The whole place of aperture was being gassed with neurotoxin like normal, with two scientists running off to a place. "Where do you think you are going, you know you can't escape, I have blocked all exits". "Jerry are you sure this is a good idea," "it's the only choice we have Abby!".

"Well, after I kill you, I'll be really busy with test subjects," "wait, that's it!". They both ran into an office as Jerry wrote something down. "J-Jerry, we need to get to a safe place," "J-Just, one thing to do". "Here," Jerry said, handing Abby the paper, "get to the programming room, type this in, and meet me in the storage room". "Wait, where are you going?" said Abby, "to make sure this never happens again," he said, running off.

Abby headed into programming and typed in some commands. "Now what are you doing now? Do you think I can't see what your putting in, I'll find out". "Not this one, it's going to be something, not even you'll realize," said Abby as she pressed ENTER and left. What she put in was a program called SCS.

Meanwhile, Jerry came to Glados's room with a personality core. "Oh, what's this? Another personality core? That won't do anything, it's useless". "Well, this one's different, hope you choke on it," Jerry put on the core, but was not able to screw it in completely, until Glados blast some neurotoxin in his face. "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to do that, how about this?" she said as a turret came down. Jerry punched the core into place as the turret fired.

Abby made it to the storage room as she pulled out a radio. "Jerry, can you hear me?" there was nothing, "Jerry, c'mon man pick up". Nothing was said, "… yeah… I'm here," "oh thank god". "I set the core into place, it should stop the neurotoxin," "good, now just get back here," "sadly, that's not going to happen".

Suddenly, the door locked with an iron seal behind Abby as Jerry punched in some codes in a console. "Jerry, what are you doing?" "don't worry… just… wait out," he said, dropping the radio. "Well, before you die, you should know, will die like the companion cubes," as a robotic arm held Jerry over the incinerator. "Go… Die," "hmm, you will be one person I'll miss the most," she said dropping him.

In the future, Glados worked on her projects, even modifying her body into a machine-like human. Until one subject, she came up with an idea. The Test subject portal behind a turret, rewiring it to use it as a gun to them. "Hmm, interesting, it seems like these human test subjects are getting smarter, maybe it's about time to outsmart them… with their own kind". Glados snapped her fingers as the turret the test subject had exploded.
