"Dadgum that hedgehog can run!" Mater exclaimed upon watching his best friend and this weird non vehicle visitor zipping around the Wille's Butte near Radiator Springs.
"You sure can zip!" Sonic laughed since he was impressed with how fast the iconic red race car was going. "Guess that's why they call you lightning!"
"Well you definitely are living up to your name Sonic!" McQueen complimented for he then started to turn left to go right. "But you're gonna have to focus more on the track than talking!"
Sonic was confused and he headed straight into the cactus pit, screaming in pain for Mater was quick to pick him up from the patch, with Lightning McQueen chuckling and coming over to check the scene.
"How's that for a turn? Ka-chow!" Lightning McQueen laughed upon doing his catchphrase, with it hitting the blue blue's face and making him squint in return.
