[Evening, Celestial Caves.]
Spyro, Cynder, his family, and the others who made it to the White isles, which included; Hunter, Bianca, and even Flynn. was together in the Central Chamber of Chronicler's Domain.*
Hunter turns to Flynn, who looked tired. Hunter had gone out to the beach and met up with the tall Mabu.*
Hunter: So... How is the damage to your ship?
Flynn: *Flynn laid on his back, for he had did his best to work on his boat while Spyro had establish their stay here in the Celestial Caves. To respond to Hunter's question, he lazily waves.* ... It's not very great... But on the plus side, I should be able to piece it back together...
Bianca: *Bianca was almost leaning onto Hunter.* ... How long do you think that'll take you...?
Flynn just silently shrugs.*
Flynn: ... Hopefully three weeks...?
Spyro: You shouldn't worry... *Spyro speaks up, causing everyone to turn to Spyro and Cynder, who was cuddled up by the pond. Cynder had her arms around his neck.* ... This place should hide us long enough to fix the boat...
Hunter: ... Do you think you'll be healed by then?
Spyro: ... *Spyro stares at his bandages.* ... Hard to say... I hope so... *Spyro turns his head, which only caused Cynder to nuzzle him from moving too much.* ... I was hoping to find a way get... At least a bit stronger before I leave...
Spyro stares at his paw, which he could tell his whole arm hurt.*
Spyro: ... I just feel like I'm getting only weaker...
Cynder: ... *Cynder's eyes slowly get sadder.*
Bianca: *Bianca shakes her head.* ... I don't believe that to be true...
Spyro: ...
Hunter: *Hunter leans in.* I don't believe that to be true as well...
Spyro looks at Hunter and Bianca with a smile.*
Spyro: ... Thanks guys...
They heard Iggy's laughter.*
Iggy: Y-Y-You can't cath Me-e!
They could see Eon and Lilly happily laughing as Eon chased Lilly and Iggy. They was playing tag.*
Hunter: ... Heh,... Look at them go...
Cynder: *Cynder shook her head, with a very relieved smile.* ... Aren't they beautiful...
Spyro: Yeah...
Lilly sprints ahead of Eon, and they go around a small ridged platform.*
Eon: Ahahaha- haha! ... Heh... *Eon slows himself down to a stop, when he saw the much older white dragon, reading a book under the small tree. Eon could barely remember his name. He walks over towards the small tree that he was under. * ... Hey... Your ... Frost right?
Frost: ... *Frost turns a page in his book.* ...
Eon: ... *Eon smiled.* ... I'm Eon...
Frost remains silent for a little longer, causing Eon to lose his smile.*
Frost: ... *He turned another page.* ... I'd go run around and play... While you still can...
Eon: *Eon's eyebrow lifts up. He stared at Frost, trying to understand whether his reply was a threat or not.* ... So... What are you reading?
Frost: ... Can you even read?
Eon smiles again.*
Eon: My mom reads to me!
Frost: *Frost finally turns his head. It looked like he was going to complain, but he just turns back to his book, and he double checks which page he was on.* ... Look, you wouldn't understand this stuff anyways... Besides...
Frost shuts his book and looks over his shoulder.*
Frost: Lilly is right behind you...
Eon: She is!?
Lilly jumps above him.*
Lilly: Rawr! *Lilly dives into his side, causing them to roll.*
Eon: Ah--Ahahaha! *They rolled towards Frost.*
Frost: *As they neared, he felt uncomfortable as he had to sweep his book up on to his arm and get straight up.* ... ... ... Baaah... *Frost turned and started walking away as he tucked his book under his wing.*... Why do I even bother...
Eon and Lilly giggle their hearts out as the two was trying to pin the other. They rolled and rolled.*
At this moment, Eon and Lilly both knew, that they felt a strong connection. They didn't know what it was, but they two could only think, play now, player now... There might not be a later.
The two tugged, pulled, hugged and tackled. Each diving their paws, gripping to the reality they was together.
The two played and played.
Soon, Lilly rolled on top of Eon.
Eon: Oof...
Eon and Lilly's eyes flickered. They stop and stared into the void of their own eyes. To them, it was almost as if they could see the whole universe within their own gaze. They stared, forgetting everything else, even time itself.
Chronicler: ... Lilly!
Lilly flinches as she lifts her head, to see her father staring at her. She blushed, becoming embarrassed. She didn't want her father seeing her this close to Eon, in this short amount of time.*
Lilly: *Lilly just tries to act natural.* Y-Yes, Father...?
Chronicler: *The Chronicler rolls his eyes as he turns with a deep and heavy sigh.* ... Supper is ready... We'll eat out in the Balcony...
Lilly: C-Coming father... *Lilly slowly gets off Eon.*
Eon: *Eon blushes as Lilly quickly trots towards her father, keeping her shy little smile pointed towards the ground, hiding it from her father.* ... Catch you later... Lilly...
Before leaving the room, he turns to Frost, who was already joining him*
Chronicler: Frost... Be sure to prepare everyone's food... and be sure to tell them to get an early night in... *The Chronicler turns and finally leaves the room.* ... They need to recover quickly... The sooner the recovery... The better it will be for all of us...
Frost: ... *Frost just stares as his father leaves him with the task. He sighs.* ... Yes, Father...
[Near, Midnight]
Spyro was slowly exploring the halls. He had been curious about the Chronicler, and he wanted to know more.
He looks around the many halls slowly. He pondered for a while, thinking that it would take a while to find the Chronicler late at night. However, in truth, it didn't take Spyro long.
