An Ultimate Betrayal-Ch 14
Over the next couple of weeks no matter how hard Derek and the team tried they couldn't get a clue as to where Peter and Zach had taken Penelope. After learning that Peter had taken Penelope Derek immediately contacted the rest of Penelopes brothers.
One of her brothers, the oldest Payton was able to identify Zach instantly from the picture that the team showed him. Penelopes other brothers Patrick and Paul also tried to help find Penelope but so far everything that everybody has done was in vain.
The team had just solved a case in California and were currently hanging out with Penelopes brothers learning about her, Zach and Peter. Derek was bothered when Payton told them about how Peter treated Penelope when she was growing up.
Reid said, "so she was bullied by her own brother"?, Paul said, "sadly yes but when we found out about it we always made him pay for it". Patrick weakly smiled and said, "you don't think they would hurt P do you"?, Derek said, "they better hope they don't hurt her because if they do I'll end them".
Meanwhile, Penelope was laying on her side as the wave of nausea finally subsided after what seemed like forever. She then raised up and sat on the side of the bed wondering where she was and even what day it was.
When she woke up she had no idea where she was and so far neither Peter or Zach will tell her anything. She has tried on several different occasions to find out something but if she pushes to hard then her brother hits her.
Her attention turns to the door as she hears it unlock, she looks around to see Zach walking into the room with a tray of food in his hands. He walks it over to her bedside table and says, "here beautiful you need to eat".
Penelope said, "Zach, please tell me where we are"?, he caressed her cheek and said, "if you give me what I want then I'll tell you anything you want to know". She shook her head and said, "that's not going to happen, I'll never willingly give myself to you".
Zach said, "I don't want to have to force myself on you but I will", Penelope said, "and I'll fight you every step of the way too". Zach grinned wickedly and said, "oh trust me Penelope when I want you their won't be anything you can do to stop me".
He then stood up and walked back over to the door and said, "enjoy your food, I'll be back later to pick up the tray". She jumped as the door slammed and she heard it lock again.
She sat back on the bed and pulled her knees up to her chest and said, "please find me Derek, please find me, I'm so sorry that I ever doubted you, please forgive me" as the tears streamed down her cheeks.
Patrick and Paul decided to go to the store up the street from their house and as they were heading back to join the others Paul glanced over his shoulder and said, "isn't that Zach"? and Patrick looked and said, "it is".
He pulled out his cell and dialed Dereks number, after a few rings Derek said, "hey Patrick, what's going on"?, Patrick said, "we were on our way back from the store when we saw Zach so we're following him right now".
Derek said, "where are you now"?, Patrick said, "about a mile from the house, we're heading down Browning Street, just ask Pay where that is and he'll bring you here". It was only a matter of a few seconds before Derek, Payton and the team made their way to the SUVs and headed in the direction of Penelopes other brothers.
All Derek could do was close his eyes and silently say, "please be safe baby girl, I'm coming, I'm coming".
