Alright, back again with this beauty.

Disclaimer: I own Lyn.

XxXxX

Lyn takes a cautious step back, keeping her eyes on the infamous woman in front of her.

"You shouldn't be here. The prophecy never included you." Lyn was more so reasoning with herself.

Morgana offers a sly grin and looks the young girl up and down.

"You know nothing of prophecy young witch. I smell your power for miles. I need help manifesting my armies. You have just the power I need."

Lyn stands her ground although a rage burned within. "You want help from me? You obviously don't know me."

Morgana lets out a low hiss. "I don't need to know you to know the power behind you. I have enemies here that are your enemies too."

"You mean Arthur and his knights?" Lyn inquires.

Morgana is taken back. "How do you know they are here? They've already gotten to you, I see."

"I believe you also knew my father, and you caused him a great deal of suffering. So excuse me if my heart is full of hate for you."

Morgana gasps and laughs lightly. "By the Gods, You are the heir off Emrys. No wonder your power drew me in. So you know where they are."

Lyn fiddles her hand in a nervous gesture as her face hides the slight fear.

XxXxXArthur wakes at the cottage and looks around. Gwen lay next to him, turned away.

He stands and walks to the window. He sees Lyn walking into the tree line.

At one glance back to the others, Arthur ventures after Lyn in curiosity.

The night air bites at his skin and he shivers. He keeps a good distance of his target and stays some ways behind her.

He watches as she stops in the clearing. A light from the moon showers onto her as the wind blows her wavy locks from her shoulders.

Arthurs eyes became transfixed on the woman in front of him. He felt a slight flutter in his chest but he couldn't demand himself to look away.

She looked purely angelic.

From the corner of his eyes, he sees a cloaked figure walking up to her. He watches Lyns meditation break and as she steps back.

He can't make out much but gasps in horror as the hood comes down.

His sister. The evil witch who rained terror on his people, had followed them back. His heart now beat fast for a different reason.

Arthur moves a bit closer to hear the women.

"By the Gods, you are the heir of Emrys. No wonder your power drew me in. So you know where they are."

Arthur frowned. Power?

All of a sudden, the earth began to rumble and wind picked up around the women.

XxXxXLyn feels a strength wash over her and a sudden urge to protect takes over.

Her eyes glow a bright gold as she puts her hands face up. The ground begins to shake and wind surrounds her.

Morgana steps back in awe.

Lyn speaks deeply. "You have no business here. You will leave my charges alone and you will behave. This is my domain and I protect it."

Lyn raises her arm and a spear is created from stone in the air. "Leave."

With that, Morgana growls lowly in frustration and disappears in a cloud of smoke.

The wind dies almost instantly and the stone spear clatters to the ground. Lyns body gives out and she falls into sweet darkness.

XxXxXArthur watches in slight horror at the power being shown from this girl he did not know well. This was some of the most powerful magics he had seen before.

He sees Morgana flee in anger and sighs in relief when the power fades.

His attention is drawn back to Lyn at the sound of her body hitting the damp earth below her.

He runs out to her and kneels beside her. He picks up the top half of her body in his lap and brushes stray strands of the dark hair from the girls face.

Arthur feels his heart stutter as he observes a drop of blood making its way from her nose. He places his hands on either side of her face and pleads with her.

"Lyn, Lyn. Wake up. Shes gone, Wake up."

His pleas go unheard and she remains in slumber.

He picks the young girl up carefully and begins the short journey back to the cottage.

XxXxXOooooo. That power. Arthur seems a bit scared of it. But what do you think Morgana has planned? All comments appreciated.Peace and Chicken Grease.
