Teenage Mutant Ninja Squirtles: Invasion from Dimension X
Prologue

Pokémon, amazing creatures with amazing abilities. There are over 800 species of Pokémon known to humans. There are also eighteen different elemental types for Pokémon; Grass, Poison, Fire, Flying, Water, Bug, Normal, Electric, Ground, Fairy, Fighting, Psychic, Rock, Steel, Ice, Ghost, Dragon and Dark. There exists some strange and unusual sub species of Pokémon. First up are the Pokémorphs. Pokémorphs are Pokémon that have human-like bodies and features. They can speak full english too. Certain male individuals have muscular bodies that rival a Machoke's. The females, called Pokégirls, have beautiful, feminine bodies that put a supermodel's looks to shame. Pokégirls also have the unique ability to secret what is known as an organic lipstick too. Legendary Pokémon have the ability to switch between their true forms and Pokémorph forms.
But the strangest, and most recently discovered subspecies of Pokémon are the mutants. Mutants aren't born the way they are. They were created. How is a mutant Pokémon created? A mutant is created when a normal Pokémon is exposed to mutagen. Mutagen is strange, alien, mutagenic ooze hailing from Dimension X, a strange alternate dimension and home to the Utroms. When a Pokémon is exposed to mutagen, they're mutated into a mutation that's a cross between its original form and whatever it's been in most contact with. For example, if a Pokémon was in last contact with a human before touching mutagen, it'll mutate into a humanoid Pokémon, similar to a Pokémorph. Unlike a Pokémorph, they don't learn full english right away. The female mutants can't secrete organic lipstick either. And sometimes, they display certain abilities Pokémorphs don't have like increased intelligence. Humans can also become mutant Pokémon if they've been in most contact with a Pokémon as well. Scientists are still trying to understand Pokémon mutations. And some hope to find a cure for it too.

The most famous Pokémon mutants are the Teenage Mutant Ninja Squirtles. Fifteen years ago, the TMNS were once baby Squirtles belonging to a girl named April O'Neil. But the evil organization, Team Plasma wanted to take the Squirtles away from April as part of their goal to "liberate" Pokémon from humans. April hid them in the sewers to prevent them from falling into Team Plasma's greedy hands. A T.C.R.I. truck skidded to avoid collision with April and the Team Plasma Grunts chasing after her. A mutagen canister fell out of the truck and into the sewers, where it broke upon impact with the floor, spilling the mutagen all over the Squirtles. A Raticate named Splinter had seen everything. His master, Hamato Yoshi was recently killed Saki, who would become the feared Foot Clan leader known as the Shredder. Splinter gathered the Squirtles into a water barrel, but unknowing got affected by the ooze too.
The Squirtles and Splinter's body growth was accelerated by the mutagen. Splinter had actually learned ninjutsu by mimicking his Master Yoshi's moves from his cage. So, he decided to train the four Squirtles in ninjutsu. They were more than just his students, they were his family. First is Leonardo, the leader of the team. His leadership and skills at using katanas is unmatched. Donatello, whose greatest weapon is not his bo staff, but his skills at making amazing gadgets and machines such as the Shell Phone and the Battle Shell. Raphael, his sais and fierce temper make a deadly combo in battle. And then there's Michelangelo. He's known for his goofball nature as well as his skills at using twin nunchakus. When they're not training or fighting crime, they love to snack on their favorite food; pizza!
Years later, the Squirtles would encounter April and learn about their connection with her and share a happy reunion with her. They also met Casey Jones, a hockey mask wearing vigilante whose temper rival's that of Raphael's. Eventually, they would cross paths with Ash Ketchum and his friends. Ash is a six time Pokémon League champion. He and his Pikachu have been traveling together for over six years. When the TMNS and Ash & co. met, they would take on various foes. Not just the evil Shredder & his Foot Clan, but also the mad scientist; Baxter Stockman and his M.O.U.S.E.R. robots and Ash's archenemies; the Team Rocket trio of Jessie, James and Meowth (Now called Team Pansies). The heroes would eventually bring the organization of Team Plasma to justice.

