Life can change in a flicker of an eye when you at least expect it to. But for Alice Noble that moment happened at her big sisters wedding, a man calling himself "the Doctor" turns her world upside down in one day. That's until the young Doctor in training along with best friend Martha bump into him a couple months later ending on an adventure she can't possibly refuse.