He saw a bright glow in one of the rooms. The glow was odd, and twirled throughout the hall. It illustrated the eerieness and mysteries behind the Celestial Caves.
Spyro moves the curtain slowly aside. He saw that the Chronicler was staring into his own well of visions. The pool of water gave off the glow, that had caught Spyro's attention before he came across the Chronicler's location in the middle of the quiet night.
The Chronicler didn't turn from the water's reflection. His head remained peering downwards.*
Chronicler: ... Spyro... How can I indulge in the pleasure of your... Company tonight...
The Chronicler took a cup, he had resting on the well. To Spyro it looked warm, so he assumed it was some sort of coffee.*
Spyro: I'm... Sorry to see you so late...
Chronicler: I was... Too busy anyways... *The Chronicler slightly turns.* ... You may come in...
Spyro walks forward, as he examines the place.*
Spyro: ... What... are you doing in here...?
Chronicler: ... I am trying to study life... Through this well... *The Chronicler closes the book. He slightly turns, he rubbed his claws together nervously. Spyro noticed the Chronicler wasn't at ease.*... I'm sure that's not why you came here...
Spyro looks down. He tried to look for the right words. He didn't look up at first, but right before he said anything he looked up, determined.*
Spyro: ... My friends... Are under Yumi's control... And she's dangerous... I don't know what happened to my brother and law Kaos has gone missing... I- I need to get-
Chronicler: I know all about your situation... I have foreseen it coming...
Spyro: *Spyro was taken back from this.* ... You knew?
Chronicler: *The Chronicler turns a bit more, so Spyro could see the Chronicler's eye.* ... Much like your rabbit companion... I can see things from the very mysterious future...
Spyro: You see Visions...
Chronicler: *The Chronicler leans forward.* ... Correct my boy...
Spyro: ... So can you help me? *Spyro holds his heart.* P-Perhaps you can help train me...?
Chronicler: *The Chronicler put up a paw.* No-No... I cannot train you ... I do not have the time or the right to do such a thing...
Spyro: You mean you can't help me?
Chronicler: *The Chronicler stands.* ... I have cured your children... I believe I have...
The Chronicler walks over to the bookshelf and puts up the book.*
Spyro: *Spyro looks down, frustrated. However, he knew the Chronicler was right. He didn't try to argue with him.* ... Your right... But... *Spyro looks up, determined.* ... I cannot let Yumi do this to people I love...
Chronicler: ... *The Chronicler looks down. Spyro saw he couldn't look at Spyro... In fact he looked scared.* ... The Dark Prophecy...
Spyro: ... Sir?
Chronicler: The Dark Prophecy... Bianca told you... Yes?
Spyro: ... *Spyro walks forward, wanting to get closer to the mysterious Chronicler.* ... The one about my children dying?
Chronicler: *The Chronicler turns and faces Spyro. He looks down on him. Spyro could tell the Chronicler's tone was even more serious.* ... Bianca has not told you everything... She kept you in the Dark...
Spyro: What do you mean?
Chronicler: *The Chronicler slowly rubs his chin.* Did she mention... A Dark Force...
Spyro: *Spyro's eyes looked downward, searching for words.* ... I think so? Once?
Chronicler: Yes... And Yumi had told you about Stykore's return...
Spyro nods. His expression fueled with fear, determination, and a small bit of hate.* ... Yeah,... The sorcerer, Yumi, wants to bring back...
Chronicler: ... He will come back...
Spyro: Not on my watch...
Chronicler: "The Chronicler looks down.* ... It truly isn't that simple...
Spyro: *Spyro tilts his head.* ... And just WHY Not!?
Chronicler: *The Chronicler turns around suddenly, resting his front paws on the well. He looked down in a frustrated sigh.* ... Spyro... Bianca also told you... That... There was only one way to save your kids...
Spyro: ... *Spyro's eyes narrowed and locked onto the Chronicler in a death stare* ... I'm not leaving my kids...
Chronicler: *The Chronicler turns and leans his back on the well.* ... It's the only way they will live... The Dark Force will only crave you and Cynder's Light...
Spyro: ... *Spyro started to get upset.* ... Wait... C-Cynder too?
Chronicler: The Dark Force... Will Crave your blood... However, the future might be unpredictable... Bit you can narrow possible Events and Outcomes... *The Chronicler closed his eyes.* ... I have been blessed with the knowledge and power to do just that...
Spyro: ... And I know... There is an outcome where we all walk away from this...
Chronicler: With... The Dark Force... Someone will die...
Spyro: *Spyro closes his eye. The Chronicler could tell Spyro didn't like hearing that at all.* ... I just refuse to believe that...
Chronicler: *The Chronicler nods.* ... I will also warn you... With the choices you make from this point on... Defers to who lives and who dies...
Spyro: ... *This made Spyro curious.* ... How much do you know about the future?
Chronicler: ... Spyro... *The Chronicler looks down. Spyro could only see darkness and sadness.* ... I saw too much of your future... It is not one of peace... Or love...
The Chronicler looks up at him, with a stare that told Spyro to take the next words seriously.*
Chronicler: No matter what you do... The Dark Force will seek out blood... And blood... Is what he'll find...
Spyro: ... *Spyro mouth gaps open as horror seemed to hit his heart.* ... And... You won't help me train? I- I- mean as dragon with all your knowledge, you s-should be able to help me!
Chronicler: ... There is a way... But it's not easy... *The Chronicler looks at Spyro with care in his sad eyes.* ... You will have to face a tough decision...
The Chronicler slowly grasps his shoulder.*
But for now... Spend some more time
