Chapter Twelve: One more Person Moves into the School...

We hadn't been flying for that long when we finally came across the others... who were looking for me. Sis immediately began to demand who it was that was with me, her confusion telling me that she really didn't recognize him at all. I refused to sign anything until I landed back on the ship with everyone. Once everyone turned to face me, I quickly pulled Lloyd to the front, much to everyone's confusion. 'This is Lloyd.' I quickly signed to First. Turning to Lloyd, I gestured briefly to First, who of course pulled out his camera to take a picture, before signing as casually as possible, 'Lloyd this is First. As in First Spinjitzu Master, your grandfather.'

I took a step back as First happily snapped quite a few pictures of their shocked faces before the started to talk over each other. "How are you even still alive!?" "I have so many questions!" "Wow! How awesome is this!" "Where have you been this entire time!?" "Can you still summon your dragon?" "Do you still have your powers!?" "Do you know sign language?" "Do you know Drake's real name?" "I don't believe this!" "So cool!" "Oh man! How do you think the senseis will handle this discovery?!" "Have you ever met Misako? She married Garmadon!" "Since your half Oni and half dragon, why is that you look human?" "Can you breathe fire?" "Do your sons know that your still alive?" "Your my grandfather!? I have so many questions!" "We did not include you in the plan for in case you were still alive!" "What is everyone talking about? Remember I'm blind!"

Ooh... right. Jacob has no idea what it is that we're talking about... I felt like facepalming at that, feeling highly foolish over the fact that I hadn't thought of that in the first place. Skylor turned to face him, a blush dusting her features in embarrassment. "Oops... sorry about that Jacob. We have Drake back and he has the First Spinjitzu Master with him."

"Please, call me First. First Spinjitzu Master is a mouthful." First insisted, before turning to Lloyd. "Now then, what all have I missed anyways? From what Drake told me I've missed a bit."

Lloyd tackled him in a hug at that, excitement dancing in his eyes. "I have so much to ask you!"

"You already said that?" First drew his brows together, clearly confused about why he would simply reword what he had said earlier.

~Zane's POV~

I fought the urge to raise my brow upon hearing Nya mention something about not having planned for First when making the plan. Then again, from what I could tell they should have planned for that since so far Kai seems to be changing things up more so than what they originally thought they would. At the moment, First was answering everyone's questions one at a time. "Yes he was still alive, due to the fact that both dragons and Oni were much long-lived than humans." "An island that I made for a getaway when my teen sons would get to be a handful... I always told them that I was going on missions when I would go there." "I can turn into a dragon... why summon one?" "Of course. Oni and Dragons never lose their powers." "Yes. Drake and I had a nice conversation before we left to reunite him with you." "I didn't realize Drake wasn't his name..?" What do you mean by the senseis?" "Not yet... but I do intend to meet her." "Oni are shapeshifters." "If I really want to..." "No... we'll be taking pictures of their faces when we get back to Ninjago." "What plan?"

I walked over to the steering wheel, if what he was saying true then he was headed back with us. "Setting course for Ninjago..."

Pixal sidled up to me, amusement dancing in her eyes. "Should we tell them?"

"No... we cannot mess the plan up anymore than what Kai has." I murmured back, glancing over to where everyone was gathered around First.

"You know? I kind of always pictured him being this grouchy, know it all, sees all being... not this approachable elderly man that is great to have around for a conversation."

We arrived back at the boarding school a few days later, still giggling over a rather funny story First told us about when Sensei was still a baby. "... yes well, he has never quite gotten over that incident, even a mere mention of it will bring tears to his eyes!"

As if on cue, Sensei walked into the foyer, annoyance flashing in his eyes. "Where have you b... Father!?" Freezing as shock flooded him, Sensei stared at the older man. "What...how... wait..." Thud. Sensei fainted, slamming into the ground rather hard.

Garmadon came sprinting into the room after that, concern flashing in his eyes. "Wu? What's going on here? I heard a thud..." He broke off, staring at First in shock for several minutes, during which he slowly sat down... the second he was sitting on the ground, he too fainted.

"Well... at least Garmadon made sure to sit down on the ground before he fainted." Someone, I wasn't sure who, spoke up from somewhere behind me.

Kai glanced back, amusement dancing in his eyes. 'I agree with you Skylor.' Ah... it was Skylor that had spoken up then.

Misako wandered into the room, looking down at a clipboard in her hand. "Wu, Garmadon, if I'm going to run to the store, I need to know more on what it is that I'm picking up. You both wrote my favorite tea, which by the way does not tell me which tea to buy at all."

"I'm afraid my sons fainted upon seeing me, ma'am." First calmly explained. I pondered whether or not I should warn Misako... then again, they have never met before so this might be interesting.

"Ah... which one of our students is your kid so that we can pull up their medical history and get them to the school infirmary." Misako was now juggling her phone as she accessed the school records on it.

"None. I am Garmadon and Wu's father." First probably shouldn't have said that.

Misako snapped her eyes up, staring round eyed at him. "You're the..." She never finished her sentence if the loud thud as she joined her husband and brother in law on the ground. Maybe we should have sent someone up ahead to warn them..?

A/N: Done! I decided that this chapter really needed to be written in Zane's POV for some reason. The first part is Drake/Kai's POV though. As a reminder, Zane knows his real name, though he doesn't know this. Nya suspects since Zane almost called him Kai in front of her once. That is chapter six of this book. It is labeled as Chapter 5 if you want to reread that happening.
