*Sarah*

She looked over towards the clock one more time, its not too late she thought as she dialled the number one more time. She heard a couple rings until it went to voicemail again, "Hey you've reached Boomer sorry I can't take-" she ended the call before the message would finish, where the fuck is he? He's been ignoring all her calls for about a week now and she's tried contacting his work but they says he's off on a short break for 'personal reasons'. I've got personal issues too but do you see me taking a short break from work? Maybe that's what she needed, a good break off work, her and the boys could take a short break somewhere nice and hot like Mexico or Jamaica.

She sat on the kitchen bar stool, looking at the clock one more time reading that it's past 10pm. She sighed before rubbing her eyes and scrapped her hair back to tie it in a high ponytail before resting her elbows on the kitchen counter top and burying her face in her hands, feeling the stress and anxiety getting to her. Her family has been a mess since the weekend with Terrance running away and Mac being dumped by his girlfriend, poor girl probably blames herself for what happened but it's not her fault however, Mac is heartbroken he hadn't left his room since the break-up.

She heard a harsh knock on the door, she looked up at the clock again confused, who would be at my door at ten o'clock at night? Then she rushed to the door, hoping it would be Terrance. She didn't even ask who's at the door or look through the peephole. She opened the door surprised to see Brandon enter the house with her oldest son over his shoulders, "Terrance!" She cried with mixed emotions through her voice, she didn't know if she was angry at him for running away or overjoyed that he's finally home.

"Close the door, I don't anyone seeing me in a cops house." Brandon ordered as he dropped the boy from his shoulders carelessly while Sarah closed the door.

"Ehh..." Terrance mumbled as his body hit the hardwood floor.

"Terrance, oh my God!" Sarah cried with tears appearing in her eyes as she kneeled herself to the floor using her hands to hold her sons face as Terrance gouched, unaware of what's happening around him.

"He was already in this state when I found him." Brandon commented as he watched the grieving mother cradle her adult son.

"Oh no, baby you were doing so well" Sarah mumbled, "I can't believe he went back on meth rather being sober." She cried in frustration.

"Um, Agent Jones I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I don't think it was meth making him like that." Brandon said as he took a seat at the bottom of the staircase.

"What do you mean?" Sarah's head turned over to Brandon with fear in her eyes

"Check out his arm."

Oh no, no, no. She rolled up both her sons sleeves and felt more tears building up as she seen her sons left arm had injection marks, "No." Sarah managed to spit out before sobbing, how could he do this to himself? Am I a bad mother letting it go that far? Did I do this to him?

"Mom?" Sarah heard coming from the top of the stairs as Brandon turned his head to see Mac was standing at the top of the staircase, "what's going on?"

"Your brothers back home, sweetie. Don't worry everything's fine, go back to bed honey." Sarah tried to straighten out her tone but failed the attempt.

Mac's eyes travelled towards the green Rock, knowing he's a well-known dealer as Brandon and his brothers have dealt at his college campus a few times.

"Sup, dude." Brandon waved to Mac with his lips slightly curved to show he was not a threat to the family but Mac seemed he couldn't care less before strolling back to his room and closing the bedroom door behind him.

After Sarah cried a little more Brandon watched in silence before offering to carry Terrance to his bed. When he dropped the boy on his bed he turned him to the side to prevent him from choking on his own vomit. By the time Brandon got back downstairs he noticed Sarah was lurking in the kitchen, he was about to open the front door to take his leave, "I put the kettle, do you want some tea?"

Brandon was hesitant on the question but he didn't want to come across as rude, "Um...yeah, sure." He said as he walked towards the kitchen to where Sarah was standing

"I know it's not right for you to be here but it's the least I can offer since you brought Terrance home." Said said as she got two mugs ready with teabags in, "do you take any sugar?"

"Yeah, two." He said as he sat on the kitchen stool while taking his backpack off and placing it on the floor. "Listen, Agent Jones-"

"Call me Sarah." She insisted

"Right...Sarah. Listen, I seen addicts like Terrance before; I deal with them on a day-to-day basis and locking him in his room until he gets clean isn't gonna help. He needs professional help." He said, speaking from the heart.

