SPACE PATROL: PUPS ON ANTHROPOD 12
I DON'T OWN PAW PATROL ONLY MY OC'S
It was a sunny warm Monday afternoon. School had let out & everyone was off doing their own thing. Angel, Cinnamon, Colby, Constance, Elias, Kelly & Ronald were with Ryder & the pups heading down to the park.
"Today's been wonderful in terms of weather. Sunny days are the best" said Angel with a smile.
"They sure are. This kind of weather is always perfect for playing in the park" said Cinnamon in an excited voice.
"What do you feel like doing once we get there?" asked Colby in a curious tone.
"I wouldn't mind playing on the playground equipment. What do you guys think?" asked Constance.
"That's fine with me. I'd be more than happy to use the equipment on such a lovely day" said Elias in an eager manner.
"You said it. That's the best feature of the park" said Kelly as she nodded in agreement.
"Parks without playgrounds would be pretty boring. Any park is better with some kind of playground in it 1 way or another" said Ronald as everyone continued walking. As they approached the park they saw 4 other kids there. All 4 of them were African American with the older boy, younger boy & younger girl all having blonde hair & blue eyes. The older boy's hair was styled in a crew cut, the younger boy's hair was normal & short & the younger girl had pigtails. The 3 of them also wore the same outfits including green shirts, blue shorts/skirts, tan army boots & sets of army style dog tags. The older girl had dark wavy hair, brown eyes & wore a red dress with matching red shoes. Colby recognized the older boy almost instantly.
"That's Kenneth Smith over there. Those 2 younger kids must be his siblings but I'm not sure who the other girl is" said Colby in surprise.
"Kenneth's 1 of the guys we competed against in that bodybuilding competition in Los Angeles correct?" asked Elias in an uncertain voice.
"Yes. I wonder what he's doing here in Adventure Bay" said Colby.
"Let's go ask" said Elias as everyone walked over to the playground. When Kenneth saw Colby he smiled & walked over.
"Hello Colby. I didn't expect to see you here" said Kenneth with a surprised smile.
"I actually live here in Adventure Bay now. I moved in with Elias to get away from Diane after she began abusing me over my affection for Elias" said Colby as he high 5'd Kenneth.
"I see. It's good to see you again. Nice to meet the rest of you" said Kenneth as everyone introduced themselves.
"Who are the other 3 with you?" asked Colby as he motioned to the other 3 kids.
"Those are my younger siblings & girlfriend. Kendall's the younger boy, Kennedy's the younger girl & Melissa's the older girl" said Kenneth.
"OK. What brings you to Adventure Bay?" asked Colby.
"We ran away from home to escape my dad Kenny. He's an abusive jerk who has no respect for anyone except himself. We told our mother Keisha about our plan & she agreed to come with us. Melissa joined us as well so that I wouldn't be separated from her. We waited until dad left for work before making our escape. He has no idea where we are & hopefully he doesn't find us" said Kenneth with a sigh.
"Maybe later we can help you guys find a new home here in Adventure Bay" said Colby as he smiled warmly.
"Thanks. You're a good friend Colby" said Kenneth in a grateful tone.
"You guys are going to fit right in here. I guarantee you'll have a much better life in Adventure Bay" said Ryder in a reassuring manner.
"You bet. Want to hang out here together?" asked Kenneth.
"That's a great idea. Let's do it" said Colby as everyone went to play. They all had a great time playing in the park together. A short time later Elias spotted 3 figures in the distance. 1 looked to be an anthropomorphic Calico cat with yellow fur wearing a midnight blue tuxedo with a matching colored bandanna & eye patch, the 2ND figure looked to be an orange furred beagle wearing a grey outfit with blue & red shoes, a red beanie & blue & purple tentacles protruding from its back & the 3RD figure appeared to be a human girl that was dressed in black, pink & purple colored cat attire & appeared to have a metallic leg. They didn't look like anybody he recognized.
"Who are those 3 over there?" asked Elias as he pointed to the figures.
"I don't know. I've never seen them before" said Kelly with a shrug of uncertainty.
"Let's go ask them if they need help with anything" said Ryder as everyone went to see who the figures were & what they were doing. The figures had walked around town for a few hours checking on everything to see if there was any unusual activity. Anyone who asked them about what they were doing was told that they were costumed mascots on a walk around town. In reality the 3 figures were actually agents of an organization from another planet inhabited by both humans & anthropomorphic animals & they were doing a patrol to see if anything strange had been occurring in Adventure Bay. Ultimately they found nothing & were on their way to the portal that'd take them home. They were unaware that the PAW Patrol & their friends were following them.
"It looks like everything here is OK. I'd say this patrol was a success seeing as how we didn't get our covers blown by anyone" said the anthropomorphic Calico with a sigh of relief.
