Time to take a bit of a detour from the one-by-one "disappearances" of the CPUs. After all, not every chapter has to involve a "change", if you know what I mean. "Hello?", she called out.
No one answered. Thinking that she may have just been imagining things, the Guild agent shrugged her shoulders and went back to finding the remote for the TV. Just then the giggling noise sounded off again. This time it sounded like it was accompanied by a soft moaning. The giggling alone would've made IF raise an eyebrow, but when she heard some moaning, she couldn't help but grow tense.
"Is someone else here?", she asked herself quietly.

Either way, it was time to see who it was.

But a confused look formed on her face when she saw that the room was empty. What was even more surprising was that nothing in her room was touched or moved. The Guild agent looked all around for any sign of another being in the room, from her bed sheets to under her bed. Then she looked towards her closet, thinking that whoever she heard must've hid inside. Creeping up to it, she carefully placed a hand on the handle before pulling the closet door open quickly.
