A few more months went by and Aria couldn't believe that she was already almost half way through her pregnancy. She adored seeing her belly grow even bigger as her child grew within her. Pregnancy suited her very well, the only thing that had grown during her being pregnant was her belly, the rest of her was basically the same, and she felt radiant as ever. Lucius constantly complimented her on how beautiful she looked, his eyes always taking her body in hungrily. He had admitted to her, a bit shyly in fact, that he had found her pregnant body something in which rather aroused him in ways he didn't know was possible. Aria giggled when she heard about that little kink of his, and she supposed it came from his more dominant side that he had. The thought that he had impregnated her…claimed her as his….his seed growing inside of her, she knew that all was what most likely aroused his dominant side.

She reveled in Lucius being so protective and yet so needy of her. He made sure she was safe, healthy and protected outwardly. But when it was just the two of them, he took her and ravished her in the most sensuous ways. He often buried his face into her chest, suckled upon her tender and larger breasts before he plunged his ready cock so deep into her, whether she was on top riding him or whether he was making love to her on their sides, as he spooned her and held her belly with his warm, protective hand. As usual, the two were so engrossed in their love and their passion as a couple, that they often forgot the outside world for hours, if not days at a time.

One cold winter afternoon, Aria and Lucius were in their beloved library, laying on a blanket in the middle of the room in front of the fire, their naked bodies intertwined after they had just made love for a good hour. Both of their heads of hair were damp with exertion from their passions and their bodies were both shining slightly with a sheen of sweat, as the fire caused the light to glisten off of them. Aria's green eyes took in her surroundings as she thought about how grateful she was. She was so incredibly happy. She took in her naked, gorgeous husband, his eyes closed as he came down from his orgasmic high, his chest going up and down in calming, deep breaths of contentment. She then looked out of the large gilded window and saw a light dusting of snow begin to fall against the pale grey sky, and then back to her surroundings in the room which was magically decorated with beautiful Christmas holly, pine and the stunning 12 foot tree she had decorated a few days earlier. Her eyes then roamed back over the room to look up at the fireplace and above it the magical portrait of her and Lucius. The two of them in the portrait were looking at each other intimately, their foreheads touching, just basking in the love between them. Aria smiled at the beautiful portrait and suddenly she felt the little flutterings in her stomach, which always reminded her that there was her little baby inside of her, and she smiled a bit and closed her eyes as she put her hands upon her belly. She was so incredibly content and relaxed that she slowly felt herself drifting off into daydreams. Before she knew it though, she felt the warm, comforting touch of Lucius' large hands on her belly. He must have opened his eyes right when she closed hers and he must have been observing her as she laid her hands on her belly as she felt their baby kicking away inside of her.

She opened her eyes to see Lucius' gorgeous grey ones looking back at her, a soft smile on his lips as he rubbed her belly with the pads of his fingers as he felt their baby kicking. Aria would never forget the first few days in which her baby started kicking and how Lucius reacted. She had felt the little flutterings during the portrait session, but it wasn't until weeks later that the flutterings became actual tangible movements and kicks. When she had finally felt the stronger kicks and had put Lucius' hands upon her belly so he could feel them for the first time, she couldn't help but shed a few tears after seeing Lucius shed a few of his own as he lowered his head down to her belly to rest upon it and sometimes kiss it as he felt the little movements of their child. She adored how open he was with his emotions now, especially during a time that her emotions were at an all time high. She knew though, that being a father was something Lucius took very seriously and combined with his deep love for her, she knew why his emotions were so strong. As usual, she was much on the same wavelength.

Back in the present, Aria simply stared at her love, as he looked down at her belly with adoration and pure bliss. His eyes were shining like diamonds as he was so entrenched with this peaceful, perfect moment. For a while the two of them stayed like that, just looking at each other, and feeling the movements of their baby in her belly, until both of them were rather startled at hearing a knock from the main large doors to the Manor downstairs.

