Tyson laid outside in the hammock after lunch while the kids were napping in their room. I grabbed some Skittles I had hidden away in my secret stash and joined Tyson in the backyard, pulling up a chair next to the hammock he was lying in.

"Join me," he told me.

"I'll sit right here and eat my Skittles," I replied.

"You can't join me in the hammock?"

"You're relaxing alone."

"I want to relax with you and I need to have a hugging companion."

"The last time we were in this hammock, we went from chilling to you reaching your hand into my shirt to touch my breast, you got me riled up, and then we ended up in the room."

"And what was wrong with that?" Tyson asked smugly.

"Nothing but you are sneaky and you know how to get me started," I replied.

"I just wanna cuddle."

"I'm sitting here eating my skittles but we can cuddle later. Go ahead and relax in the hammock, babe."

"Alright, alright. I want to watch a movie tonight with the kids. Got any suggestions?"

"Baby's Day Out," I replied.

"I haven't seen that movie in ages!" Tyson said.

Baby's Day Out is a movie about a couple's baby who gets kidnapped by three clumsy dudes in the city of Chicago and he manages to escape from them and chaos ensues. I'm sure if I left Tyson alone with the kids in a big city, chaos would ensue and something would get burnt down or blown up or both. When riled up, Tyson could be a chaotic but fun person and someone would have to possibly wear protective gear to shield them from any shenanigans. Tyson was still a big kid at heart and that was never going away. I told him I'd make the treats for tonight and he shocked me when he said we should cut up some fruit to eat for snacks. It was usually candy or brownies but fruit? I wouldn't argue with that!

When we went back into the house, the one fruit we were missing was grapes so Tyson volunteered to go to the store. While there, he texted me to tell me that this morning he checked underneath the sink in our bathroom to see that I only had a few pads left. He asked me if I wanted the Always pads or another type of brand.

"Always," I responded.

"Anything else we need?"

"We need toothpaste and you need to buy more deodorant because you're low on it."

"Thanks for letting me know. I'll be home soon."

I continued to work on cutting up the fruit to make our treat for movie night then poured myself a glass of wine. To my surprise, Tyson brought some more wine home and told me he was going to put it in the freezer.

"Thanks for the wine," I said.

"This is for you and me for later."

"Since when do you drink?"

"Since today."

I watched as Tyson poured himself a glass of my wine I had on the table and joined me on the couch. We gave each other a toast and I watched as he consumed the wine then poured himself another cup and downed that one as well as I continued to take moderate sips from my glass.

"You good?" I asked Tyson.

"Peachy, just like this wine. The kids are still asleep?"

"DADDY!" Tyra yelled out from her room.

"I take that as no. I'll go get her," he said.

"It's almost dinner time anyway. I'll set the table."

Soon, Tyra was running into the kitchen with Tyson right behind her holding T.J.

"Mommy, Daddy's head is weird!" she said.

Tyson had a small man bun on top of his head with the rest of his hair still down. She had never seen him with that type of hairstyle so of course she was shocked.

"No, he just has it in a bun," I replied.

"Weird!" she said.

"Where did you learn that word, Tyra?" Tyson asked.

"You!" Tyra said with ease.

"I'm a good weirdo. Let's eat so we can watch a movie. You guys want to watch a movie?" Tyson asked the kids.

"Yes!" the kids replied.

"Okay, we will show you guys a great movie that we used to watch as kids. Is that okay?" I asked them.

The kids nodded their heads in excitement as they loved watching movies with us.

Today's dinner was pizza. Me and Tyson weren't going to slave over a hot stove today so a simple homemade pizza with salad to call it a day and that's it. Tyson took the pizza out of the oven and placed it on the stove so it could cool off then cut everyone a slice and brought it to the table so we could all enjoy it.

The kids enjoyed the fruit salad that I had made and ate every single drop of the food while they watched t.v. Thank goodness they enjoy veggies and fruit and I'm glad my babies were full, even the big baby Tyson.

Tyson let the kids sit on his back as he was sprawled out over the couch throughout the entire duration of the movie. The kids were laughing hard at every single funny scene that the characters found themselves in and the sound the kid's laughing made me smile more than the comedy from the movie. When the movie was over, Tyra deadass told her father "It's bath time so get up". Tyson asked her and her brother politely to get up so that he could stretch out for a minute.

Tyson stood up, stretched, then said "Run!" to the kids and a chase ensued to the bathroom while I took the empty bowl that held the fruit back to the kitchen and washed it out. Knowing Tyson, chaos would ensue and water would flow everywhere across the floor and I'd be giving out butt whoopings to the kids and Tyson. I helped wash the kids up, got them dressed for bed, and sat in their room to listen to Tyson read them a bedtime story. T.J. insisted that Tyson lie down in bed with him as Tyra snuggled up in her bed but she didn't want to be alone either so she asked me to come lie beside her. I couldn't resist so I laid next to Tyra and massaged her head while she closed her eyes and listened to Tyson read.

"The cow jumped over the…" T.J. was reading along but couldn't figure out the next word that followed.

"The cow jumped over the moon," Tyson said. "Say: moon. Moo-n."

"Moo-n," T.J. repeated.

"That's good! Now say: tsuki. That's the moon in Japanese."

"Tsuki," T.J. repeated.

"Tsukiii," Tyra said.

"Very good you guys! The cow jumped over the moon and all was well in the village," Tyson read on the last page of the book he had in his hand. "This was quite the story. Did you guys enjoy it?"

"Yes," the kids replied.

"I'm glad to hear that you guys. You know what? You guys want to get some coloring books tomorrow?"

"Color?" T.J. said.

"Books?" Tyra also said.

"I guess we are taking a trip to the bookstore tomorrow," I said.

"I love books," T.J. said.

"I know you guys do," I said. "And that's why we will have a lot of fun tomorrow but you guys need your rest, okay? Goodnight, my loves."

Me and Tyson gave the kids kisses and hugs before tucking them in bed, turning on their nightlight, and finally heading back to our room. We didn't bother to change into our pajamas as we decided to simply strip out of our clothes, my breasts thanking me for getting them out of my bra, and lie down beneath our covers in our underwear.

A simple kiss goodnight and we were both out like a lightbulb after a wonderful day with our children.