"If anyone here figured out that Logan & myself were anthropomorphic animals I wouldn't be surprised if it caused panic through town" said the anthropomorphic beagle.
"That would be a disaster Monty. We'd be seen as monsters who everyone would want to chase & hunt down. That's why we always have to be careful wherever we go" said the human girl dressed as a cat.
"Suzan's right. I'd probably have a major panic attack myself if we were caught in that situation" said the Calico whose name was Logan.
"Luckily for us we've always got everything we need if things go pear shaped. No matter what happens we'll always find a way to make it out OK" said the beagle whose name was Monty.
"Let's get back home & report what we saw. I'm sure grandfather Hawkwerk will be pleased to know we've completed another successful patrol" said the cat dressed girl whose name was Suzan as Logan, Monty & herself went to fnd the portal to take them home. They soon found it hidden in a wooded area & proceeded to go through it. The PAW Patrol & their friends saw them & wondered where the portal lead.
"Where do you think that portal goes?" asked Cinnamon in uncertainty.
"I don't know. Should we check?" asked Ronald.
"It's worth a shot" said Ryder as everyone went through the portal. When they emerged from the other side they found themselves in what looked to be some type of laboratory.
"This isn't where I thought we'd end up" said Chase in a surprised voice.
"Me either. Where do you think we could be?" asked Marshall.
"I'd imagine we're likely in some kind of research facility judging by the lab equipment everywhere" said Rocky as he took note of his surroundings.
"It doesn't look like we're in Adventure Bay anymore. I don't think there's a place like this back home" said Rubble with a raised eyebrow.
"Should we look around to see where we are?" asked Skye.
"I don't know if that's a good idea. We don't want to get ourselves in trouble" said Zuma as the portal that connected the lab to Adventure Bay closed.
"The portal closed. We're stuck here" said Kenneth with a nervous gulp.
"Surely we'll be able to get back to Adventure Bay. We just need to make a new portal" said Kendall with a hopeful smile.
"We don't know how to make them. I think we're stuck here for now" said Kennedy as everyone heard footsteps approaching the laboratory door.
"Someone's coming. We better hide" said Melissa as everyone hid inside an empty cabinet. Logan, Monty & Suzan entered the lab accompanied by a small metallic owl. It was their grandfather Herbert aka Hawkwerk.
"Our patrol was a success grandfather Hawkwerk. There wasn't any kind of unusual activity" said Logan with a proud smile.
"That's good to hear. You didn't arouse any suspicion while you were there did you?" asked Hawkwerk.
"No not really. We told everyone we encountered that we were costumed mascots on a walk. Nobody questioned us further after that" said Monty as he shook his head.
"Excellent. You 3 are the best at trans dimensional patrols" said Hawkwerk in an impressed tone.
"We sure are. You can always count on us" said Suzan with a confident grin. Everyone listened in from the cabinet as to what was being said.
"What do you think they mean by trans-dimensional patrol?" asked Colby in a confused manner.
"We must be in an alternate dimension of some kind" whispered Constance.
"Hopefully we can get out of this cabinet soon. It's a little cramped" whispered Elias as he readjusted his position.
"We still need to figure out how to get home. Maybe there's a portal maker in this lab we can use" whispered Kelly.
"As long as we stay out of sight we'll be able to get back home in no time" whispered Ryder as everyone stayed hidden. Rubble's stomach then growled which was heard by Hawkwerk, Logan, Monty & also Suzan.
"What was that sound?" asked Hawkwerk in shock.
"That sounded like a growling animal" said Logan as he felt a chill down his spine.
"I can't see anything in here that'd match the growling" said Monty in a bewildered voice.
"Whatever it is it better be ready to get a beating" said Suzan as she cracked her knuckles.
"What do we do? We're completely trapped" whispered Angel with a nervous gulp.
"Let's hope we don't get found in here" whispered Elias as everyone remained quiet hoping to avoid detection. Marshall attempted to readjust but slipped causing him & everyone else to tumble out of the cabinet onto the floor. Suzan stood over them with a harsh glare.
"You lot better explain yourselves. Who are you & what were you doing hiding in there?" asked Suzan in a blunt tone.
"Please don't hurt us. We don't mean any harm. We're from the town you were patrolling. We saw you in the park & got curious about who you were & where you were from. We're sorry for intruding into your lab. There's no malicious intent regarding our presence here. The portal that connected our town to this lab closed meaning we're stuck here. Is there any way for us to get home?" asked Elias in a panicked manner.
"What's the name of the town you're from?" asked Logan in curiosity.
"We're from Adventure Bay. It's a coastal town in the US. Where are we now?" asked Kelly.
"This is the lab in our house which is located in San Francalico" said Monty.
"Don't you mean San Francisco? There's no such place as San Francalico" said Ryder as he tilted his head in confusion.
