Izuku's first stand idea
Hi! people of the internet so I now it feels like a year has passed since I posted something but look, this month I'll try to post some new stories and rewrite old ones so wish me luck!
「Ocean Man」
This stand has the is a 6'ft humanoid body of water that works like, well water. think of Angel's stand「Aqua Necklace」 but unlike「Aqua Necklace」, it's not a long-range stand that needs water to attack, yes it can attack with water but it isn't needed

the reason his power is low because his stand may look like a human but water doesn't have a shape which means that it feels like getting water throw in your face when he punches you this is where one for all comes in
Another thing is why his Speed is so fast here why
think of rain can you doge rain of a waterfall the answer is no

now as you can see the stats have changed more importantly Range Precision and power
I'll go in order
Range because he loses the ability to throw water at people because the stand gets a "case" aka OFA to pack the water into to move and do damage

Precision
Simple right water FLOWS around things smoothly when it doesn't have any force in it but when it does it slams into things
And lastly power
force just force.