"You know, you're the only person who called him an addict rather than a junkie...his own brother doesn't even call him an addict..." Sarah said as she poured the hot water into each cup.

"Point is if you really want to help him then you should check him into rehab."

"I don't think he'd appreciate that, Terrance doesn't like-"

"But would you rather get him clean or runaway from home every two weeks?" Brandon interrupted as he folded his arms.

"I would rather arrest every dealer that sold to him." Sarah mumbled as she passed the green Rock his tea.

"You know that would only be making it more difficult for yourself." He said, as he held his mug.

"What other alternative so I have besides rehab?" She shrugged

"You got an alternative right in front of you." Brandon raised a brow at the woman while sipping the hot liquid.

"Brandon..."

"I know, I know you don't play dirty-"

"And I would be in serious trouble with my work if they knew I invited you into my home." She added while bringing the cup to her lips.

"And yet...here I am." Brandon pointed out.

"What are you getting at here?" She asked curiously

"I'll cut to the chase," he said as he leaned forward, "I got a buddy who works at Roseville Rehabilitation Centre-"

"That's the best rehab centre in the country! There's been people who get clean within 2 months." Sarah blurted out, knowing the facts because she already checked their website in consideration.

"Yeah, expensive as shit though." He responded back while sipping on his tea, "anyway, I can get Terrance's foot in the door at a reasonable price if..."

"If..."

"All the charges on me and my brother are dropped."

"No chance!" Sarah spat as she looked at the boy up and down as if he just lost his mind

"Okay maybe I over-stepped, new proposal; all the charges you have on me and my brothers pin them one by one with every Golden Panther member. That way the gang are behind bars longer and the streets will be free for us to take charge again which means by the time Terrance finishes rehab I'll be in charge of Townsville and you know I'll warn my boys not to sell him."

"And what about your clients like Slay Mafia, Outlaw and Savage Skull?" She asked as she raised her brow

"Meh, do what you please we'll get new clients, it isn't that hard." He shrugged, not being fussed about his clients he should be loyal towards.

"And Professor X..."

"She's getting her affairs in order."

"How?"

Brandon shrugged, "I don't know like getting a lawyer?" He guessed before continuing his proposal, "Once Professor X takes the plea deal and our charges disappear sign your case off to the FBI."

Sarah looked back at the boy with a blank expression, "FBI will be more tougher on you than me."

Brandon scoffed, "Listen, you've got the DEA and Secret Service on our back FBI won't make a difference."

"You sure about that?" Sarah raised a brow, unsure why the green Rock is advising her

"Bradley's smart. You know it and I know it, he will always find a way to get out of a mess because he knows the law from the back of his hand, you'll never get us and it's stressing you out. Why would you want to carry the case on when you've got your own shit to deal with?"

"I could arrest you right now." Sarah said in a firm voice

Brandon stretched out both his wrists to be handcuffed, "Go ahead. Cause I know I'm gonna be out within a couple hours so you'll be wasting your own time and you know it. Go on, I'm waiting." Brandon responded back with a plain expression.

There was a pregnant silence before Sarah looked back to the ground, "yeah, that's what I thought." Brandon said bringing his arms down and taking another sip out the mug.

"What am I even doing talking to you?" Sarah asked herself out loud as she used her fingers to pinch the bridge of her nose.

Truth be told Sarah was a mess at this moment in time and with Terrance going AWOL every now and then doesn't help with her stress. Brandon could see this and finished the remains of his tea before setting the mug down. "I can make your work and home life really easy for you but weather you accept my offer or not is up to yourself." He said standing up while picking his bag back up.

"Wait." Sarah said in hesitation

Brandon was surprised with her response he thought she'd maybe want to think it over before committing, "I'll do it. But this stays between us, right?"

"You have my word." He said as he brought his hand out for the agent to shake. Sarah thought it over before committing, this is for Terrance she thought before shaking the Rocks hand.

