"Hey mom!" Boruto said to his mother. "Hey Boruto." Naruko said from her huge garden. (A/N: Naruko is actually a caring mother unlike Naruto in the manga who tries to spend as much time as she can spending time with her children as possible). He then started to walk towards her to hug her, carefully going around the baby bump she had on her stomach. She had applied for Maternity Leave as Hokage, as it has too much stress which isn't good for a unborn baby's development, with Kakashi taking her place.
As soon as he hugged her, and was about to leave, A man with Sharingans all over his body came out of nowhere and said "You are Sasuke Uchiha's wife. Let me kill you and take revenge for Itachi. He said as he threw 20 shuriken at her, which Boruto dodged for her, as she can't do too many movements and can't use Chakra. Well, she can use it, but it will hurt her body alooot. So Boruto dodged for her. But then he threw shuriken out of nowhere and when Boruto was about to get hit, Naruko used one of Kurama's chakra hands and blocked it for him. She then yelled out "AAAAHHHHHHH!" in alot of pain. Sasuke, being able to recognize Kurama's chakra signature from the Grocery Store, rushed immediately. When Naruko was about to collapse, Boruto grabbed her and kept her on a chair. "Thanks Boruto" Naruko said. "You will die facing the power of Shin Uchiha!" said the man newly identified as Shin as he appeared out of nowhere and struck Boruto in the neck with a Senbon paralyzing him for the next 10 minutes. Then he struck a Kunai, aiming for the head, but slipped, and hit her on her stomach, which it pierced through. He then disappeared in a Portal. Sasuke then appeared at the scene and was shocked and furious that someone do this to his family! He then got to the Hospital and shouted "GET ME TSUNADE NOW! ITS A S-CLASS INJURY TO THE HOKAGE!" shouted Sasuke. Tsunade immediately appeared and was shocked at the scene before her. Naruko had been injured, and their baby had been killed along with it! She immediately took Naruko to the Surgery Room and healed her as fast as she could. All Sasuke could hear from the Surgery Room was Naruko screaming in pain. All of the people were very, very concerned about their Hokage.
As soon as Boruto appeared he saw Sasuke cry. He had never seen Sasuke cry. He had seen him laughing, being angry, being excited and being sad, but never to the point of crying. He did not shed a simple tear, he was literally crying. He was looking as though he had been stabbed in the Heart 400 times and continuing, how sad Sasuke could get seeing his wife in such pain. Oh how he was gonna obliterate Shin. He was going to chop him into peices and burn the remains. When Tsunade said it was clear to see her, though she was still in a coma, he rushed in.
"Tsunade, how is she? How about the baby?" asked Sasuke, deep in concern. Naruko meant the world to him, he would get stabbed over and over again for her as many times as needed. "S-She is horrible. Physically, her body has been through hell and back. Even with the fox it was a miracle she lived. And she is in a coma. Mentally though, seeing her unborn child die, brutally, and the fact that she wasn't able to protect it, would cause her a lot of mental trauma, at the point where the most professional Yamanaka won't be able to heal her mind. As for the baby, well, it has been destroyed. Literally obliterated. Even if I try to bring it back to life, at the costs of all our lives, it won't work. She will take several months at the least, to heal. I haven't seen this type of damage since the war. There is a huge whole in her chest, as the kunai was riddled with paper bombs which detonated, but nobody was able to notice it as it had sound suppressing seals that made sure nobody heard and that Boruto was still paralysed and couldn't is the miracle of the cetury that she is still alive." Tsunade said, in a tone that was showing she was very deppressed. Naruko was her Surrogate Granddaughter, maybe even surrogate daughter. Seeing her in this state may even make Kami-sama deppressed.
In the Heavens
Kami-sama watched this scene with sadness in his eyes. She shouldn't deserve that. What could she possibly do to deserve that? She had already been through so much! As were Kushina, Mikoto, Minato and Fugaku from the heavens. All were really sad. Kushina and Mikoto were crying oceans while even Minato and Fugaku, the emotionally strong ones, were shedding tears. That poor little girl. She had been through so much. What could she do to deserve that? Even Boruto was very excited. He helped his Kaa-chan in everything during the pregnancy. Kami-sama decided that she was far too pure and kind to deserve anything like this. She was going to revive their parents. "Kushina Uzumaki, Minato Namikaze, Mikoto Uchiha and Fugaku Uchiha. As you can see, little Naruko is in horrendous state. She has already been through far too much. She was planned to have a normal and happy life. But that fool Orochimaru had to develop that creature. I believe its called Shin. Now I will be reviving you all, of course and making you the right age you should be. Now as to why, Naruko there has the purest spirit I have seen in Millennia. She truly is a very pure being. Maybe even as pure as ro being capable of taking up the Mantle as Kami." said Kami, which made them stunned at what level of purity her spirit has. She could really be considered a god as she also has intelligence and beauty.
"So do you accept?" Kami-sama said. "I think I speak for all of us when I say we do. We want to see our children." said Minato. "I see. Goodbye then." Kami said.
Now magically, Kushina Uzumaki, Minato Namikaze, Mikoto Uchiha and Fugaku Uchiha were alive.
