered a crest that resembled an Asian dragon on its back. The armor that covered his forearm was segmented and resembled that of a reptile.

There were also armor that appeared on both of his legs. The armor covered his feet all the way to his knees. The armor resembled his forearm armor, segmented and reptilian, with claws on the ends of the feet.

His metallic left hand and his right gauntlet right arm emitted amber flames that glimmer like diamonds, and before anyone could react, Izuku's entire was body was covered in orange flames, before he flew out of the bank.

He disappeared as quickly as he appeared.

(Scene Change)

If there was a word to describe Revan's Heroing style, it is erratic. In wherever city that he visits, he will fly all over and throughout the city, stopping crimes, preventing accidents, and capturing villains with ease similar to that of All Might.

Although, some crimes that he stopped and villains that he captures, he accomplishes in the most bizarre of fashion.

For example.

In random street in Sendai, Revan randomly dropped on top of a moving sedan. Before his abrupt landing could cause a traffic incident, Revan unleash a flood of amber flame that effectively stopped or slowed every vehicle within his vicinity.

Revan, with his metal arm, punched through the front window of the sedan and dragged its driver out of the vehicle. With his gauntlet glad hand, he threw a stiff jab on the man's jaw, knocking him out.

He then casually dropped the man on the hood of the car before standing over him. Revan un-deployed his gauntlet before pulling a handgun from his coat. With precise aim, Revan fired a goo-like substance from the gun to the unconscious's man's hands. The goo immediately hardened on surface of the sedan.

With the man unconscious, Revan jumped over the sedan and landed on the sedan's trunk.

With his metal arm, Revan pried open the trunk of the sedan with relative ease.

Inside the trunk was a young girl, about 8 to 9 years of age, bound and gagged by a thick rope. The girl has tears in her eyes, and whimpers was escaping through her gag.

Revan's eyes soften slightly before he extracted the young girl from inside the trunk. Holding the girl with his non-metallic arm, Revan grabbed the sedan with his metal arm.

With an inhale and a whisper of Tyrant, amber flames exploded on his back. When the flame receded, a pair of metallic, angelic, feathery wing appeared on his back.

The wings flapped, and Revan, with a girl secured in his arm and a sedan gripped tightly on his metallic arm, he flew towards the nearest police station.

Another example.

Kazama Klein, age 27, also known as the Villain Mirror Lord, was enjoying his current life.

Of course, he is a wanted man, but Klein doesn't give that much of a shit in the label before his name.

Like every child, he wanted to be a Hero, but U.A barely gave him a chance.

A man like him refused to live a life that is anything less than luxurious. Unacceptable.

So he turned into villainy.

So what if his a villain. As a villain, he has fame (infamy) and wealth (stolen), and he had also experience the flesh of multitude of girls (rape), all of them pretty enough to deserve his attention.

And speaking of girls, he was about to taste another piece of quality flesh in a few second.

His target for the evening is the up-and-coming teenage actress Shibata Miyako.

Long legs, nice tits, gorgeous face, curves in all the right places.

Klein was already getting hard at the thought of the girl's lips around his cock.

His current target and future slut was currently staying in the Windu Hotel, a five star hotel for the rich and famous.

The security of the hotel wasn't bad, but no security in the world can prevent him from making a slut out of the current apple of his eyes.

After all, the hotel is filled with glass, and glass are as good as doors for him.

From the adjacent building and with the use of some high quality binoculars, Klein watched at his target enter his room. He licked his lips in eagerness as he saw what the actress was wearing.

A one piece dress that showed off the teen's curves and exposed some skin.

Klein was going to enjoy making the slut scream.

Discarding the binoculars and adjusting his belt, Klein touch the window glass in front of him. With minimal effort, he activated his quirk.

The glass rippled, as if it was disturbed water, and the image of his target's room became transparent.

Klein whistled in appreciation.

He was going to bang this whore all over this fancy room.

With eagerness, he dove to the portal that he created with his Quirk.

In a few seconds, his new slut would be within reach, and in a minute, he will be making her squeal in pleasure.

Unfortunately for him, his life of villainy ended that very moment.

There was a blur of diamond like flames that obscure his vision before he felt the sensation of rough tugging on the back of his neck.

He grunted in pain as he was dropped/slammed on a hard surface, but before he could recover, something hard made contact with his temple.

He was unconscious upon contact, though he heard one word.

