I'm back with the last part of my story. I'm sorry I've been gone for a long time, Covid-19 been crazy for me.
Anyway here's chapter 9 as well as a small special chapter 10.

Deckard, Rocky, and Scout were standing in the oval office of the White House in Washington DC talking with the President. Deckard now had white fur with dark gray fur on his paws, the tip of his tail, on the tip of his ears, and dark gray fur tufts on his head that was spiked at the top and had two short bangs over his forehead. Deckard also had bright golden eyes, and his marking over his left eye had changed as well, the marking had changed to where there were only two wolf fang-like markings on the bottom of his left eye. Deckard also had two nicks in both of his ears.
Flashback
Apparently after the fight in the two story building, Deckard, Rocky, and Scout were shortly rescued, Max had gone and told the President what had gone down and a task force was quickly put together to save the three heroes, but by the time they got there, three K-9's where lying on the grass unconscious with a two-story burning building a 100 yards away. The flames were quickly extinguished and Deckard, Rocky, and Scout got airlifted to BridgePoint Hospital Capitol Hill. Sadly it only got much worse for Deckard there.
Deckard, Rocky, and Scout injuries were all being treated by doctors and nurses. Rocky and Scout were perfectly fine, but Deckard was another story. Apparently Deckard's fur color had changed due to the genetically altered DNA experiments that were conducted on him. After multiple tests the doctors confirmed that Deckard had received the wolf genes from his mother, who is a purebred arctic wolf, and the wolf genes from his father, who is a gray wolf mix breed, making Deckard a hybrid wolf and Rocky a wolf mix breed. The doctor's test also revealed that Deckard's appearance was the result of the genetic alterations that Jason Cage and Eric Samson did to the hybrid wolf. Sadly due to the surprised attacked by the four unknown attackers the doctors said that the experiment was undoable because with the death of both Jason Cage and Eric Samson as well as the total destruction of the lab and the research papers the doctors said that it would be nearly impossible to figure out on how to reversed the experiment, also the doctors said that Deckard might not survive if they attempted to do so. After hearing what the doctors had told him, Deckard now realized that his life has forever changed, and that his life will never be the same again.
What came next made Deckard feel something that he hardly felt... fear. The doctors, even some of the President's national security council members highly recommended that Deckard be locked up for good with him being a very dangerous animal. However, after the members from the PAW Patrol and the newly created G.R.F, as well as the President himself, Deckard was able to remain free. After a few more tests, Deckard, Rocky, and Scout were released from the hospital, but before they could leave to go back home Deckard, Rocky, and Scout were summoned by the President to the White House.
Flashback Ends
As Deckard, Rocky, and Scout were standing in the oval office, each had a nervous look on their faces as they looked at each other every once in a while. The three just stood there as the President was looking out the window. The President then turned around and looked at his three guests then without warning the President gave Deckard, Rocky, and Scout a big bowl of delicious dog treats which Deckard, Rocky, and Scout started to eat like crazy not realizing how hungry they were. After Deckard, Rocky, and Scout were done with their food the President started to thank them for their heroic acts and that he was extremely grateful for their service to the United States of America. As a reward for stopping what could have been a major catastrophe in the United States and their service Deckard, Rocky, and Scout were all awarded a Congressional Medal of Honor in a private ceremony with only the PAW Patrol and G.R.F members in attendance.
As the PAW Patrol and G.R.F were leaving the White House the President stopped them, because he had a special surprise for Deckard. Two flat bed trucks came through the gate and stopped at the front of the White House. The President told Deckard to say hello to his new rides, as the tarps were pulled off and on the beds of one truck was a pure vintage 1970 Dodge Charger R/T with a supercharger that looked identical to the Dodge Charger used in The Fast and The Furious movie. The second vehicle on the second truck was a black armored truck that looked beautiful in Deckard's eyes. The truck was black with silver lightning bolts on the truck's bodywork. The truck also had a front bumper that can split open to allow missiles to be fired from the front of the truck. It had two guns mounted on the back, one being a high power rifle and the other being a minigun cannon. The truck also followed the style of the other PAW Patrol vehicles with no roof and a number on both sides of the truck, with the number being 22. However Deckard also had a secondary serial number on his truck, the number being 19-DNW-G.R.F written on the back tailgate of the truck. The number stood for 19-DEMONIC NIGHTMARE WOLF-GLOBAL REACTION FORCE.
"Do you like your two new vehicles?" Asked the President.
"They're beautiful" said Deckard.
"Glad you like them" said the President.
