T for Trick-Or-Treat
Lilly smiled as she left work early, as it was a slow day in cases, which for once, she was okay with. She loved seeing all the costumes little kids and their parents were wearing as the detective headed to her car. She smiled thinking about her colleagues, who either have kids or are thinking of having kids, as this is season that would be fun for them to have.
As Lilly settled home, kids were coming and going in her neighborhood and she took part in handing out candy. Valens called, saying he won't come into work the next day as he had some things to do, and also wished her a happy Halloween, telling her a lot of kids were coming to his house as well.
Halloween, even if it can sometimes bring weird things like toilet papering or other pranks have to deal with, it is one of the best holidays of the year.