"Cunt."

Another example of Revan's erratic heroing.

Numerous people in some streets of Sendai could only watched as the youngest Hero in Japan casually armed himself with an honest to God assault rifle in one hand and a shotgun with the other.

They all watched as said Hero kicked open the door and proceeded to fire the rifle inside the building that he kicked opened. As Revan fired his rifle into the building, Revan rushed into inside.

Those outside the building could hear screams, gun fire, and loud exclamation of 'Quirks not working' from inside the building.

There was a loud crash as a body flew out of the door, and another crashing sound was heard outside the building as a body was thrown out of the building.

The civilians outside looked at the two people that were ceremoniously ejected from the building. Some of the civilians recognized them as villains that were rampaging in Sendai since All Might's defeat.

With a last loud crash and a soft whimper, Revan exited the building, dragging four more villains with his hands, his rifle and shotgun secured on his back. The villains that his was dragging were covered with a cement like substance that covered their entire bodies but the head. Behind him, five villains were floating behind him, their bodies covered with the same substance, though there were strips of metal covered with orange flames that were strategically place around their person.

It appears that said strips were what made those villains float in their cement-like restraint.

The civilians could only watched as the 14 year old Hero dragged 11 villains out of the building that they were occupying earlier.

(Scene Change)

This was supposed to be a routine operation, and considering the Japs lost their biggest gun, the routine operation should have been smoother compare to previous operations in Japan.

Arrive at port, examine the goods, attempt to haggle for a lower price for said goods regardless of quality and originally agreed upon price, pay for said goods, herd said goods to their boat, and then sail home under the blanket of night.

It was a routine operation that one Miguel Bruno had been accustomed to for several years now as a Quirk Trafficker.

Miguel likes routines, especially in his line of (illegal) work. Routines means practicable, simple, easy, and a quick profit.

Miguel hates anything that would break his routine.

For example…

*SLASH*

He really hated this fucking cunt that has been carving his men like cattle for the past three minutes.

This Monster came after he was finished examining the goods. A small figure wielding a European longsword, which was a fucking surprised in itself.

In this Era of Heroes, it was not all that surprising to see someone waving a bloody sword around, whether they be Heroes or Villains. This Monster wielding a sword was peculiar due to the fact that he was wielding a double edge, European longsword in Japan.

If Japanese Heroes, Villains, and/or Vigilantes uses a sword, they mostly use katanas.

Hell, most western sword users' uses katanas or a variation of it.

A Japanese Hero using a European sword is a bizarre image.

And yes, this fucker was a Hero.

Miguel had heard that the Japs now has a child Hero, who is currently flying all over Japan, kicking ass and taking names like no tomorrow.

He had assumed that he would not be fighting the brat, and if he did, the brat would have been easy pickings for him and his men.

He was wrong. So very, very wrong.

This fucking brat already rendered six of his men unconscious in mere minutes.

Miguel could only watched as this diminutive brat dance across Sendai port with deathly grace, and with each swing of sword, of which its blade was shrouded in orange flames, struck his men and his supplier's people, and each blow was strong enough to cause knock outs.

Those in the port tried to call upon their Quirks, to use their gifts to get rid of this interloper.

Try as they might, their respective powers refused to answer their call.

Every attempt that they made merely resulted in a wave of headaches.

Those with mutation type Quirks were not affected by this sudden phenomena, but they were the once the Monster had struck first.

Six quick blows to the head and five swift strikes on the body, specifically the solar plexus, heart, and lung.

This monster is quick, efficient, and dangerous.

It took them awhile to reach for their guns. By then, the ground was littered with unconscious bodies of the traffickers.

Miguel brought 25 people with him in this routine operation. His supplier bought 17.

Since the arrival of this monster, 12 of his people were on the ground, and his supplier's people were culled to a mere four.

They tried shooting at him, with pistols and rifles that would pierce a common hardening Quirk.

The attacks did shit.

The monster either dance around the volley of bullets fired at him or he deflected or block said bullets with his sword.

The Monster was very good with his sword.

It took a six minutes and a half, but everyone on the port were rendered to unconsciousness. Everyone but Miguel.

Miguel was busy nursing a broken arm while he stared at the edge of the Monster's blade.

Miguel looked at the eyes of the being that would throw him in a cell.

Shimmering emerald eyes encase in warm amber glow.

