They padded out of the den and sat down on a rock they watched stars as they twinkled in they sky. The moon caught her attention it kind of reminded her of her father because he loved to watch the moon at night. She smiled to herself and started to drift off thinking about her family, friend's and home.
She walked home from school staring up at the sky. She noticed a strange looking cat that seemed to be watching and following her home. Once she was home she made sure the cat was gone but it was still there. They saw there Father head to the door and opened. "Hello my little Rose. Who might this kitten be?"
"This kitten has been following and staring at me as soon as I left school." The cat walked up to her and sat down next to her staring up at her father. Her father looked like he was thinking about something and she guested that it was was about if they should keep this strange kitten.
"Why don't we keep him? It could be for your birthday which is in two days." She though for a bit before speaking.
"Why would I want a strange cat? They wont stop following me and they keep staring at me!"
"Come on now Lily. I know you wanted a kitten. You kept asking for one."
"I know but..." She stared at the cat and it stared back with its blue and green eyes.
"I know this cat might seem kind of strange but it would make a wonderful first pet." The kit kept staring at her with its hopeful eyes. It seemed to understand what they were talking about.
"Fine, but it better not follow me everywhere I go." Lily said the last part to the kit. Her father nodded and picked up the kitten.
"Lets take them to the vet first to make sure they heathy." The kit kept there eyes on me as we went inside the car and drove to the vet.
