PASTELLI'S POV:

BEEP BEEP BEEP*

I wake up. 6:00 flashes on my alarm clock as I slam my fist on the top. Getting up on the first day of college isn't fun. Wait, I shouldn't even call it college, more like Smash Fighting School, where iconic video game characters come together, and only a select few get into the game. I get up, grab my bags, and I walk out the door, as my parents were at work and wished me good luck last night.

My friend got accepted as an assist trophy, but still in the class. As I grab the keys from my purse, I pick up my friend from her house. It was a long drive to the giant mansion like building, so we put on some video game podcasts, as we picked up some chicken nuggets and milkshakes from a McDonald's on the way. About an hour into the drive, Lucario and Incineroar neede a ride. We pick them up, and we continue driving.

After driving for about 2 hours, we arrived. The place was huge! Assist trophies and fighters alike gather and walk into the giant building. So many fighters! Mario and a group of many other people are talking in a corner about the entrance exam, which was last week. Many beloved video game characters didn't make the cut, but a vast majority of them did, which made the fans happy.

As we walked around, trying to find the main office, people were walking with friends, and and I recognized a lot of them. "That's Roy, and- OOH LOOK ITS CAPTAIN FALCON!" I said, as I was fangirling over all of the characters, until I got to one. He was a tall, spiky haired guy, with a sleeveless sweater looking thing on, and the biggest frickin sword I have ever seen in my whole 21 years. I turn to Lucas, and I ask him who he was.

He responded saying his name was Cloud, and he was one of the lone fighters, who only have one fighter in their series in the game, like Mega Man, Yoshi, Ice Climbers, Snake, And Banjo/Kazooie. He also said he's kind of a rude asshole, who's anti social, but once you get to know him, he's a kind guy, who loves to hang out and joke around.

He's kinda hot...maybe I should talk to him? I thought in my head, but I decided not to, because the bell was about to ring, and I had to get a move on if I wanted to be there on time. After dashing through the most foot traffic I've even been in, I made it to my classroom.

Each class has about 20-23 people in each homeroom, and each person had 5 classes: Tilt attacks (right stick), special moves (b), other special moves (side b, up b, down b.), grabbing/ throwing, and shielding. Assist trophies...well I don't know what they do. The same 20-23 people in your homeroom are who you share a schedule with. That's pretty much it.

After sitting down wherever I wanted, the class started. After sitting through 3 classes, it was finally lunchtime. The lunchroom was a large area, with a buffet, a lot of tables that can seat 4-5 people each, and a big kitchen, always refilling plates, food, and silverware. There was also a soft serve ice cream buffet, which immediately sparked interest. I got my plate of food, some soup, and sat down at a table with some familiar faces. Then, Lucas came with Ness, and we all ate and put our plates away. I then got some soft serve that was really good, and then I went to this outdoor area.

If you get to your class early, there's always stuff to do while you wait, like for example, a large outdoor area with a field, a large gazebo, and some old looking equipment from when this place was an elementary school. I just sat down on a bench and drew some stuff. Lunch is our longest period, being around 2 hours. The lunchroom closes about 1 hour into the period, and people then flood the outdoor area. After getting tired of drawing, I let my Corviknight out of its poké-ball, and I fly around for a little bit. I have wings, but i can't fly, kinda like Pit. I instead use my wings to attack using intense winds.

After doing loops in the air and showing off, I land, give Corviknight food, water, and lots of pets, and I put him back in his pokéball. I then run inside, because my next class starts in about 3 minutes. After sitting around in 2 classes, the day ends. Each day starts at 9:00 am, and gets out at around 4:00. Today, though, everybody had to sit in the Auditorium, and listen to our names for our dorm rooms. I think about 10 people get into each dorm room.

Nevertheless, I share a room with...

Lucas, Ness, Mewtwo, Incineroar, Captain Falcon, Lucario, Kirby, Meta Knight, And Cloud.

As I walk into room 3191, I see 3 other people got there before me, but I think nothing of it, and I set my bag down on a bed. Each dorm is as big as a house. Each dorm/house thing has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a living room. All of my other dorm-mates come in, but one is missing, that being Cloud. Lucas told me he's always late to literally everything, so there was be need to be concerned. As I sat down in the living room, Cloud finally walked in the door, and we all greeted him.

He walked upstairs, and placed his stuff down in a room. Since there's only 5 rooms, you hare a room with somebody, but you sleep in separate beds. Or at least I think...

Me, Lucas, Captain Falcon, And Meta Knight were playing Mario Party, Kirby was sleeping I think, Mewtwo, Lucario, Ness, And Incineroar we're watching us play, and I think Cloud is taking a shower. After about 3 turns of playing, Cloud came downstairs, and sat down next to me. I was so into the Sizzling Steaks minigame, And was really good at it, and people started yelling and asking how I was so good at this game. This started a big argument, on if this were a skill minigame or a luck minigame.

I just sat and kept winning. New record, 14.18 seconds, wow! I finished the game, then we did the rhythm game mode thing, and I went to bed. I went to the bathroom, took a shower and all that, changed into pajamas, and went back to my room. The door was closed, so I knocked, because men could be doing literally anything if the door is closed. Cloud then opened the door, and I just looked up and said I was his roommate. He let me in, and I just went to bed. I was too tired to talk, but I really would have.

I plugged in my alarm, my lamp, and my Nintendo Switch. I set my alarm for 9:00, and drifted off to sleep.