Aria jumped a bit which caused Lucius to slightly flinch, and then instinctually reach for his wand in the pile of his clothes which were thrown to the side during their love making.

"Who could that be? I wasn't expecting anyone…" Lucius practically growled, for having his perfect moment and privacy broken with his wife.

Aria stayed where she was, clutching the blanket to her chest to slightly cover herself up. She was so used to being protected by Lucius lately that she too felt disturbed a bit at having her peaceful, safe bubble popped.

As Lucius got up to put his black silk smoking jacket on, as well as his black silk pants, Aria too got up and put on her white silk robe that she had been wearing. She grabbed the blanket off the ground and cuddled up on the couch with it, as Lucius made his way out of the library and downstairs to see who was disturbing them.

Aria sat in the library alone for a few minutes, wondering who had been at the door. She didn't hear any loud noises or voices so she knew it wasn't anyone or anything that would do them harm, but she was still curious as to who it was and so she got out of her her blanket cocoon and tiptoed out into the hallway and looked over the banister of the stairs down into the entryway.
There she saw Lucius talking with his son, Draco.

Aria remembered last year, Draco had shown up unexpectedly around Christmas time. The young man didn't like to be alone for Christmas it seemed, even with his relationship being so strained with his father last year. This year was different however, the relationship between the two had been on the mend, but Aria was sure that Lucius was most likely still surprised his son made an unannounced visit.

Draco must have seen Aria upstairs out of the corner of his eye, and the young Malfoy looked up at her and slightly smiled and shyly waved.

Aria waved back very briefly but then hurried away back into the library and began pacing. Draco had no idea that she was pregnant…that he was going to be a big brother in about 5 months time or less. With his personality being so ever-changing since she had known him, she wasn't too sure how he would take it, and quite frankly it scared her.

Her and Lucius had talked about when the right moment would be to tell Draco. Lucius himself had been very nervous and wary about it. The two had then become so engulfed and focused on each other and the baby, that they had sort of put telling Draco on the back burner.

She could tell that Lucius had been keeping Draco downstairs by engaging in conversation, and yet she also knew that he couldn't hold off Draco from greeting her properly forever. And as much as she would like to have thought that putting her hands over her stomach or standing a certain way would hide her bump, she knew that the thin fabric of the silk robe, and the size of her growing belly wouldn't be able to be hid. She knew it was time, and she had better prepare quickly.

Aria was able to gather and compose herself for a few minutes, but then she heard Lucius and Draco coming up the stairs, most likely heading to the library for a pre-dinner drink perhaps. Dinner would be soon, and she was sure Lucius must have invited his son to stay to eat.

Lucius came into the room first, his grey eyes wide with nervousness and anticipation as he looked into his wife's equally as nervous eyes. Aria had positioned herself in front of the Christmas tree and had plastered a sweet smile on her face. But she knew the second that Draco followed in behind Lucius to come and greet Aria, his eyes would instantly fall to her belly. She was right in that assumption. He seemed to be stunned, and just for a long moment stared at her stomach as he was most likely processing what he saw; having someone stare at her belly so intently, made her automatically bring her hands up to cradle her bump protectively, however firming the vision in Draco's mind that she was indeed pregnant.

"Ohhh, Aria…" Draco said stuttering a bit as he tried to compose himself. "Umm…I…well…hello," he said shyly as he dipped his head so that his eyes were looking down at the ground as his hand went through his hair awkwardly.

"Draco…" Lucius cut in as he stepped next to Aria and put his arm around her waist. "We obviously wanted to tell you, we just….well…I suppose we were nervous," Lucius admitted, he too looking down at the ground.

Draco raised his eyes and continued to stare at Aria causing Aria to freeze as she was. She couldn't tell what was going on in his mind. He didn't look necessarily angry or upset. Just shocked.