But very soon, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Squirtles along with Ash and his friends would soon enter their toughest and most dangerous battle! For this time, the stakes will be higher! The fate of the entire world would depend on their victory!

It was sunset at the main Team Rocket HQ. In his office, Giovanni was lost in his thoughts. He was thinking about what has become of his organization due to Jessie, James and Meowth's various blunders over the years. On his desk, were various newspapers ridiculing the Team Rocket organization. Among one of them was the Daily Bugle. His Persian was taking a nap.
"What has my organization become? My organization's operatives are being hunted down and arrested, one by one, no thanks to that stunt Jessie, James and Meowth pulled at the Sinnoh Region years ago. Even though they've been fired, they're still a constant annoyance, wanting to prove themselves in order to get back into Team Rocket. They've stained the reputation of the whole Team Rocket organization. All their various blunders and failures to catch that stupid Pikachu has stained the organization's reputation. The other evil organizations and the rest of the world are laughing at us. I just hope having my operatives eradicate Jessie, James and Meowth will finally clean that stain on Team Rocket, permanently," complained Giovanni.

Suddenly, his thoughts were interrupted when the ground started to violently shake. Persian screeched when it got disturbed from its nap. Giovanni pressed a button to contact his secretary, Matori. Her face appeared on the screen. Matroi was a woman with purple hair and pink eyes. She wore a dark purple secretary uniform. "Matori, what's happening?!" asked Giovanni. "I don't know! It feels like some sort of earthquake!" cried Matori. Giovanni looked out his window and saw that about over hundred feet away from the main HQ, cracks were starting to form on the ground. And then, something started to emerge from the ground. It was a humongous, mobile fortress of some sort. It was spherical and white in appearance and ran on tank treads. It had a mounted surveillance eye with a blue pupil on the top and five trident-shaped laser cannons: two located at the top of the Technodrome at each side of the eye, two on its sides, and one on its front. On the front of the treads, was the symbol of the Foot Clan. It was no doubt owned by the Foot. Giovanni gasped at the sight of how huge it was. The mobile fortress then began to head for the Team Rocket HQ.
Giovanni grabbed an intercom and began to speak into it. "Deploy all defense tanks! I repeat! Deploy all defense tanks!" said Giovanni. As the mobile fortress was heading for Team Rocket Central, a group of defense tanks piloted by some Team Rocket grunts arrived to try to halt its advance. "FIRE!" said the grunt in the head tank. The defense tanks began to fire their missiles and lasers at the mobile fortress. Unfortunately, their weapons had no effect on the fortress' three-foot-thick armor. Then, the mobile fortress deployed two large laser cannons. It also had some missile racks with missiles that had eyeballs on them. It began to fire the laser cannons at the defense tanks. The lasers instantly destroyed the defense tanks and the Team Rocket grunts with them. They screamed as they were killed in the explosions. The mobile fortress began to resume its advance toward Team Rocket Central.
Giovanni was horrified at what he saw. Some of his own men were slaughtered by the firepower of the mobile fortress. Persian was starting to get scared too. As the mobile fortress was getting closer to Team Rocket Central, it stopped. Some Team Rocket Grunts armed with some laser guns and flamethrowers arrived outside. There were also some grunts who were piloting some small robotic walkers. Then, one of the doors of the mobile fortress started to open up. The Team Rocket grunts got ready for whatever was going to come out of the giant war machine.

When the doors fully opened, there stood was an army of Foot Ninjas, both organic and robotic. Some of them were at the seats of some tank-like tracked vehicles, armed with rocket launchers. There was also a group of what appeared to be alien humanoids made entirely out of stone. Some were brown, others were gray. They all wore black army boots and wore army helmets. They carried laser guns as weapons. There were also a group of M.O.U.S.E.R.S., both big and small. There were also these unicycle-like robots called Roadkill Rodneys. Roughly cylindrical and balanced on a single wheel, Roadkill Rodneys possessed two powerful mechanical tentacles, a built-in blaster, a drill for tunneling and the ability to speak in monoton. And at the front of the large army, was the Shredder and his Elite Guard. All five were in one of the tanks as well. The Shredder took out a katana and pointed it forward. Shredder's army let out a yell and they all charged, with Shredder's tank leading the assault. The Team Rocket grunts charged as well and the fight began.

