Hello All, or any people who are still loving the AVP fan-fiction, I am rebooting this, I have changed lots of bits and pieces, i would recommend reading from the beginning.
I do not own nor make profit from the alien/predator franchise...obviously.
Tell me of any mistakes or errors you see and I hope you enjoy.

Gabby walked into Mrs Memphis' room, for her 'Yautja' lesson of the month. She had already learnt a lot about their history.
The yautja were the Predator species who one hundred and fifty years ago revealed themselves to the human race. The Yautja had been hunting the human race for thousands of years, killing and taking the skulls as trophies of those they believed worthy prey.
This was halted when Yautja females became more and more aggressive until they began killing each other, the numbers of female Yautja were falling until only a small few were left, these coveted Yautja females had there choice on mating as they were the only ones left. However due to the raised level of aggression in the females they began to attack all Yautja including their young and the elders. They were executed for their crimes.
The Yautja eventually found out the raised aggression levels in the Yautja females was due to a certain mutated plant life that had sprung up all around the planet, by the time this information was found and the plant destroyed it was too late, the Yautja females had all either been murdered by other females or executed for crimes against their species.
The Yautja elders decided for their species not to go extinct they must procreate with another species' females and began a search.
They found a bad blood camp with a human female, a bad blood and a baby of both species, although they had to destroy all at the camp they tested the genetics of the baby first. They found the baby had much more Yautja genetics due to them being the more dominant species.
This was their salvation, procreation with the humans. A species they could easily over power and control and so they began negotiations with the human species' leaders all around the world.
They agreed the human race can carry on without interruption from the Yautja species, other than to make sure peace was kept throughout the world...they also destroyed all nuclear devices so the humans would not go extinct due to their own aggression, and of course humans would no longer be hunted for sport.
Also humans would from then on have the protection of the Yautja species, and would be given cures to human diseases, such as cancer. In return the Yautja were allowed to take back to their planet, and mate to create offspring with, a human female of their choosing, only if said female had no husband or offspring of their own already.
Believing themselves to be in a situation where the choice was acceptance of the terms provided or slavery of the entire human race the human leaders agreed to the Yautja's terms. The leaders brought about mandatory lessons on knowledge about the Yautja species and brought about new laws in which the human race all must live by. Yautja clan elders would make human languages mandatory learning for all Yautja to help the process along.
This takeover of the human race caused all countries to become united in its fear and submission to the Yautja species. Wars ceased around the globe. Countries began sharing all supplies without sabotage or trickery and this brought about a new age in which the entire world was on equal ground for once. The world as a whole was a better place.
At least that is the way the lessons are taught, which Gabby assumes was a little too Pro-Yautja propaganda to be fully believed. Being part of the human race, Gabby knew it could not have been that easy, however she didn't care enough to question it.
What Gabby did know to be true was that in the beginning all females were rushed into marriage or pregnancy so as to not be taken by a Yautja to become his mate and have his children.
After a while of females being taken from all over the world and never seen again the kidnappings became a part of a sick tradition that the human race just had to take or be enslaved and so they carried on as they had before the Yautja takeover, with a female disappearing every now and then.
Today Gabby's lesson revolved around how to manage the affection of a Yautja male, Gabby was not happy with how graphic this lesson turned out to be and was extremely happy when the lesson was over and she could run out before being shown any more phallic images. Gabby shuddered at the thought of how they fit inside a human female, but just tried to lock it away in her mind and never think about it again.
Gabby worked two jobs to make a living, one in a restaurant and one in a Yautja portation unit; where all Yautja signed in and out when visiting this area of earth, so Gabby was around the Yautja species quite often and had enough money to get by because of said species so she accepted they were a necessary evil, at least she had got something out of the takeover. Gabby only ever saw the Yautja who entered her work establishment from afar as she was more of a copy girl and tea and coffee lady than a front and centre customer service person.
Gabby's truck gave up half way to work and she couldn't afford not to go in so she ran the rest of the way, the truck engine tended to overheat quite quickly and would shut down randomly until it had cooled.
Gabby ran to the restaurant she worked at in a hurry, hoping she wasn't late. As soon as she ran through the door she saw the manager, Fiona giving her a smirk,Gabby walked up to her huffing and puffing.
