Liza Marie's Soldiers

Chapter 2: Round Two

It was a year before Noah and Quinn got custody of Liza Marie. Blaine was trying to do everything he could to stop it from happening. Blaine's lawyers even brought up Noah's past, hoping it would get the judge on his side. But all of his efforts to make Noah the bad guy backfired when Liza Marie testified, and Blaine never knew that the Skype call was being recorded.

Then the moment, Quinn was called as a surprise witness for the prosecution. His face went white, and after she was sworn in, the prosecutor asked, "Mrs. Puckerman, when did you notice Mr. Hummel's first bruise he got from Mr. Anderson?" Blaine's lawyer tries to object, but the prosecuting attorney cuts him off, saying, "Mr. Hummel was being bullied before this and Mrs. Puckerman was the only one that saw his bruises. I just want to show the jury how far back the abuse went."

Soon the attorneys were arguing before the judge banged his gavel as he says, "Gentleman, are you two going to argue all day or let this nice young lady give her testimony?"

Then Quinn looks over at Blaine as she says, "Two weeks after Blaine transferred to McKinley, my husband and some of our other male friends were protecting him from a lot of bullies at the time. So, I thought one of the bullies tried to choke him or something. But when I asked the guys about it, they told me nobody was bullying him at the time."

When Blaine's attorney gets up, he asks, "Isn't it true that your husband and his friends used to bully Mr. Hummel? In fact, didn't your husband and friends throw him in the school dumpster on a daily basis?"

Quinn looks at Noah as she says, "Yes, but the bullying stopped when we started glee."

Blaine's attorney says, "Now, that's a lie! Your husband was still bullying him, wasn't he?!"

Quinn just straightens up and says, "Yes, but after they became friends he stopped! But this is not about my husband's past! He's not the one that was still hurting Kurt even after he married Blaine! He's not the one that spanked Liza Marie with a belt, and he's not the one that killed Kurt!"

Soon Quinn was crying and was allowed to go back to her seat.

Despite all the evidence, Blaine was found not guilty. Then, a week later, Noah had Burt and Blaine meet him at the cemetery.

The moment Blaine saw Burt, his face went white, and he was walking a little faster to Noah as he asked, "So, why did you ask me here, Puck?"

Noah doesn't answer him and stares at a headstone as he asks Burt, "Mr. H, do you remember me talking about my sister with Finn?"

Burt just says, "Yea, whatever happened to her? I mean, I don't ever remember seeing her?"

Noah points to the grave he was standing in front of and says, "My dad came back after I went into the Air Force and beat her almost to death. She was in a coma until the day Liza Marie was born. I was overseas and missed the funeral."

Burt was the one that noticed Noah's sister, whose name was Sarah Elizabeth, just happened to be buried not too far from his first wife, Catherine Elizabeth.

Then Noah says, "Ma had her buried near your first wife after hearing stories from Kurt about her."

Blaine just says arrogantly, "That's nice and all. But what does any of this have to do with me?"

Then, Noah picks Blaine up by his shirt collar as he yells, "Everything! You son of a bitch! Liza Marie almost died because of you, and you killed Kurt for trying to save her! Do you really want your own daughter to die?! Goddamn it Blaine! You should be in jail right now, and you know it!"

Blaine just smirks as he says, "I'll never spend one day in jail, Puck. I can't be tried for the same crime twice."

Then he starts to walk away before Noah grabs him and punches him in the face as he says, "You are never getting Liza Marie back, and I'm sure somebody will make sure you pay for your crimes one day."

And Burt says, "And we'll be there to make sure you pay, son." As he headed back to his truck.

An hour later, Noah gets a call from Burt telling him to come to the hospital. When he got there, he saw Carole holding Liza Marie as she kept asking, "Why did Bad Papa hurt Queenie?" over and over.

Then a nurse takes him to the I.C.U, where he sees Quinn on a ventilator.

Soon he is throwing things around the room and saying, "That fucking son of a bitch! I'm going to kill him!"

Then he picks up a chair and throws it across the room before falling to his knees. Before Liza Marie ran to him after Carole had put her down.

Soon she is hugging him as she says, "I wish I was Aunt Beff's sissy and Poopy Blan never met Dada. Daddy Nono, Uncle Finn, wasn't Dada's first crush, and he stopped liking you that way after you cut your hair."

Noah chuckles while he looks at Burt as he asks Liza Marie, "Did Dada Kurt think I was like Grandpa Burt, Squirt?" Liza Marie giggled as she shook her head, yes.

That night, both Burt and Noah storm into Blaine's house and see him naked in his living room. While he was in a threesome with Sebastian and Dave.

This had Noah fuming along with Burt as they said in unison, "Blaine, you son of a bitch! How long has this been going on?!"

Dave was the one that answered them, saying, "It was since he dated me, man. Kurt knew about it and joined in when Liza Marie was a baby."

Before anyone can say another word, Noah is attacking Blaine again as he yells, "You sick, son of a bitch! How could you do this to Kurt?! If you didn't love him! Why the hell did you even marry him?!"

Blaine looked at Burt as he says, "He was a great fuck and would do anything for me. Until that little bitch was born and started killing all the fun."

Then Noah knocks Blaine out with one good punch as he says to the other two men, "Unless you want to be next, I suggest you get the hell out of here!"

Soon they are heading to Noah's, as Burt says to Noah, "Puck, you do realize..."

Then Noah cuts him off as he says, "Don't even say it, Mr. H, unless you want to see me hurl all over this truck!"

Then the two men start to laugh and Burt says, "I bet Kurt got a kick out of it, ha. Besides, better you than me because if it was me. I wouldn't of had the nerve to do that."

Noah just chuckles as he says, "Blaine is lucky my rifle wasn't in here or one of us might have used it on him, I'm sure."

This made Burt chuckle as they pulled into the base.
