3 years later went by and Maximus was growing older each day. The three of them moved to a country home with a big backyard for Maximus to run around and have a lot of fun and toys. The house needed a little fixing up to do but it's worth doing it. Maximus is now 5 years old and having the best live on the planet
Bea and Kaz were watching him having the life with his new toys that he got for his 5th birthday last week in the snow. It was a beautiful day to be outside and they were doing stuff around the house like painting and doing things outside to make it perfect for them, they worked really hard and stopped for a drink and some food "It's starting to look great, what do you think, my love" Kaz was feeling the opposite to that "It's getting there but it doesn't look too bad. We still need to some stuff to made it perfect"
They were looking at the house and the dog was laughing at them. They got back to work with the help of Maximus around the house, at the end of the day the both of them were done and started back up tomorrow. Bea fed the dog and they made homemade pizza with lots of toppings on it
And had a great time with some wine, hung out with each other and played with their furry baby. The timer went off and Bea ran to the kitchen to get the pizza out of the oven and she was excited to eat "Hell yeah it's ready" she was doing the happy dance and it made Kaz laugh her head off "Please don't hurt yourself baby and that was funniest thing that I ever seen" Bea got the pizza and Kaz turn off the oven
Kaz was starting to cut the pizza and Bea got the plates out for both of them and hugged Kaz from behind, she kissed on Kaz's shoulder then her cheek "How many do you want, my love" Bea took 2 to start with then watched a movie on for the night. Kaz wanted to watch a Christmas movie. "I think we should put on a cute Christmas movie" Bea was up to that and they started to look for one
They finally found a movie that they've both found together while Bea and Kaz were eating their pizza, the movie was the cutest thing ever and they were laughing at the movie. It was an hour long movie but it's worth watching. After watching the Christmas movie Kaz went to clean some dishes but she got destroyed by Bea from hugging her from behind "Let me help you clean the kitchen"
"There are only 5 dishes to clean babe" Kaz was laughing and Bea helped her dry the 5 dishes that were there. Maximus was following them around with a smile on his face. He loves both his mommies very much, they went on the cough and talked about getting another dog together. Maximus heard it and didn't like the idea all he was trying to talk to them "You don't want a brother or sister" he was talking to them
The both of them were can't laughing at this dog, the way he is his acting right now "I guess that he doesn't want a sibling Bea" and Bea was catching her breath from laughing so hard "I guess not, what about you help to do the Christmas tree tomorrow" he was excited to do the tree
"We have to finish the house tomorrow" Bea had to think what has to be done "What's left to be done? My love" Kaz had to smile then looked at the can of paint "We need to finish our room and the office" Maximus was starting to talking again and Bea looked at Kaz then smile "Okay, we will do that in the morning then me and Max will do the Christmas tree"
And what they had the next day, there was a lot of painting but it was through at the end and now the three of them did the Christmas tree with some Christmas music on. There was a lot of dancing between Bea and the dog then this song came on the radio and it was the song that played on their wedding night. It was a slow song and they both danced to the song just the night of their wedding
They were having the best time of their lives together with their dog Maximus, that night they were laying in bed together and Kaz had her arm around Bea. They were sleeping then there was a knock on the door and Bea got out of bed to see who it was and Maximus followed her, she opened the door and the police were here "Good evening officers, is everything okay?" Kaz comes down to see what happening "Good evening, We are sorry bother you at this hour"
They ask to come in "We are here to deliver some news to you Mrs. Smith" Bea was getting really worried that something has happened "It's your parents, they wanted to get in touch with you" the officer gave her the contact that she needed "Where are they now?" They told her that they just came out of rehab for their drug use and they are living in a nice apartment "I haven't seen them since I was 18 why now"
"You will have found out, thank you both for your time and sorry again for bothering you at this time of night" they lifted and Bea took the dog for a pee and waited for him to come back in. Kaz came in and put her arms around Bea's waist. "Are you okay?" She kissed Bea's shoulder a couple of times then she let the dog in the house "I will meet you back in bed and get warm. I will be there soon, I love you" they both kissed tenderly "I will be waiting for you, my love"
Kaz has gone to bed, Bea went and got the cough. She was cuddling with the dog and posing what she heard the officers said tonight, didn't know what to think and why now. Why didn't they make contact before? It's like Kaz's mother, Bea can't even think straight. She was a little lost at first and regrouped herself
Bea took Maximus one last pee before going to bed and waited for a few minutes then he came in from a long pee then went upstairs together and he went to his doggie bed. Bea got into bed with Kaz and kissed her forehead a few times, not long after Kaz put arm around Bea's waist and got closer it turned into a cuddle then smiled. Bea helped but smile to herself from seeing this