*Bradley*

It was getting pretty late and there was a harsh chill in the wind, since he was already in Villetown there was no point going back to the cabin in Townsville so he decided to spend the night at his brothers apartment. Bradley was thinking about Blossom for the whole day, even though he should be thinking about his child he never knew he had, he couldn't believe that the pink Puff just bluffed the way that she did. He was impressed how she could make something up on the spot but that's the thing about lying; it catches up to you eventually, I'll show her he thought in a hatred manner, I'll get my own back on her.

He opened the front door of the apartment to see his blonde headed brother chilling in front of the TV watching some movie with beer in one hand and a joint in the other, "What in the fresh fuck is this? Why ain't you out hustling?" Bradley asked as he closed the door behind him.

"Bro, what do you expect? You gave me a shitty area, name me a student that'll inject smack and smoke meth?" Ben asked as he raised his arm in 'what the fuck' manner

Bradley dropped his bag to the ground as he smirked and took the joint off his brother before inhaling and passing it back to him, "Take it you didn't sell much?"

"Stupid fucking question. What about you?" Ben asked as he inhaled, keeping his eyes glued to the TV

"Could've been better."

Suddenly, Ben's head turned "Brooo, I've got shit to tell you." He said excitingly

Before the red Rock could ask the front door opened again as Brandon entered his home with his hood up, "Sup." He nodded as he walked towards the table while taking his bag off and emptying a ton of money on top of the table. Bradley and Ben eyes lit up as they both got off the couch approaching the table, "How the hell did you hustle everything in one night?" Ben asked as his jaws dropped.

"Just by doin' my thing." Brandon bragged while he shrugged, walking toward the fringe as he helped himself to a beer.

Bradley smirked before he turned to Ben, "And that's how you do it." Almost proud to set his raven-haired brother as an example.

Ben rolled his eyes, "Whatever, do you want to hear what I have to say or what?"

"If it's about the so called 'letter' the cops have on us, turns out that was all bogus." Bradley said bitterly as he rolled his eyes.

"Wait, so Pinky actually made the evidence shit up?" Brandon asked finding the question funny before cackling when no one answered him, "that crazy bitch gets me every time."

"It doesn't make sense, why would she make something up for me to chase when it doesn't exist?" He asked in seriousness before crossing his arms, "she was trying to get me off-guard but, why?" He started zoning out

"What if she knew who the snitch was this full time but was protecting them?" Ben smirked, curving his lips deviously.

Brandon and Bradley both raised their brows in curiosity to each other before their eyes travelled towards their youngest brother. "You tryna say she's the snitch?" Bradley questioned

"Why wouldn't she admit to that though? Why send you on a goose chase?" Brandon voiced as he took a seat on the chair before glancing back at Ben annoyed, "you gonna tell us or are we supposed to guess here?"

Ben still had a smirk plastered across his face as he strolled back to his seat on the couch, "Boomer Jojo."

"No way..." Brandon said his disbelief as his eyes widen, "Nah, he wouldn't snitch on his own people-"

"Ye sure 'bout that? Boomer's been pissed since he found out we've been hiring his kids." Ben pointed out

Bradley, on the other hand, had a plain expression as he slowly nodded taking in the information, "Boys, I think we may be back in business faster than we think." He said causing Ben to grin.

Brandon had an unsettled expression on his face, "Bro, what you thinking?"

"I'm thinking it's high time we had a fall guy." Bradley smirked

*Brick*

It's been a whole day since Brick and Blossom had their meeting with Prince Megabucks and now Brick was back at the run-down warehouse nearby Roseville. He was waiting for Blossom to meet him there, the pair decided to skip college today so Brick could learn Professor X's recipe but Blossom on the other hand didn't see the point in going back to college if she's going to jail soon. A couple more minutes have passed and Brick heard the warehouse door creaking open, he turned his head to see the pink Puff enter with a box holding few equipments in it.

"I borrowed a few equipments from the Professors lab, told him it was for a chemistry experiment." Blossom said as she dropped her stuff at a nearby counter before turning to Brick, "you got the rest of the stuff?"

Brick stood at his side of the counter as he pulled chemicals out of his bag, "I went round to Prince' office this morning and his assistance gave me the bag with everything else we need. May as well get started." Brick said as he organised his stock in order

"Wait, Brick." Blossom said as she approached him, "I just want to say thank you...for helping me, I know you're putting your neck out for me...again."