The President and Deckard saluted each other, as the PAW Patrol and G.R.F took the two new vehicles and left.
After the PAW Patrol and their Global Reaction Force allies returned to Adventure Bay they had a big barbecue to celebrate their victory. Sadly, after the barbecue and a good long rest, Deckard and his Global Reaction Force team had to leave. As the G.R.F canines got their gear and loaded into Deckard's new truck and two military humvees to go to the airport. At the airport a military cargo plane would take the team to Berlin, where Max would lead the team to investigate a string of attacks that has left numerous civilians and military personnel dead. After the drop off in Berlin, Deckard would continue to travel to Japan where his two CIA canine buddies are waiting for him, so they can investigate the spark of a warning attack at the Embassy in Tokyo. Then after Deckard and his G.R.F team are done with their respective missions they'll meet up with each other at the Panzer U.S. Army Base in Stuttgart, Germany for security and some relaxation.
As the G.R.F said their goodbyes to the PAW Patrol, Deckard and Rocky decided to have a brother-to-brother talk before they parted ways.
"It's been a crazy adventure these past few days. Hasn't it?" Asked Deckard.
"Yeah, not how I wanted our reunion to go down. Besides I wish that when we saw each other again we never had to say goodbye again" siad Rocky.
"I know. Trust me I wish I could stay, but with everything that's been going on I'm needed more than ever" said Deckard.
"How long do you think it will be before we see each other again?" Asked Rocky.
"I don't know, but I'll be waiting for the day when it comes" said Deckard.
"Me too" said Rocky, as the two brothers hugged each other.
"Also I hope you don't mind, I'm keeping my Dodge Charger here" said Deckard.
"Not at all. Me and Ryder can park it in the garage, and when you come back we can go for a ride" said Rocky.
"Thanks Rocky" said Deckard. "Also the boys and I are setting up homes for their families in Adventure Bay, and I'll be using this as my home for when I come home."
"I like that idea very much" said Rocky.
"I knew you would" said Deckard.
"You know the offer to join the PAW Patrol is still on the table if you want it" said Rocky. "We could use a pup with your skills."
"I need to learn how to control these new powers of mind first, but I'll be there when I'm ready" said Deckard.
"I know you will" said Rocky.
"Until we meet again Rocks" said Deckard.
Until we meet again Decks" said Rocky.
Both brothers laughed at the nicknames they just gave each other as they walked back to the others.
"Well this is it" said Deckard, as he and his crew began to leave.
"Stay safe you guys, and come back here whenever you need a place to cool off and relax" said Ryder.
"Thank you, Ryder" said Deckard.
The PAW Patrol pups and the G.R.F pups got into a big group hug and then posed for a big group photo for Ryder.
"Thank you PAW Patrol for all the help you guys gave us and we'll always be in debt to you guys" said Deckard. "Until we meet again, keep up the rescues and help people in this town."
Deckard stood up on his hind legs and put his right front paw out. The other members of the G.R.F and the PAW Patrol members followed Deckard's motion.
"DAY OR NIGHT, GUARD AND DEFEND!" Yelled all the pups at once, as they threw their paws in the air.
Deckard got into his new truck with the rest of his team piling in the two military humvees. Just as they were about to drive away, Rocky stopped them.
"Whenever you're in trouble, just yelp for help" said Rocky, as he called to his brother.
Deckard laughed at his younger brother and smiled before driving off with his team to the airport.
When Deckard and his team got to the airport, they started to prepare for take off loading Deckard's truck and the two military humvees into the cargo hold of the plane. Just as they were about to board the plane, they stopped as all of their ears perked up and listened for a sound.
Fifteen Minutes Earlier - After the Global Reaction Force left.
The pups were sad to watch new members of their family leave, but pop up into action when Ryder called them."Ryder needs us" said all of the pups at once.The PAW Patrol entered the Lookout and ran into the elevator, with Marshall wiping them all out. When they got to the top, Ryder explained that the Mayor, Katie, and Alex were stuck in a cave on Jake's Mountain and that the whole PAW Patrol was needed.The pups jumped down the slide and into their vehicles one-by-one and sped off towards their emergency.
Present Time
The G.R.F canines looked in the distance and saw the flashing lights and the sounds of the PAW Patrol's sirens. Deckard smiled as he said "Go save the day Rocky" in his mind, as the other G.R.F members cheered as the PAW Patrol passed them on their way to Jake's Mountain.
The plane was soon in the air as the G.R.F canine soldiers were getting comfortable for the long flight ahead of them. However unknown to both the PAW Patrol and the Global Reaction Force, their adventure is just beginning.
