Chapter 2 my somewhat daily day to day life.

Kaz could be seen awake at 6 am on his off day getting ready for his morning run putting on a pair of black and yellow Nike running sneakers, A black and white adidas sweatpants and a plain white t-shirt, he wrapped up his chain scythe of despair around his torso and then put on his Nike jogging hoody. Kaz was ready for his morning run.

He grabbed his phone and Bluetooth headphones and played infinite by Rat Phat and left his house. He would jog down the street past a few homes, jogged past a few stores and some random street vendor. Down the street he ran and people he passed until he made it onto beach road which gave a wonderful view of the beach, city and country side the longer someone kept on beach road.

As he jogged Kaz greeted some of the early riser that were used to seeing him in the morning. ~hmm I'll go to the Park today.~Kaz thought to mix up his normal running route.

As he ran to the park he met up with a dog walker. she was a lovely lady around 6'7, her hair was a bright blond long and flowing 3 inches pass her shoulders, she had an athletic build, she was wearing short sports tank top and shorts, bright pink and red running sneakers. He also noticed how the dogs were now chasing him.

He sped up on his running the last thing he wanted to do was become a chew toy to a bunch of dogs. "H-hey please stop!"The woman shouted out to him. ~should I stop or I keep going?"Kaz thinks as he still running he looked up ahead and noticed he was going to have to jump into a pond if he didn't stop running so he quickly turned to his right and climbed a tree.

The dogs surrounded the tree and looked up towards Kaz. The lady looks up to him as well and looked at the dogs they weren't barking aggressively. "you can come down they won't bite plus there's a tarantula next to you."The lady said.

Kaz jumped down out of the tree as he ran away from the tarantula. The dogs pounced onto him and started to lick his face affectionately. "the dogs really love you, are you a dog trainer?"The lady asks "nope I'm a worker at a bookshop and a bouncer, I'm Kaz by the way."Kaz says as he tried to keep the dogs away from his face.

"Well Kaz, I'm Ichika I'm a dog walker and chef."Ichika said with a smile as the dogs lay on Kaz lovingly. "these dogs aren't so bad."Kaz said as he gives them a few pets and rubs. "are you new to chicken island?"Ichika asks as she tried to remember if she had seen Kaz face before, she tried to recall is she had seen him with any Killers, Gangs thugs nothing she was left blank.

"Nope I was born and raised here, I just keep to myself most of the time, Most people think I am evil or need to be arrested due to my lovely wonderful face, so I do early jogs in the morning where I barely meet people and do shopping late at night so I don't have to interact with anyone."Kaz says "O-oh I feel sorry to hear that, well if you like during your runs during Monday-Thursday I walk these dogs you we can meet up and have talks."Ichika said she was good at telling when some was lying or not and Kaz words felt genuine she felt bad thinking he was a low life, plus these Dogs wouldn't be friendly with him if he was a cold blooded killer.

"Yeah that's sounds like a nice Idea would you like my number to let me know when and where to catch up to you?"Kaz asked as he pulled out his Phone. "Yes that would be the most logical course of action, See ya later I got to get these guys back to their owners."Ichika said as she started to pull on their leashes and took them away.

~Score finally a normal Looking lady I can date! Oh shit time for work.~Kaz thinks as he looked at his wrist watch he started to run back home to change his clothes.

-Rosa's Book-Store/Library 8am-

Kaz was waving good bye to his mom who was also the owner of the store. "I'll be back at 2pm Kaz dear, I left you your favorite 4 cheese flavor burritos in the fridge for when you get hungry, also call if anything happens by love."Rosa said as she waved good bye and headed off to do her own things.

Kaz let out a sigh he was glad no one was around to see his mom be so kind to him, if anyone was around his Image could be broken a bit, causing more troubles than fix them. He grabbed a box labeled for sale and started to place the books in their proper order. Half of the store had books for sale while the half had books for reading in the store mostly study books, a few known classic stuff that wouldn't normally be sold.

Plus as a side business on the roof of the store/library Kaz and his mom had a small café for people who wanted to eat, drink or just enjoy the fresh air as they read.

-dingle.- the bell above the door rang meaning a person had walked in. Kaz walked towards the front quickly and there standing before him was Izuki she had become a regular since last year. She is a 19 year old collage gal height 5'7" she has lovely red hair she usually wears a school uniform and her body type is slightly slim with some noticeable muscles if you look carefully.

"Ahh welcome Izuku study or casual reading?"Kaz asked "Study, Might be the first exam of the school year but I want to make sure I am prepared!"Izuki said proudly as she gives Kaz a high five. "Well I'll leave you to your studies I am still tidying things up call if you need anything."Kaz said as he went back to work.