It was such a beautiful sight.

Miguel, for a second, contemplated that a monster should not have such eyes.

Those were his last thoughts as the sword descended upon him, and everything went black.

(SCENE CHANGE)

"[76 arrest in under 24 hours.]"

"You really should be sleeping, Mirai-jiisan. Its 2 in the morning."

"[And you, Izuku-kun, should be is Musutafu right!]" Sasaki Mirai, also known as the Pro Hero Sir Nighteye, exclaimed imploringly.

"I would love to, but as you have seen in the news lately, Japan's Hero Core is almost or close to useless without All Might." Midoriya Izuku grumbled in irritation as he shove a burger into his mouth. Izuku hummed approvingly at the pleasant flavors on his tongue.

"[Regardless, a child should not be halfway across his home, fighting villains!]" Mirai lectured his nephew.

"I agree with you, but someone has to kick Japan's Pro Heroes into gear." Izuku said as he picked apart a bowl of rice. "We are very lucky that our people can be shamed into action." Izuku chuckled a bit. "What is more shameful than having a boy do their work?"

"[Izuku…]"

"I know you're worried." Izuku interrupted his uncle. "I know the entire family is worried, but I am a licensed Pro Hero, regardless of my age, and right now, while All Might is on the bench, every Pro Hero should chip in to protect the era that he ushered."

There was silence in the other line.

Izuku knew that using All Might is a good way to curtail any arguments from his uncle.

After all, his uncle is the Symbol of Peace's side-kicked.

"How is All Might doing?"

"[He is doing well. He is rehabbing his injuries well, and he should be back in the field within the next four to six months.]" Mirai informed his nephew.

"Then I will be in the field for the next four to six months." Izuku informed his uncle.

"[Izuku!]"

"Call me later Jii-san. I am overdue for some sleep." Izuku ended the call right there as he stood up from his chair.

He then walked towards the cashier before dropping a wad of yen on the counter. "For the meal." Izuku informed the cashier before gesturing to the dining hall. "Sorry for the mess."

The dining hall was a mess, with broken tables and chair, and spilled condiments. In the corner of the dining hall were four criminals, all unconscious and were restraint by handcuffs.

The Cashier could only stare in wonderment as the youngest Hero is Japan walked out of the fast food restaurant and flew to the horizon.

(Scene Change)

'This is a child.'

That was the common thought of the civilians as they were ushered from a particularly brutal Hero vs. Villain fight.

That was the thought of the police in the area as they watched at the youngest hero easily fought a villain that was many times his size.

As the civilians were being lead to safety, civilians and police alike watched as the Infamous Hero Revan fought the villain that already destroyed four city blocks and cause so many calsualties.

With a metal arm and flaming fist, with a crown of flame upon his forehead, with emerald eyes encase in amber, with a crown of fire upon his forehead Revan valiantly fought a villain that was roughly four times larger than him.

And he was winning.

A child that was barely in his teen was exchanging blow for blow with an infamous villain, and he was winning.

He was dominating.

Revan was dodging every single blow thrown at him with grace and ease of an experience fighter while also delivering blows that were staggering the villain. Every blow that Revan threw was cerebral, precise, and effective.

In a matter of minutes, that large villain was on his knees, and with deadly grace, Revan jumped a few feet before landing a swift blow on the villain's temple.

The villain drop like a sack of potatoes.

Without losing a step, Revan bound the villain with heavy restraints and with deceptive strength, began dragging the villain to the police and the Prison Transfer vehicle.

"Aren't you too young for this?" A policeman asked as he and his fellow policemen took the villain from Revan.

Revan shrugged. "Our strongest is in the bench. Every Hero should be pitching in to preserve the peace that he ushered." Revan told the police. "It's disappointing that our society does not have the foundation to support our people when the pillar is down." Revan grumbled before turning his attention to the destruction that the villain cause. "I'll heal as much of the wounded as I can. Get some people to clean this up." Revan ordered as he went towards the paramedics that were being overwhelm by the injured.

The Policemen could only stare in both admiration and shame as the youngest Hero in Japan shouldered a burden that he should be shouldering at his age.

(Scene Change)

The Midoriya Clan is infamous for having a single Quirk.

They all possess the Quirk that allows them to turn into dragons.

This Quirk gave them a distinction as Japan's best repellant against Kaiju.