"Almost late again Gabby, how is it you always run in a minute before being late?"
"Im punctual like that." Gabby huffed with laughter. "That hunk of junk I drive just gave up on me and I ran all the way here."
Fiona Just smiled and told Gabby to get to work, Gabby ran around the back to put her apron on and began to serve the customers in her allotted area.
Gabby felt exhausted by the end of the day, she then had to go and get her stupid truck, that thank god started up without any more issues. She ran a bath as soon as she got home, then just relaxed while watching tv, falling asleep on her sofa bed.
Her little flat had its perks, her bed was her sofa so she could just fall asleep without having to get up and go to bed. Her cat Tibault cosied up under her arm and she fell asleep with a content smile on her face, happy enough to accept this was her lot in life.
During this time a Yautja male of high prestige, an arbitrator named Gahn'tha-cte, meaning ruthless, with two other prestigious Yautja, were entering earth's atmosphere for the first time since the hunting ban was placed, Gahn'tha-cte was here to find a mate. As a male who had accomplished all his goals in life bar one, he felt he needed to produce offspring so as to carry on his lineage, this is his reason for coming to earth.
Others sometimes came to earth to observe the humans, gain understanding of their culture by living amongst them; as their elders had told them to. Some came to speak to their leaders.
He was old enough to have hunted the humans and to have mated with a female Yautja, and did not enjoy the thought of having to mate with an ooman, but they all must adapt or die out, and survival was the yautja way. So too was honour, this is why the human race was not enslaved.
Gahn'tha-cte walked the ship making sure everything was ready to receive a female, nothing sharp and pointy to use against him. He was only dropping the other yautja off, then once he found a female he would leave earth with her and they would catch a ride in the ship of the elder they came to speak to. As he looked around, he quietly sighed, he was ready.

Gabby woke with a start, jumping up and wondering what had woken her. Tibault was pawing at her as her alarm was going off, as if to say 'shut that racket up I'm trying to sleep'.
After giving Tibault a scratch behind the ear Gabby got in to the shower, applying a strawberry scented body wash. She had to hurry; her shift at the unit started in half an hour, putting on an appropriate black knee length dress she rushed out to her truck, which thankfully started up fine, unfortunately it was the only automobile she could afford that she wouldn't have to sell a kidney for, so she was stuck with it.
Once entering the office Gabby instantly felt the tense air that surrounded her. Everyone was rushing around, the translators, the cleaning crew, the assistants and the managers, all running around like headless chicken.
Gabby hesitantly walked to her manager Carrie and asked her what was going on. Carrie looked startled at seeing Gabby, obviously too busy to remember Gabby started her shift at this time.
"We are having some very important Yautja passing through these doors soon to sign in, so everyone is preparing for their arrival. Gabby we are going to need you front and center to sign the yautja in, is that ok?"
"Carrie I don't usually deal with the signing ins I just make the tea and coffee." Gabby nervously replied.
Carrie angrily replied back with "Yes well we told Natalie about today a week ago and she has said she is too sick to come in today, so you are going to have to pick up her slack."
Seeing the hesitation on Gabby's face she added "Sorry for being grumpy, it is important we keep these Yautja visitors happy, we'll double your salary for a month. The instructions on how to enter the information will be on the desk in front of you, all you'll have to do is read it like a script."
This brought Gabby to the conclusion that she couldn't refuse as she hadn't had much money for anything non - essential for a year and this was her chance to actually buy something she wanted rather needed, like a new engine for her rust bucket truck...ok so that was sort of essential but it was too much money for her to afford at the moment.
She nodded her head in acceptance.
Carrie immediately looked more calm, she flashed a smile at Gabby and walked away with a last thank you. Everyone else was busy setting up around the room for any and all events happening today. Gabby then got set up at her new post for the day. Instructions on how to sign Yautja in was on the desk just like Carrie said and Gabby sighed in relief.
Gabby thought 'piece of cake'.
Gahn'tha-cte, with two others entered the small building, chuffing at its puny size. Carrie, faking confidence, walked up to the Yautja, speaking with confidence.
"Hello, my name is Carrie I manage this unit, if you have any enquiries during your stay on earth do not hesitate to contact here, we will answer you to the best of our ability. Please follow me to where you can sign in."