Izuku walked towards her usual sitting spot and she looked at Kaz work, She pulled out her Phone and plugged in her head phones. Izuki is a assassin but she was not interested in losing her life or rank to Kaz at first she thought the rumors of a strong Killer existing on the Isalnd was just a Rumor but Kaz had been in so many fights and had killed so many Assassin's she was amazed his rank was so low, then Again he mostly lived life Peacefully and did any contracts.

Kaz nick name as a Assassin was called the god of despair, and Izuki had fallen in love with Kaz style of fighting, some times he would dance, act clueless, or even focus on killing anyone and thing that attacked him, but what she loved more is when he gives his enemies a chance to surrender and leave him alone he would walk away and when his back was turn they would some times attack in case like those Kaz would either Block, Dodge or counter and kill that person. Plus Kaz was very calm, took many killer blows too show of his strength before getting serious and letting out his own moves she just found him to be so perfect!

Izuki watched as Kaz acted to struggle with some Boxes he was always making himself to look weak, she knew he was watched by enemies once or twice a day so she figured that was a tactic to lower their guard and it works so splendidly.

-11.45 am-

Kaz dealt with a few people today they had come in bought a few books and left and then there was ones who stayed to read and or write. "Ight I'm heading out for a smoke break Izuki call me if anything happens."Kaz said "Yes Sir!"Izuki said as Kaz headed out to the back of the store.

"Alright Kaz is out today the Killer know as Wade Swann rank 14,307 will come and fight him today place your bets!"Izuki said as the reader in the store started to pool money together. "Kaz is good took on 10-15 guys good but Wade took on 30 armed police officers I feel sorry for Kaz today."One of the guys said. "true but we Never seen Kaz go all out maybe he can still win what weapon is Wade using?"A female asked "He is using a Bat covered in deadly nails and 1 pair of brass Knuckles."Izuki said and showed off a image of Wade Swann. "Hmm he got muscles, he isn't as scary as Kaz but he does have a nice build."Another Male said after bets were placed Wade had finally arrived to the location of Kaz smoke break area.

-With Kaz-

~Oh fuck another crazy fucking wacko I am so sick of these crazy dudes, who seek death and I am running out ideas on how to get rid of the body.~Kaz thinks but Kaz was still scared he knew he was lucky so lucky he was surprised he wasn't dead yet but he knew one day he needed to stop relaying on his luck and actually work out but that's a whole other problem.

Kaz Barely had time to Blink Wade had swung his bat and missed by a miscalculation due to the smoke in the air. "Die Kaz!"Wade shouted he lunged at Kaz who rolled to the left of the alley way Wade turned around swing his bat and hit a dumpsters making garbage spill onto the ground.

Kaz Ran forward he wanted to Slip pass Wade and get into the store so he leave the crazy guy alone but to his (mis)Fortune he stepped on a banana peel and slipped forward straight into Wade his head smashed into Wade nose, Wade backed up swing his sword he felt very dizzy and blood was gushing out quickly he was in a bad state to keep fighting, but he wiped the blood way and reeled his hand back and swung hard with a downward strike.

Kaz Moved backwards but then quicky moved forward he had stepped on a nail and the pain made move forward from the sudden jolt he lost his footing but Quickly used both of his hands to grab a the bat and pulled it towards him to regain his balance he then relized he had the crazy man weapon in his hand this made Kaz joints loosen up he did not want to hold the weapon of some crazy wacko his body wobble forwards and he stepped on a plastic pepsi bottle and he did a full front flip Bat and All and to his horror the bat stabbed deep into Wade's head and killed him.

~fuck fuck oh fuck~Kaz thought he quickly ran into the Store grabbed a few black garbage bags and hurried out unchaining the chain scythe of despair from his body he used his weapon to cut the body and stuff it into the bag.

To this day Kaz doesn't know why his weapons glows red, green or sometimes even blue when he cuts up people but he doesn't ask since he can't get rid of the weapon and instead once he was done he quickly rinsed it with water wrapped around his body again and took the 'Garbage' to a dumpster across the street he made sure nobody saw and quickly ran back to his store. Kaz stayed at the counter for a few minutes before Izuki walked downstairs. "Hey Kaz I want to buy these books."Izuki said Kaz counted the books and scanned them. "That'll be $10,421 yen anything else?"Kaz asked "Nope keep the $3,000 yen change I am feeling giving today."Izuki said as she grabbed the bag with her books and quickly headed out and blew him a kiss.1

With his shift coming close to an end Kaz let out a sigh he really wished he didn't have to fight sometimes and Kill but this is how the world worked and he couldn't change it. He grabbed one of the Burritos his mom made him and took a bite, he was filled with warmth and happiness due to how tasty they were.