"I suppose I knew this could one day happen…" he began as he turned to his father to look at him with wide eyes. Lucius' grey ones stared back into his son's face with intensity. "I guess…I guess I just never knew it could happen this soon."

"It's something we both desperately wanted…" Aria began as she cradled her belly and rubbed it subconsciously.

Draco nodded his head a tiny bit but then turned back to his father. "You wanted this? To have another child?" His question wasn't laced with malice, but it was of genuine curiosity.

"Not before I met Aria…but after being with her and falling in love with her…yes, I wanted it desperately as well," Lucius said with certainty. "It's hard to explain how much our love has changed me…"

Aria's heart beat a bit faster in her chest at hearing Lucius' precious, romantic words.

Draco took that in for a few long moments, the room as silent as it could ever be.

Then it was quite noticeable that Draco's light blue eyes became softer and a little light could be seen behind the icy depths.

"Well….." He said and paused for a bit before he continued on. "I've always wanted to be a big brother…" he said as he looked down at the floor as if he had missed an opportunity earlier in life.

After hearing him say that Aria let out a huge sigh of relief and felt as if she could start crying. She smiled brightly and made her way closer into Draco to grab his hand kindly in hers, startling him a bit.

"And now you can be!" She said as she placed their connected hands on her stomach so Draco could feel his sibling growing within her.

Draco seemed shocked again as his hand rested on the hardness of Aria's belly. All of a sudden though, he felt tiny kicks underneath his hand, almost like a fluttering, but definitely kicks. He let out a sort of laugh and sob at the same time, and he smiled….for the first time since she'd known him, Aria had just seen Draco actually have a genuine smile upon his face.

Seeing Draco smile made Aria and Lucius smile as well, and ever so subtly Lucius wiped a tear that had fallen down his cheek at the sight of his son, coming to terms and accepting this new baby. He walked up to his son and put his hand on his shoulder, in a proud sort of way. Draco had a tear or two falling down his cheek as well, and Aria couldn't help but feel how amazing it was that these two Malfoy men, who outwardly exuded so much aloofness at times, were so sensitive and emotional inside. But Aria knew that the Malfoys felt emotions strongly and when they felt something, they felt it hard.

"This pleases me so much Draco…that you are accepting of this new child. This child is a blessing to me…one made of pure love. And it means so much to me that you want to be apart of this."

Draco said nothing, but Lucius and Aria could tell that Lucius' words rang true to him and meant so much to him. It really was night and day, the Draco that had been at his mother's side, versus the Draco that stood in front of the two of them now, wanting to be apart of this new loving side of the Malfoy family.

Draco gently removed his hand from Aria's belly and immediately went over to the table which held all of the decanters of FireWhisky and other spirits. He immediately poured himself a large dram of the whisky, but then suddenly remembered his manners and turned to his father as he held up the full glass. "May I?" He asked a little too late, although he knew his father wouldn't deny him.

"By all means," Lucius smirked, as he too made his way over to the table to pour himself a dram.

The two Malfoy men raised their glasses to toast, but not before Lucius noticed Aria still standing near the fire place, a content smile on her face as she watched the two of them. He reached his hand out and beckoned her over, and so she walked over to him and took his hand tightly in hers. "Come toast with us my love," Lucius said happily.

"Oh I…." Aria said about to protest, knowing that she couldn't drink in her condition. However she was cut short when Lucius took a glass in his hand, muttered a spell and all of a sudden an amber colored liquid filled the glass and a cinnamon stick popped out of nowhere as well into the glass.

"Cider" Lucius said with a glint in his eye as he handed Aria the cup.

Aria giggled and took the glass. "You are magical," she smiled. Of course he was, he was a great wizard, but Lucius knew what Aria meant, that he was magical in all ways to her, and he smiled so lovingly back at her. Draco couldn't help but slightly smile at Aria's comment too.

"A toast," Lucius said raising his glass up in the air. "To my family," he finished as he looked at Aria and Draco.