"This is going to come as a shock to you but you're not on Earth anymore. You're on the planet Anthropod 12. It's a completely different planet to the 1 you all come from" said Suzan with a sigh. Everyone dropped their jaws in shock. They couldn't believe what they had been told.
"I've never heard of Anthropod 12. It must either be an unidentified planet or it's in a different solar system than ours" said Colby in an astonished voice.
"I have a feeling it's probably the latter" said Constance.
"Anyways I can open a portal for you to get back home. It's a really simple process" said Hawkwerk as an alarm went off. Hawkwerk checked to see what was happening. It turned out the Bank of San Francalico had been broken into & a robbery was in progress there.
"There's a robbery in progress at the Bank of San Francalico. Logan, Monty & Suzan you 3 better go deal with it" said Hawkwerk in an urgent tone.
"We'll go with you. We can help" said Elias in a confident manner.
"Are you sure? We're going to be dealing with dangerous criminals" said Logan in concern.
"We've dealt with dangerous criminals before. These robbers won't stand a chance against us" said Kelly with a grin.
"What abilities do you have?" asked Monty in an uncertain voice.
"We've got superhuman abilities as well as good physical fitness. That should be useful in stopping the criminals" said Ryder.
"I guess it wouldn't hurt letting them come. Let's go" said Suzan as everyone used a teleportation device in the lab to get to the Bank of San Francalico. Upon arriving they looked inside & saw 5 robbers holding up everyone inside while trying to steal all the money.
"Let's bust some crooks" said Kelly as she turned invisible & went inside. Logan, Melissa, Monty, Suzan & the Smith siblings were taken by surprise watching Kelly leap into action. Once inside the bank Kelly grabbed some chairs & began throwing them. This spooked the bank robbers as they couldn't understand what was happening.
"Why are the chairs flying around?" asked the 1ST robber as he tilted his head in confusion.
"This bank might be haunted" said the 2ND robber with a nervous gulp.
"Go away ghost. You're ruining our plan" said the 3RD robber in an angry tone.
"That's not going to make it stop" said the 4TH robber as he rolled his eyes.
"Let's try shooting it. That'll destroy it" said the 5TH robber as he & the others tried shooting at Kelly. All their shots missed since Kelly kept moving around while still invisible. As the robbers were distracted by Kelly Ryder entered the bank & used his psychic powers to lift the robbers into the air. They were then disarmed thanks to Ryder's telekinesis before being repeatedly thrown around causing them to become battered, bloody, broken & bruised. Elias then entered the bank & punched the robbers in the face with enough force to render them unconscious. The customers & employees ran out of the bank to safety feeling grateful that the robbery was foiled. The police eventually arrived & took the robbers into custody. Elias, Kelly & Ryder were applauded by the crowd as heroes for their courage & quick action in putting the robbery to a stop.
"That was amazing. You 3 made quick work of those robbers" said Logan in an impressed manner.
"Having superpowers is a great gift" said Elias with a proud smile.
"You guys would be excellent allies to us & our affiliates. I think we should introduce these guys to our family & friends the 1ST opportunity we get" said Monty in eagerness.
"Maybe tomorrow afternoon once school is finished we can come back & meet up with you again" said Kelly.
"That sounds great. Let's get back to the lab" said Suzan as everyone teleported back to the lab. Hawkwerk managed to create a portal to allow the PAW Patrol & their friends to get back to Adventure Bay.
"This portal will take you home. Thanks for your help in stopping the robbery" said Hawkwerk in a grateful voice.
"Whenever you're in trouble just yelp for help" said Ryder in an enthusiastic tone. Before returning to Adventure Bay the PAW Patrol & their friends were given a device that would allow them to create portals that'd connect Adventure Bay & San Francalico.
"Goodbye for now. Hopefully we'll see you again soon" said Hawkwerk.
"Don't worry you will. See you later" said Ryder as he & the others used the portal to return to Adventure Bay. Soon they were all back home again.
"That was an awesome adventure. I think it's pretty cool that you guys have superpowers" said Kendall in an amazed tone.
"Maybe we might be able to get our own superpowers in the future" said Kennedy in a hopeful manner.
"There's no denying we're going to have some great times here in Adventure Bay" said Kenneth with an excited smile.
"You said it babe. What should we do now?" asked Melissa in curiosity.
"I think we should get some rest. We'll need it for tomorrow. See you all later" said Ryder as everyone headed home. Ryder put the portal device in a safe location in the Lookout while Melissa & the Smith siblings went to the campsite where they & Keisha had set up a temporary home for themselves. Everyone else went home & settled down for the evening eating dinner, watching TV & having a bath/shower before heading to bed. Elias lay awake reflecting on what had happened.
"Today was quite an adventure. I never would've thought we'd end up on another planet inhabited by both anthropomorphic animals & humans. Tomorrow's going to be even more epic. I look forward to all the future adventure we'll have on Anthropod 12" thought Elias as he fell asleep.