In this era of Quirks and superpowers, it was not uncommon for animals to developed Quirks of their own.

Unfortunately, development of powers does not mean a development of intelligence.

Not everyone could be a Nedzu.

That is why, especially is coastal areas, it was not uncommon to see a gigantic monsters rampaging through cities.

Tatsuma Ryuko, also known as the Dragoon Hero: Ryukyu, is a member of the infamous Midoriya Clan, and she was supposed to be helping in the subjugation of a salamander-modeled Kaiju.

Unfortunately, the moment Ryukyu arrived, she could only watched as her cousin, who the family once thought of as Quirkless, assaulted said Kaiju with a flaming sword.

Said cousin also had a pair of large, metallic, angel-like, feathery wings, also covered in amber flames, hovering on his back, allowing him to fly.

Ryukyu could only watched as her cousin casually swung his sword at the Kaiju, each swing of his blade firing crescent shape, amber colored fired at the monster, and as each attack landed, the Kaiju screamed as the fiery attack blistered and burn its body.

The salamander tried to attack. From its mutated body, which appeared to be made out of plants, emerged vein-like tentacles with Venus flytraps on its tips. The Salamander kaiju made an attempt to attack her cousin with said body parts but with a flicker of Izuku's now metal, fireballs intercepted said tentacles knocking them away.

Ryukyu, seeing the monster trying to hurt her cousin, immediately transformed to her Dragon form.

Her plan was simple. Assist her cousin before making an attempt to convince him to return home.

Legal Pro Hero or not, his cousin was too young for this job.

(Scene Change)

"Thanks for the assist." Izuku whispered to his cousin while healing her of her bruises and injuries. "But I had it handled. That thing couldn't hit me." Several meters from the pair was a burning corpse of a kaiju.

Ryuko could only sigh in delight and relaxation as her cousin's weird flames slowly mended her wounds that was inflicted upon her during the fight. Whatever her cousin's Quirk is, it was very versatile.

"Shouldn't you be home?" Ryuko told her cousin gently.

Izuku was about to speak but Ryuko cut him off. "Don't use the excuse that all Heroes should pitch in with All Might down. That excuse won't work on family." Ryuko interrupted her cousin's signature excuse on why he was on the field.

On a side note, that excused had become a rallying cry for the most eager of heroes as well as for newly minted Heroes.

Izuku narrowed his lips for a second before sighing. "Ryuko-nee, I'll be back home in four to six months." Izuku promised his cousin.

"Hisashi-jiisama, Inko-obaachan, and Inka-chan are worried about you." Ryuko told him.

Izuku flinched minutely. "They shouldn't." Izuku mumbled. "They saw how good I am. I'm strong."

"Regardless, your 14. You shouldn't be out here fighting villains!" Ryuko stated, a hint of force and worry in her voice.

"I'm a Pro Hero, Ryuko-nee. I am obligated to fight for my country." Izuku mumbled softly as he dispersed the flame around Ryuko.

A whine escape Ryuko's lips as the comforting flame of her cousin left her body.

Those flames felt remarkable.

"I'll be going now." Izuku informed her cousin as his metallic wings once again appeared on his back.

"Izuku…" Ryuko called out loudly but before she could reach out, Izuku already took flight.

The speed that he was flying was beyond hers.

Ryuko growled in frustration before she fished for her phone.

The family, especially Hisashi-jiisama, should be updated of Izuku's current whereabouts.

They need to get the hatchling home.

Bakugou Katsuki could only growl in irritation as he and his parents watched the news.

Said news was showing his former childhood friend, Deku, chase several villains in some highway in Nagasaki.

The villains that tried to fight Deku were swiftly taken care of, much to Katsuki's irritation.

A villain tried to deck Deku on the jaw.

Deku caught the offending arm before flipping said villain flat on his back. Deku then fired strips of metal on the villain's limbs and neck before resuming the chase.

A villain tried to blast Deku away with a bolt of lightning.

Deku use his weird-ass flame Quirk, and that irked the explosive blond, to somehow redirect said bolt back to the villain.

That neutralized the villain, and Deku restrain said villain with strips of metal as well.

Another villain tried to distract Deku by telekinetically throwing some cars at Deku.

Deku blocked them with a burst of his weird flames, and the burst of those flames were strong and precise enough to not only to change the course of the vehicle but also flipped them over so that they landed on the road tires first.