"Blossy, you know I would do anything for you, right?" He said while placing his arms on her shoulders as he pulled her closer.

"I don't get why, I just seem to be a massive risk for you each time we get together." She said as she looked into his eyes

"Oh, so now we're together?" He raised a brow in amusement causing the pink Puff to blush as she bashfully buried her face into his chest causing him to chuckle. He put his finger under her chin to lightly bring her face up, "But on the serious note we still need to think about Boomer in consideration, he is not gonna be happy when he finds out that one of his closest friends used his kids to-"

"But I didn't know anything about the kids." Blossom said in defence as she tried to pull away from Brick

Brick kept a tight grip on her though, "He ain't gonna see it that way, Blossy, hell I don't even see it that way."

"Well, what do you see?"

He leaned his forehead on to hers before looking deep into her pink cotton candy eyes, "I see a girl that was heartbroken trying to prove something of herself by doing something different...only difference is that you're good at it but you don't belong in the game." He said honestly

"And what do you think Boomer is going to see?" She asked

"Boomer is going through his own thing right now, it's hard to predict how he'll handle it but it's best if you tell him rather than him finding out, he deserves that much at least." He said as he pulled his head back lightly kissing her on the forehead.

Blossom could smell the fresh mint from his breath and his aftershave he had on coming off his red hoodie, she inhaled his personal smell before leaning back into his chest, "I missed you so much."

"I know you did. I missed you more, there wasn't a day that went by where I didn't think about you." He said holding her tighter

Suddenly, there was a buzzing noise coming from Blossom's jacket pocket, he loosened his grip so she could get her cell phone out her pocket. Brick peaked his head over to see it was Mac trying to call her, she rejected the call and placed the phone back in her pocket, "Have you talked to him yet?"

"Not since we broke up." She said as she re-approached the unstable counter emptying the box of equipment

"How did he take the break-up?" He asked curiously

Blossom's shoulders tensed slightly before she turned round to face him, "Not very well, I couldn't explain to him why we're breaking up but he insisted that you're the reason."

Brick couldn't blame the guy, he didn't entirely hide his feelings for her if he was in the same position as Mac he would blame himself too, "And am I the reason?" He asked

Blossom wasn't sure how to answer the question, "Maybe part of the reason but I couldn't keep a relationship going when my heart wasn't in it, you know?"

Brick nodded understanding where she was coming from, in fact the situation almost reminded him of Berserk; keeping a relationship going with someone you don't want but only difference is Mac wasn't a threat...yet. However his mind circled back to his brother, "So, when are you going to tell Boomer?"

He could see her shoulders tensing up again, "Will you be there with me?"

"Blossom, you know I would do anything in the world for you but this is strictly between you and Booms. Of course I'll be in the room with you but I can't get myself involved any further because it'll lead to me having to choose him over you, he's my brother after all."

"I know it's just everything's a mess right now." She said as she sighed in frustration with herself, "why did it have to be Boomer's youth centre out of all the youth centres in the country?"

Brick stopped on his tracks before turning his head, "Wait, what did you just say?"

"I said why would Bradley use Boomer's youth centre out of all the youth centres out the country, he could've just used any youth centre, right?" She stated, quite oblivious of her comment.

However an epiphany hit Brick, "You've actually got a point there...there's no way him using Boomer's kids was a coincidence."

Blossom turned to Brick, "What are you saying that he purposely used Boomer's youth centre as part of his plan?"

"Well like you said the other night he purposely set you and Mac up, didn't he?" Brick pointed out

"Yeah but that was purely to spy on his Mom though."

"Exactly, which you never saw coming until it was too late...what if he has a plan tucked up his sleeve that involves Boomer?" Brick asked as his mind was wandering getting deep in depth.

"But a plan for what?" Blossom's head was hurting already, trying to get ahead of Bradly is like going two steps forward and one step back.

"That's what we need to figure out before it's too late." He said but there was a sudden hint in fear in his voice, if he dares to come near my family I'll kill the bastard he thought angrily