The tanks began to fire their rockets at the Team Rocket grunts. They either hit the ground, causing explosions or hit the Team Rocket walkers, destroying them. The Rock Soldiers fired their laser guns. The Team Rocket grunts got hit by the lasers, one by one. The Foot Ninjas used their stealth to dodge the lasers from the Team Rocket grunts, one by one. They killed the Team Rocket grunts they fought. Some of the Foot Ninjas also used laser guns to kill the Team Rocket grunts. Besides using their guns, the Rock Soldiers used their monstrous strength to slaughter their foes. One Rock Soldier grabbed a Team Rocket grunt by the head and slammed him to the ground. Another Rock Soldier broke a Team Rocket grunt's back by slamming his back on his knee. A Roadkill Rodney bound a Team Rocket grunt with its tentacles and electrocuted him to death. The M.O.U.S.E.R.S. munched up some of the Team Rocket walkers.
Giovanni and Persian could only watch as they saw Giovanni's men and women were getting bumped off by the Foot Ninjas and Rock Soldiers. It was a total massacre. Giovanni then grabbed an intercom and began to call for grunts that were scattered across Kanto. "ATTENTION ALL TEAM ROCKET OPERATIVES! ATTENTION ALL TEAM ROCKET OPERATIVES! RETURN TO HQ IMMEDIATELY! WE'RE UNDER ATTACK! I REPEAT! WE'RE UNDER ATTACK!" cried Giovanni.
After sending out the SOS, Giovanni noticed Shredder's tank heading for the main entrance of the hideout. It fired a missile to bust the doors down. Two Team Rocket grunts guard the doors from the inside were caught in the explosion. "Knock, knock," said the Shredder. There were a couple of Team Rocket grunts waiting for Shredder and his Elite Guard. "Protect Giovanni at all costs! We can't let him be harmed!" said Grunt #1. "Your efforts to stop me are futile!" snarled the Shredder. The Elite Guard vanished in a puff of smoke. "Where'd they go?" asked Guard #2. Then, the Elite Guard reappeared and made short work of the Team Rocket grunts using their blades. The grunts fell to the ground, dead. The Shredder and the Elite Guard began to walk further toward Giovanni's office, stepping on the dead bodies of the grunts as they walked down the halls.
Giovanni and Persian prepared to leave the office when suddenly, Matori was sent crashing through the office door and crashed to the ground. She was all bruised and was covered in various slash marks. She laid there motionless. Giovanni turned to the open door and saw the Shredder and his Elite Guard standing outside of his office. "Giovanni, we meet for the first and the last time," said the Shredder.

