Perry yawned as he woke up from his nap, rubbing his eyes and stretching as he sat up. He had an uncomfortably wet feeling, coming to the conclusion that he somehow wet his diaper in his sleep. He would have to get the attention of one of the daycare staff to have them change him. It was then when he took notice of his surroundings, he wasn't in the nap room anymore, but a dark room where he couldn't see anything. Before he could try climbing out of the crib, two mechanical arms picked him up and placed him on a changing table, where they proceeded to change his diaper, exchanging it for a frilly pink one. The new diaper made him blush as he was carried to a highchair.
He was strapped in tight, making it impossible to get out no matter how hard he struggled, "Enjoying yourself little Babypus?" A voice asked from the darkness. The lights suddenly went on to reveal that the room Perry was in was some kind of storage room, with many baby items lining the walls. The highchair he was trapped in was located in the middle of the room, in front of him was none other than Doofinshmirtz, "I have to say, the girly diaper wasn't my first choice, but I'm sure glad it was put on you." he said, gloating in how silly Perry looked right now.
Perry glared at him while he struggled some more to get out, "I wouldn't struggle so much if I were you, I make extra precautions this time to make sure you don't get out. Anyway, after you foiled my last baby army scheme, I started to think about what went wrong. Aside from the trap I put you in, I realized that just my heartbeat wouldn't be enough to have the babies serve me. So, here is what I came up with." He pulled out a remote and pressed a button, resulting in another Nannyinator emerging from the ceiling, "I needed to have their minds completely set on me as well, which is what I'm going to test out on you. While I'm doing that, I'm going to record everything on the Nannyinator's cameras and show the footage to your agency, and your entire reputation will be ruined! It's revenge and free testing wrapped in one."
Doof then pressed another button on the remote, causing a screen to appear on the Nannyinator's chest plate. It showed an image of a pink and purple swirl animation, obviously made for hypnotism. Perry tried closing his eyes, but the Nannyinator was quick to keep them open using its hands, "First, I'm going to regress your mind, then after I humiliate you for a while, I will fully indoctrinate you as the first member of my baby army." Doof said. They hypnotism was starting to work its charm, as Perry starting to be drawn into it. His mind slowly regressed to that of a toddler as his eyes went blank and he started to drool a little. Every thought he had was gone, his mission, his family, all of it gone and replaced with babyish thoughts.
When the hypnosis was complete, Perry had a faint smile on his face as he drooled some more and babbled nonsense. Doof reveled in his triumph, "Yes, it actually worked! My nemesis is now my very infant-minded servant. Now for the humiliation process." he said as the Nannyinator took out a bottle from a compartment and shoved it into Perry's mouth, with immediately suckling on it. Some of the milk even dribbled down his chin, but the Nannyinator was quick to wipe his mouth. After the milk was done, the Nannyinator held Perry over it's shoulder and burped him before putting a pacifier in his mouth.
Perry was then placed in a playpen filled with stuffed animals and baby toys. He picked up a rattle and shook it around, giggling at the sounds it made. He then crawled to some foam blocks and started stacking them in a simple structure before knocking them down with his rattle, chewing on one of the blocks afterwards. At one point, he tried to stand up, only to plop right back down on his bottom, where he grabbed his feet and rocked back and forth on his diaper. A gurgling sound then came from his belly, leading to his tail hiking up and a relaxed look being plastered on his face.
Doof was laughing throughout all this, the Nannyinator's cameras were surely capturing this is the best possible way. He decided that after the Nannyinator changes him, he will have Perry fully indoctrinated. A knock then sounded at the door to the room, "Oh, that's probably Norm with the extra supplies." he said before going to the door and opening it, only to get punched in the face by what felt like a hairy fist. He fell back against the highchair and rubbed the back of his head in pain, *Hey, what's the big-" he started to say before he looked up at his assailant, a very angry looking Agent K.
She cracked her knuckles and moved towards Doof, "Stop her!" he shouted, causing the Nannyinator to go into combat mode and charge towards her. Katy was swift and deactivated the machine via the obvious 'off' switch on its back, "Why did I even put that there?" Doof wondered before he was grabbed and tied up by Katy. She then found Perry in the playpen, sniffling and looking like he was about to cry, his infantile mind most likely being triggered by the loud noises and his full diaper. Katy was quick to pick him up and calm him down by rocking him gently. She then brought him over to the changing table and turned it on, "Guess I was a little too late. Oh well, at least we captured Doof. With some interrogating we can ask him how to undo the hypnosis." she thought.
While Perry was being changed, she sent a message to Monogram and told him that Doof was captured, but Perry's mind was regressed. The only question was, who would take care of him until his mind was turned back to normal?

The timer chimed in Katy's nursery as the milk bottle was finished heating up. She picked it up and placed it into Perry's mouth, chuckling a little as she watched him suckle. She offered to be the one to take care of Perry until Doof made a device to undo the mind control. She didn't mind it at all, she was more than happy to do it of course. Perry was soon done with his bottle, and after being burped by Katy, gave a cute yawn. "Time for nappies Perry." Katy said as she placed Perry on a sleeping mat in the playpen and started to sing a lullaby. The song and the warm milk in his belly made Perry fall asleep faster, and he was out in seconds.
"Sleep tight my little Babypus." Katy said before kissing him on the cheek.