Draco looked back at his father with wide eyes. After everything he had done, he was so relieved and happy that he was now still considered apart of the family. As for Aria, she looked at Lucius with so much love in her eyes and she immediately raised her glass to clink against his own. All three of them touched glasses and sipped their drinks.

Lucius smiled, so happy that everything had turned out so much better than he had imagined. His son hadn't reacted badly to the news, and now him and Aria could celebrate as a family with his first child.

Draco stayed for quite a while, the three of them falling into a comfortable chat as they all sat around with their drinks in front of the warm fire, enjoying the feeling of finally being accepting towards one another as a family and the holiday spirit could be felt all around them. They had enjoyed a fine meal down in the grand dining room, and had come back up to the library after for some night caps for the boys and some herbal tea for Aria.

"So when am I to meet my brother or sister?" Draco asked as he sipped his drink.

Aria instinctually placed her hand on her stomach and rubbed. "In May. I am hoping they will be born during Beltane…it's such a special time for magical people. That is around the time we got married this year, and it would be so amazing to have our baby born then."

"I remember during your wedding, where your skin and hair were lit up…like a light was within you both. That is because of your soul mate connection right?"

Lucius nodded his head. He hadn't told Draco about how Aria and him had in fact gone back in time to see their past selves become soul mates and create love for the universe.

Lucius breathed in a deep breath, wanting to tell Draco about it. "Those special times during the year are very important to us…and it will be very important to this child as well, since you see…because…well because the child was conceived in the past…during the time that love was created for the universe."

Draco stared at his father as if he had spoken another language. "What do you mean father?" Draco said, his eyebrow raising in typical Malfoy fashion.

Lucius began telling Draco of the night that him and Aria had gone back in time using the Time Turner. Draco was very surprised to learn the Malfoy family had a Time Turner even in their possession, but was quickly distracted by that fact when he heard the rest of the story. Aria watched Draco's reactions the whole time, his eyes never seeming to blink as his father told him the story.

When Lucius was done, Draco looked back at Aria and then down to her belly where the baby grew, as if it was some sort of magical creature inside of her.

"What will that mean for the baby that it was conceived during another time….?" Draco asked.

"Aria and I have also wondered that," Lucius said as he took his wife's hand in his from where they sat on the couch next to each other.

"But you have been feeling ok? And the baby?" Draco asked, with a very rare note of concern.

Aria couldn't help but smile and blush a bit. Draco was actually caring about her well being! She wasn't quite used to that. But she supposed it was because she now carried his baby brother or sister within her.

"Well…like all early pregnancies, it was rough. I was quite sick. But I have been feeling great these past few months actually. And I can feel the baby move, as you felt earlier, so I think they are healthy too," she replied.

"And of course she is getting the best medical care in the British Wizarding World," Lucius chimed in. Aria's top of the line doctors were very important to him.

After that conversation, the three Malfoys sat in silence for a bit, just pondering it all. Would this baby be any different than any other magical person? Would their magic be special and different? Only time could tell, and in May when the baby would be born, they would know for certain.

Later that evening, Aria and Lucius were laying in their bed, touching, kissing, breathing each other in, ready to make passionate love yet again. Draco had gone home rather late, the fireplace had been put out and the Christmas lights had been turned off. It was just the two lovers, in their safest, most comfortable place in the dark vastness of the Manor.

Lucius had been spooning Aria from behind, as he caressed her back, her bum her neck, his hands reaching to her front to grab her breasts tenderly in his hands as he slipped his hard and ready cock into her tight, wet heat.

Aria moaned out in pleasure at feeling her husband, so big and so hard, move within her gently and slowly as he massaged her breasts with his left hand from where he was spooning her. All the while he kissed her upper shoulder and the sensitive skin on her neck, and sometimes grazed his teeth along it causing her body to shiver with amazing sensations.

"Lucius…I love you so much," she moaned out as he continued moving softly inside of her.