Gahn'tha-cte again chuffed, this time due to the disrespect the human was showing, believing the humans should know how to address a Yautja arbitrator. Weren't they forced to take lessons?
Walking forward with the other two following behind, he noticed an average sized human female sitting behind a desk.
Noticing the Yautja who just entered, Gabby automatically stood to the side of her desk bowed her head and, after placing her right fist across her chest to her left shoulder, spoke.
"Honourable Yautja, it is our greatest honour to welcome you to our planet."
Gahn'tha-cte was pleasantly surprised by this humans greeting and purred his satisfaction. Gabby, nervous with three giant Yautja in front of her, sat back down and indicated the first Yautja too should sit and then began.
"My name is Gabbriella and I just have to ask you a few questions and then you can be on your way, would that be ok?" She asked looking up through her eyelashes.
Gahn'tha-cte agreed with a "Sei", relaxing in the yautja sized chair provided to him, scanning the respectful female ooman.
She was shorter than he would prefer but she knew how to show respect and that was extremely important to him. Gabby after being given the go ahead began asking the yautja some questions.
"What is your name?"
He replied " Gahn'tha-cte."
Gabby typed this in to the laptop, with the form already open, spelling it to the best of her ability repeating back "Gan-tha-set-ae?"
He nodded thinking, close enough.
"Thank you, and how long do you plan to stay on earth for?"
Gahn'tha-cte conferred with the other Yautja in their own language "You both are here on business, how long do you believe this will take?"
Yeyinde, one of the other Yautja present said "It will take some time to find our elder and acquire permission to hunt on certain planets, I would say two weeks."
Gahn'tha-cte agreed to this allotted time. Saying to Gabby in English "Two weeks, should be," Gabby typed in '2 weeks +' replying "Ok thank you."
She asked many questions after these, following the script to the letter. Twenty minutes later she asked the final question.
"And what is the reason for your stay?"
Gahn'tha-cte cautiously answered "Take mate."
This statement was not what Gabby expected and she fell off of her chair in shock.
After profusely apologising to Gahn'tha-cte, she typed in his answer and entered the file as completed into the database, meanwhile thinking about the poor girl who will be unexpectedly taken from her home to live a life she never planned.
Gahn'tha-cte expected her to run out or cry as he had heard had happened when others entered that answer.
It wasn't very often that Yautja came to take a mate, the portation units tend to pass through Yautja who are learning about earth or here to talk business, it tends to be those who are finished hunting prey on other planets who wish to take a mate, as it is then your responsibility to look after your mate for the rest of your life.
Especially since Yautja have made a gel that injects into the human, changing their dna and prolonging the humans lifespan, this was a secret kept from the greedy hands of the human leaders who would use it to further their control over others and make them more money.
Once Gabby had calmed back down, she looked up and found three Yautja with cocked heads looking at her like she was a bomb that should be exploding any minute now.
Gabby was secretly angry but on the surface wore a calm smile and said to him "So your reason is, you have come to earth to take a girl from her home?"
It was a completely rhetorical question meant to be a passive aggressive way of showing she wasn't happy with his answer.
She then quickly repeated her greeting, bowed head and right fist across to left shoulder saying "Honorable Yautja, it is our greatest honour to welcome you to our planet and we hope you enjoy your stay. Please contact us with any questions you may have and we will help in any way we can. Next please."
Gahn'tha-cte was pleasantly shocked at the little humans continued respect and simultaneously aroused by the passive aggressive rebellion shown as a sign of discontent. He purred to show he was happy with her behaviour.
Gabby felt pleased by Gahn'tha-cte's purr, yet angry and confused that he was getting to her.
She then followed procedure with the next two Yautja. Without the...passive aggressiveness directed at Gahn'tha-cte.
The Three Yautja left after being given a tour. Carrie then came up to Gabby and thanked her and told her she could go back to her regular job now that the most important Yautja had passed through they could all relax a little.
Gabby left that night feeling conflicted. She was relieved that she would never have to see that kidnapping Yautja, Gahn'tha-cte, ever again...yet she also remembered that animalistic growling purr that sent pleasant shivers down her back.
She was furious with herself, thinking about that Yautja as anything but a monster was not ok. So she took those thoughts and put them away in a little box in her brain never to be opened again.