Deku then fired a pinpoint flame bullet at the telepath. The Flame bullet struck the villain staggering him.

That stagger gave Deku the time and opportunity to stomp on the man's back, hard, neutralizing the villain and allowing Deku to restraint him on the road.

Two villains transformed into humanized animals, a leopard and a bear.

Deku knocked them out with swift and hard blows to their solar plexus and neck. They were restrained on the asphalt before they lost their consciousness.

The leader of the villain group, and the last villain standing, tried to repel Deku by using his Quirk, a Quirk that made his stomach expand in size by taking a deep breath.

An air bullet Quirk or something close to it.

But before he could spit out an attack, a wave of flame spread throughout the area. For some reason, the villain cough loudly, his stomach returning to its normal size as the air that he inhaled was expelled from his body without his Quirk taking effect.

Before the villain could recover, Deku kneed him in the jaw hard before sending a strip of metal to the villain's neck.

Said strip of metal choke the villain to unconsciousness.

As the villain lay unconscious on the ground, Deku made a motion with his metal arm.

A dozen villain, all having a strip of metal around their neck, flew towards his direction. When they were all huddled together, Deku surrounded himself and the villains with his flames before they flew towards Nagasaki proper.

Mitsuki whistled in appreciation. "Inko-chan shouldn't be worrying about her boy!" Mitsuki exclaimed gleefully while clapping happily. "His a badass!"

Bakugou abruptly stood from his seat and stalked out of his house.

He doesn't need to watch Deku beat those third rate schmucks!

He'll show Deku!

At the very first opportunity, he'll show the conniving, lying bitch that he was still better.

So what if he's the youngest Hero in the History Japanese Heroics?

When he becomes a Hero, no one will ever talk about Deku.

He will be a better Hero than Deku!

Revan casually walked towards her, his infamous longsword flashing to existence with a flicker of his non-metallic hand. With accuracy and grace that Momo did not know a longsword was capable of, her restrains were cut off, and she was finally able to use her hands, feet, and legs.

Moreover, Revan draped his coat over her prone body before she was bathe with Revan's infamous flames.

A flame that can burn and heal.

Momo was experiencing the latter.

The flames that surrounded her was comfortable, relaxing, even calming, and she could feel all the bruises, wounds, and aches all over her body healing ever so slowly.

After what Momo went through today, all the shoves, pulling, slaps, gropes, and promise of rape, the flames that covered her body, so comforting and delightful, was a welcome experience.

Momo did not know when Revan extinguish his flame, but she could not help but whimper in want.

She wanted to experience those flames on her person again.

Her musing was cut off when the Hero carried her on his arms. Momo yelped as she threw her arms around the neck of Japan's youngest Hero, but before she could registered what she was doing, those beautiful and calming flames once again surrounded her, filling her with warmth and delight once again, and her eyes was then flooded with a multitude of colors.

Momo did not know how long her eyes were flooded with those beautiful colors but when she the colors faded and flames that gave her security once again disappeared, she was in a police station, in the arms of her worried father.

The last thing Momo saw of Revan was him literally throwing her kidnappers to a cell before her father and mother fussed over her.

"So you're that brat!" Muscular shouted with a vicious smile on his face as he eyed the current talk of the country.

The prodigious Hero Revan, the youngest Hero from Family of Dragons.

Said Hero was currently tending to the Water Horse Hero Team, his Sky Flames healing the severe injuries that Muscular dealt them.

"Give me a minute." Revan told the villain, eyes not moving from the two injured Heroes. They were in a bad state. Numerous broken and several punctured organs. His flames would not be enough to completely heal them, but it should be enough to get them out of death's door.

"FUCK THAT!" Muscular shouted as he lunge at Revan. "Let see what you can do!" Muscular exclaimed as he threw a massive haymaker at Revan.

Revan looked at the incoming villain before he whispered one word.

"Tyrant."

A burst of amber flames exploded from Revan's body. From said explosion emerged a massive Kirin. The Kirin was at least 15 feet in height, with long antlers and a pair of angelic wings as tall as it is on its back.

As it emerged from Revan's body, the Kirin gored Muscular away from Revan.

Muscular grunted in pain as he was sent flying by the creature the Hero summoned.

Muscular spat a mouthful of blood as he landed flat on his back, a couple of yard away from Revan.

As he jumped back on his feet, intent on pounding the brat to death, he saw the Kirin opening its draconic mouth.