Going deeper into her, she heard him whisper deliciously in her ear, "And I love you my Goddess."

After a nice long time of staying in the same rhythm, Aria heard Lucius whisper in her ear again. "I want to open up our mental connection…to feel more of you," he said as she felt his left hand rest against her heart.

Soon Aria felt even more pleasure as she noticed he had done a wandless spell to open up their connection. It was his Patronus he had conjured. His beautiful dark swan beginning to float around them as a blue and silver mist seemed to engulf the lovers in a comforting embrace. The moment the spell had activated their mental connection had opened, and the two lovers moaned out again at the addictive feeling of it; of feeling each others' internal thoughts and physical feelings.

As Lucius made love to her, he of course heard all of her thoughts about her love for him and how good he felt. But there was something else….something he hadn't noticed before during the many amazing times they were connected as one in such a way. It was almost like the sound of a very tiny whisper. He also heard a bit of whooshing and some tinkling, almost like if magic was an actual sound one could hear. He continued moving within Aria, and he of course felt so amazing, his eyes were shut tight with pleasure, but now half of his brain was also focused on this new noise. As his hand made its way down from her heart and closer to hold her belly, the pleasant sound grew more and more.

He couldn't quite believe, but he knew in his heart that it was the sound of the baby. It would make sense why he had never heard it before and it made his heart beat faster realizing that he could actually hear their wondrous child. The sound itself was so pleasant and comforting that he knew that the child was happy and healthy, and he smiled widely at how incredible it was.

He didn't tell Aria this phenomena…not yet. He wanted to bring her pleasure without any distraction. And so he continued to make love to her passionately, as the two of them basked in their mental and physical connection. Whenever they opened up the connection, they always orgasmed together, and tonight was no different. Whenever one of their orgasms built up, the others' did too, as they were on one wavelength, and so the moment Aria began to shake from her climax, as did Lucius.

Lucius simply held her for a while, and couldn't help but smile as he still heard her thoughts as well as the sweet sound of the new life within her. He felt a few little kicks where his hand rest on her belly and he knew he wanted to tell her about what he heard now.

"I heard the baby," he said as he kissed Aria's neck and smiled.

"Wh…what?" Aria said as she turned around in his arms so that she now faced him. Her green eyes bright and filled with wonder and confusion at what he just said.

"I can still hear it now even…our mental connection is still open, I believe that's how I heard it. It's hard to describe…" he mused as he traced his finger gently down her cheek, brushing some of her hair behind her ear.

"You can hear it talking?" She asked, still slightly confused.

"No not talking…it's more of a feeling…and sounds. It's so hard to explain but it's wonderful and beautiful," he said, a sweet, genuine smile on his face. "When I put my hand near your belly with our connection open as it is, the sound gets louder.

"Lucius," Aria said as she got rather emotional at hearing this amazing news. "It's incredible.."

"Yes my love, it is!" He exclaimed as he continued caressing her cheek with his warm fingers.

"Is it a boy or a girl!?" She said rather suddenly and excitedly.

"I'm not sure…the sounds I heard didn't reveal that to me. I am glad of it," he smiled.

Lucius and Aria had agreed that they didn't want to know the sex of the baby before it arrived. The medical witch who was caring for Aria had asked them at least a dozen times if they wanted to know, and each time they said no. For whatever reason they wanted to be surprised.

"This is so amazing. I wish I could hear it too," Aria said.

Lucius nodded his head in agreement. He too wished she could hear what he had heard, but for now, it would be something he would only get to experience, and it was the most special moment for him, to share that connection as a father with his new child.

"Everything about our love has always been such a surprise my love," Lucius said as he held her strongly in his arms. "And these surprises have been the greatest gift of a lifetime."

Aria nodded her head in agreement. "Of our many lifetimes," she said, as she cuddled up closer into his chest and fell fast asleep, dreaming of her Lucius and of her little one inside of her. She couldn't wait to be a family together soon.
