Since there seems to be a bit of confusion, I wanted to clear things up.
This is a one-shot. The point is that Canada saved the day simply by being himself. Because he went to Russia's and chatted and just spent Time, Russia decided not to start another cold war (which would have ended badly) and thus, Canada saved the world.