From its maw, a massive blast of amber flames was launch at Muscular.

Muscular was not fast enough to dodge the blast, and said blast pushed him back even further.

When the flames receded and as Muscular tried to shrug off the damage dealt to him, Revan stood a few feet before him, armor on his arm and legs, sword on his non-metallic hand, a crown of flame over his forehead. The Kirin was no longer in sight but a silhouette of it hovered above Revan.

"You are going to be carted out of here in an ambulance." Revan promised as he took a stance, the blade of his sword bursting into flames as it was leveled at Muscular.

Muscular could only grin in excitement as he lunge once again at Revan.

Revan met him mid lunge.

"Obaachan, you are embarrassing us." Izuku whined as he tried, though weakly, to removed himself from his aunt's embrace.

From his mother's side Tomoko Shiretoko, also known as the Pro Hero Ragdoll, a close cousin of his mother, embraced her nephew with gusto.

After dealing with Muscular in brutal fashion, Izuku made sure that the man would not walk again, consequence be damn, Izuku flew Water Horse to the nearest hospital. He healed them much as he could, he healed them as best as he could, but his healing capabilities were not strong enough to fully heal the two.

As the Hero pair was rush to an ER room, he was blindsided by his aunt, who tackled-hugged him on sight.

"Izu!" Ragdoll cried as she smothered him with her breasts.

Izuku grunted, a flush of red on his cheeks in embarrassment as he gently pushed his aunt off of him.

"I'm fine." Izuku assured his aunt before turning his gazed towards the leader of the group. "Sorry that I wasn't able to save your Cousin from that bastard." Izuku apologized sincerely.

The language that he used earned him a pinch from his aunt.

"Language, Izu!" Ragdoll scolded her nephew.

Mandalay could only smile weakly before bowing her head at the young Hero. "You saved them from a worse fate. Thank you." Mandalay said with a bow of appreciation.

Izuku nodded before taking a few steps away from the Wild Wild Pussycats, more specifically from his aunt.

"Duty calls." Izuku told them as a pair of metallic wings burst into existence on his back.

Before he could fly again, Ragdoll spoke. "Inko-nee wants you home." Ragdoll told her nephew in a severe tone. "She's worried."

Izuku looked guilty for a few seconds before flying away.

There is work to be done.

When the work is done, he'll face his family.

Eraserhead did not expect to meet the infamous Revan, with his brand of heroics and his job as a UA Professor, he expected to never cross path with the child.

Apparently he was wrong as said Hero was currently mending his wounds with his infamous flames.

"There is such a thing as calling for backup." The child hero Revan scolded the experience pro as he mended his dislocated arm.

Eraserhead's brow twitch at said lectured.

"Aren't you a bit too young for this job?" Eraserhead quipped back.

"Age is a number. The only thing that matters is skill and ability." Revan stated strongly.

"Still, you're a kid." Eraserhead reasoned.

"And if most Heroes won't get dishearten by having our symbol taken down, temporary it might be, I would be home, doing Underground work until I reach the age of 18, but as you have seen, most of our collogues are incapable of working with the current state of things." Revan countered, and Eraserhead could not help but agree.

All Might's lost against the mythical All for One shook Japan to its core and it embolden the villains to run wild.

And as much as this fact soured Eraserhead, Revan contributed greatly in reinvigorating the Heroes and inspiring hope back to the populace.

After all, sneak attack or not, this boy still took down All for One.

And the argument of child soldier aside, this child had successfully took down several high level villains in the span of three months, and he had suppress crimes and captures villains en masse in several cities all around Japan.

This boy successfully shamed most Pro Heroes in Japan to be better.

The problem is though, the boy was still a child, 14 years old, not even legally allowed to drink, but, due to a law and a treaty, he was legally allowed to be a Pro Hero, with everything it entails.

Eraserhead was brought back from his musing when Revan pulled back his healing flames. Moving his arm, Eraser head sigh in relief now that his arm as no longer dislocated.

"I'll be going now. Please try not to get injured again." Revan told Eraserhead as he flew to the sky.

Eraserhead looked at his youngest college before mutter two words.

"Problem Child."

"That was not necessary." Izuku stated as he landed behind Lady Nagant, two bottles of cold coffee in hand.

The older hero turned to his direction, and Izuku threw a bottle towards hers.