"Who do you think you are, slaughtering my men and women like animals?! I won't be intimidated by a mere Scizor in samurai armor!" said Giovanni. "I am no mere Scizor in armor! I am the Shredder, the feared leader of the Foot Clan and soon to be one of two future rulers of this world!" snarled the Shredder. "For a Pokémon to rule the world, it's an insult to Team Rocket! 'Cause Team Rocket are supposed to rule over Pokémon!" said Giovanni. "Bah! Your organization of Team Rocket is inferior compared to my Foot Clan! We've existed centuries before you came along!" said the Shredder. "Centuries?!" asked Giovanni. "Yes. Our origin lies at Kalos, during the feudal era. But now that we've made an alliance with the Rock Soldiers' leader, the Foot is now stronger then ever! The Technodrome is invincible against your puny toys! You won't be leaving here alive!" said the Shredder.
"Persian, Shadow Claw!" cried Giovanni. Persian charged, with his claws glowing black. The Shredder dodged Persian's claw strikes, one by one. Shredder's fists glowed silver as he executed a Bullet Punch attack on Persian. Persian screeched as it got punched by the Shredder. Shredder's claws then glowed black and he slashed Persian, executing a Night Slash attack. This sent Persian out the window. "Persian!" cried Giovanni.
Giovanni turned to the Shredder and growled. "You'll pay for that!" said Giovanni. He charged at the Shredder. Suddenly, the Elite Guard came to their master's defense and attacked. The Lucario Elite Guard puts its paws together and spread them apart, creating a light green bone of energy. It then hit Giovanni with it. The Blaziken Elite Guard punched Giovanni in the gut with a Fire Punch attack. The Machoke Elite Guard did a Karate Chop attack on the Team Rocket leader. The Gallade Elite Guard did a Karate Chop attack on the Team Rocket leader. The Medicham Elite Guard ran up to Giovanni and puts its palm on him. It then fired a huge light green blast from its paw at Giovanni. He screamed as he got hit and engulfed in the resulting explosion.
When the explosion subsided, Giovanni fell to the ground. He wasn't dead, yet. He was all bruised and battered. His clothes were also torn too. The Shredder walked up to Giovanni and he revealed his gauntlet blades. He raised both his blades up. "Know this as you descend down to the underworld! There is always someone else who is smarter, stronger and even more ruthless than you!" said the Shredder. Persian climbed back up and peeked through the window. But it could only watch helplessly as the Shredder slashed Giovanni, delivering the killing blow. And that was the end of Giovanni, leader of Team Rocket. Persian then let go of the window and fell into the bushes.
Anton, Ivan, Butch, Cassidy, Annie, Oakley, Attila, Hun, Domino, the four Rocket Admins, Wendy, Tyson, Pierce and the grunts accompanying them arrived in the area. The Technodrome loomed over them. "Oh bleep," said Annie. "I think I bleeped my pants," said Archer. "We're dead, aren't we?" asked Oakley. Suddenly, the Foot Ninjas fired some stun lasers at the Butch, Cassidy and the others, paralyzing them. The Rock Soldiers and some bulky Foot Ninjas seized the stunned Team Rocket operatives and began to carry them. As the Team Rocket operatives were being carried, their eyes widened in horror. Their fellow operatives had been murdered. Bodies laid everywhere and pieces of destroyed defense tanks were scattered. Some Foot Ninjas were bringing out some of the caged Pokémon that Giovanni had kept in storage.
The only other survivors of the attack were some Team Rocket scientists. First there was Dr. Namba. He had salmon colored hair along with a mustache, but was bald at the top. He had black eyes and wore a white scientist's coat, a dark purple shirt, an orange necktie, purple pants and black shoes. Just like Butch, he gets mad if somebody gets his name wrong. Next, was Professor Sebastian. He had black hair with a bit of white and a black goatee. He wore glasses and a light gray uniform. And then there was Dr. Zager. He had gray hair & a mustache and black eyes. He wore glasses, a white lab coat, a purple shirt, gray pants and dark grayish-brown shoes. All three scientists were being carried by some Rock Soldiers.
The surviving Team Rocket operatives were forced to look up toward the hideout. The Shredder emerged from Giovanni's hideout and onto the balcony. Butch, Cassidy and the others gasped. The Shredder was carrying Giovanni's dead body. The leader of the Foot Clan saw the captive survivors. "Survivors of Team Rocket, your leader, Giovanni is dead! As of today, the whole organization of Team Rocket is dead too! Your organization's reign is at an end! And today marks the beginning of the reign of the Foot Clan and Dimension X Alliance!" said the Shredder. He threw Giovanni's body onto the floor of the balcony. He grabbed a tattered Team Rocket flag and smeared Giovanni's blood onto the flag, drawing the Foot Clan symbol. He then impaled Giovanni's dead body with the sharpened end of the flagpole. The Foot Ninja and the Rock Soldiers let out a cheer that echoed through the forest.
The Shredder and his Elite Guard jumped down to where his army was at. "What are you going to do to us?!" asked Domino. "You're going to kill us too?!" asked Proton. "No. I have something far more worse planned for you all!" said the Shredder. He then let out an evil laughter as the Foot Ninjas and Rock Soldiers that were holding the captives took them to the Technodrome. The Shredder and the rest of his forces went back into the Technodrome too. The Technodrome then fired a round of missiles that blew up the Team Rocket Hideout. "Fire the terraforming ray," said Shredder. "Yes sir," said a Foot Ninja. He pressed a button and the glow from the Technodrome's eye turned from blue to red. It fired a strange, red ray at the ground. Once the beam hit, a red haze started to fill the area. After that, the Technodrome went down the hole it emerged from and disappeared back into the Earth.