Lady Nagant caught it and looked at it curiously.

"It's not poison if you're worried about that." Izuku assured the Hero as he opened his own bottle before drinking its content.

Lady Nagant, with her eyes still trailed on Izuku, mirrored his actions.

After halving his drink, Izuku address Lady Nagant once again. "Not that I mind the assists, but I had it handle. There was no need to end him."

Putting down her own drinks, Lady Nagant gave Izuku an apathetic stare. "I have my orders."

"I am aware of that." Izuku told her warmly. "But if they want errant Heroes to disappear, they should give me permission and cart blanched to legally kill them."

Lady Nagant was taken aback by that sentence, and Izuku smiled at her.

"I was trained by the Crucible. I know how to kill."

(Scene Change)

In the eyes of the public, Draco, Midoriya Hisashi, the Blazing Dragon Hero, is an elite level Pro Hero. In his 26 years as a Pro, he may not have broken into the Top 10 in the rankings, but he was a constant figure in the Top 20.

In fact, those who knew Hisashi are well aware that he could break into the Top 10He may share his Quirk with his family if he were not such a family man.

For 20 years of his life, Midoriya Hisashi had been happily married to a single woman, Midoriya Inko, nee Sasaki. Said woman gave him two wonderful children, one girl and one boy.

His eldest daughter was about to enter U.A's Hero Program. His daughter, Midoriya Inka, also possesses his Dragonic Quirk that runs through his family, and she was talented and gifted, making her an incredible prospect.

Hisashi is very proud of her daughter, and he cannot wait to have her as an intern and a sidekick.

He also has a son, Midoriya Izuku.

That, in itself, is an issue.

Not because he did not love his boy.

Hisashi very much loves his baby boy, thank you very much.

It is that his boy is already a Pro Hero and was currently fighting a Kaiju in Okinawa

Worry and dread filled both Hisashi and Inko as they watched their baby boy pushed a gigantic Kaiju, a gigantic, bipedal aquatic monster, back to the shores of Okinawa and far away from populace areas.

The flames that his son was peppering the monster was not leaving any lasting damage but it was staggering the monster away from the nearby village.

The monster was growling in pain as it tried to swipe the flying nuisance away, but Izuku either dodge the attacks or deflect it with a wave a flame.

Hisashi's breath hitched a bit as the monster came a bit too close of striking his son.

His son was able to dodge and return fire, but it was too close for comfort.

Grabbing his phone, he dialed the number of his brother who was already on his way to Okinawa.

"Tell me you're a minute or two away from Okinawa!" Hisashi shouted through his phone the moment his brother picked.

"[I am an hour away.]" His brother replied uncaringly.

Hisashi growled in frustration as he watched his son shower the monster with flame attach as he dodge a particle hard swipe from its tail. "Could you just fully transform and fly to Okinawa?"

"[And risk fighting a Kaiju, exhausted! No way!]" His brother denied, and Hisashi was two seconds away from breathing fire on his phone. "[Why do you have your panties tied in a bunch? Izuku has got the monster handle. Not bad for a variant.]"

"Don't call my son that!" Hisashi growled at his brother.

"[I am not saying that to offend, Hisa, I am stating that as a compliment. He may not be able to turn into a dragon like the rest of us, but his powers are practically more versatile than ours. You should be proud.]"

"My son had to be shot and die to get that power. Pardon me to not be celebrating his Quirk due to that fact."

Hisashi was going to find Akatani Mikumo, and he was going to incinerate the prick if it's the last thing he will over do!

"[Calm you tits, Hisa, and I don't have to rush my way to Okisanawa. Little Izu is going to finish his first Kaiju.]"

As his brother told him that, Hisashi watched as his son backflapped the claws of the Kaiju before leveling the tip of his longsword at the monster's skull. The blade of the sword pulse with fire, and with an explosion of Amber Flames on his wings, Izuku rushed the monster and pierced said monster on its skull.

With the sword on its skull, Izuku screamed and another explosion of amber flames, this time from the blade, exploded, effectively remove the monster's head from its body.

Flying away and maneuvering into the monster's back, Izuku fired numerous flame waves to slow the descent of the monster's carcass until it reach the ground with a thud.

Izuku killed the gigantic monster right at the coast of Okinawa.

Hisashi, regardless of his current feelings, could not help but feel proud of the work his son did.

He still wanted his baby boy home though.