Hours later, when darkness fell, something entered the area where the ruins of Team Rocket Central was at. It appeared to be a group of vehicles. At the front was a red & blue Freightliner FL86 cab over semi truck with white stripes. It pulled a silver truck trail with blue & white stripes and a red symbol that resembled some sort of face. There was also a pink futuristic-looking car. A yellow & black Volkswagen Beetle was driving behind the two as well. Then, there was a red, black & silver 1977 Lanborghini Countach. And finally, there was a white, red, green, black and silver 1976 Lancia Stratos Turbo. When the vehicles fully entered the area, they actually transformed into robots. All five of them had blue eyes. The pink robot was a girl and looked like she had pink lipstick. The red truck robot was the tallest and was the leader of the group.
The Volkswagen Beetle Bot turned to the truck robot. "Whoa! I've never seen such a battlefield this desolate since the days of the Cybertronian Wars, Optimus Prime," said the Volkswagen Beetle robot. The five robots saw the corpses of the Team Rocket operatives. "Those are Team Rocket operatives. Whoever did this intended to leave no survivors, Bumblebee," said Optimus Prime. "Look at the size of that hole, Sideswipe! I've never seen a hole that big before, Sideswipe," said the female robot to the Lanborghini Robot. "Neither have I, Elita-1," said Sideswipe. Optimus Prime turned to the Lanicia Stratos Turbo Robot. "Wheeljack, do you think the Decepticons did this?" asked Optimus. "Negative. I don't detect any Energon readings in the area. But my scanners are detecting what appear to be a mix of nitrogen and sulfur," said Wheeljack. "Nitrogen and sulfur?" asked Elita. "Yes. And the water has hydrocarbon," said Wheeljack. "Would that explain the red haze?" asked Bumblebee. "The culprit may have also intended to terraform this area too," said Optimus. "Optimus, look at those tank tread tracks," said Elita, pointing to the tracks left by the Technodrome. Optimus Prime kneeled down on one knee and studied it. "Hmm. This definitely wasn't the work of the Decepticons. They couldn't have built a war machine this gigantic. Whatever did this is bound to strike again soon," said Optimus.
"Autobots," said a telepathic voice. "Huh?" asked the Autobots. Descending into the area was none other than Arceus. He was projecting an energy barrier around himself, which prevented him from breathing the toxic air. Elita-1, Bumblebee, Sideswipe and Wheeljack took out some blasters, but Optimus Prime held out his hand. "Hold your fire, Autobots. That's Arceus, the Alpha Pokémon," said Optimus. "So you know who I am," said Arceus. "Yes," said Optimus. "The world is in need of your help. The very evil that destroyed Team Rocket is going to try to conquer the Earth. And is you can, they're planning to terraform it too. If they do, the environment will be unbreathable to all life on Earth. I need your help along with some other chosen heroes," said Arceus. "We will do everything we can to protect the Earth," said Optimus. "Come with me to the Hall of Legends and I'll explain everything," said Arceus. Then, he teleported himself and the Autobots out of the area.

There you have it. The Technodrome has finally made its first full appearance and the organization of Team Rocket has been destroyed, with most of the survivors captured by the Foot. What will happen to the survivors will be revealed later. As you can see, the G1 versions of the Autobots have appeared and are going to get involved in the inevitable conflict. Next chapter will show Ash and his friends and the TMNS returning to Pallet Town.
