Hello!

Chapter 12

Rak'nor had left an hour ago for his First Prime rooms now that they had muddled through plans and attire. The man had been acting weird through dinner and passed Eelien secret glances, the two seemingly chummy. Lantash had agreed with Martouf that nothing good could come of them being on friendly terms and could only bring mayhem.

After dinner Eelien had disappeared to get cleaned up and to pack for their mission in the morning to the System Lord Citadel. Lantash noticed the door to the bathing chamber was wide open when he entered the room, the humid air of a bath still clinging to the ceiling.

"Would you like help?" Lantash asked lightly as he approached Eelien in the bathing chamber where she stood staring through the large window, slowly brushing her hair.

Her reflection blinked as she noticed him approach her, his form towering over the petite shining women. "What's your obsession with my hair?" She asked in a joking tone, a tone she did not use often that gave him pause.

Something was weighing on her mind heavily and unless she wanted to share it with him then there was no point in asking. He was used to her sharp words and fiery personality, it was strange to see her so dejected and lost.

He took the comb from her hands and as he had so many times before began to brush out the waist length snowy hair. "I like the way it feels in my fingers, I like the way it smells and I especially like the face you make."

Her face scrunched up. "What face do I make?"

Lantash moved closer to her and leaned over to whisper in her ear. "When I brush it just right, your face gets soft and you close your eyes like it's the best feeling in the world." Again he expected her to yell at him or at least try to slap him. Instead a visible shive ran over her skin and she closed her eyes, pressing her back to his chest.

Something was definitely wrong.

"We should bring Le'um with us." She stated suddenly and pulled away from him as if she realized she was being to intaminet with him for too long.

Lantash looked at her reflection. "Why should we bring him?"

She turned to him quickly and looked up at him. "He's too dangerous to be left here on his own. It will be better if we can find some way to get rid of him while at the meeting."

He knew what Le'um had done to her and the scars she would forever carry because of his brutal torcher. He too felt the need to kill the Jaffa and could feel his curious gaze on the trio as if he could see through the façade. He couldn't see how bringing him along on such an important mission would help the situation and would even restrict their movements.

When he didn't speak Eelien slowly reached out and ran her palms along the collar of his sleeping robes and over his chest. Heat bloomed across his skin and shot down his stomach at her gentle touch. Just her simple touch was enough to excite him and force his body to react to her, the power she had over him physically was astounding.

He had been in love and had partners before in many different bodies throughout his life, but no one had even been able to force that kind of reaction from him before with just a simple touch.

Eelien continued speaking as she studied his body beneath her hands. "He wants to be Prime and may have his doubts about your authenticity. We should bring him along and quietly get rid of him before he causes more issues while you're away. You can give whatever explanation that you want to the other Jaffa later, but if you expect Rak'nor to continue to stay here after we're done to get information then Le'um will need to be gone."

He listened to her logic and slowly ran testing hands down her arms to see how she would react, when she didn't protest he continued to pet her soft skin, he even dared to lean his chin on the top of her head. "Is it what's best for us or are you looking to settle a score?"

"Does it matter?" She murmured, pressing her face to his chest and digging her fingers into the fabric of his clothes.

Every one of his muscles tensed and an uncontrollable need to feel her naked flesh under him gripped a low part of his body. He clenched his jaw in an attempt to regain control of his wayward body and its reaction. "No, not really but I need to know where your mind is before we make the decision to bring him along." He gasped.

"I will behave and do my part. But at the first clean chance that I get I will get rid of him, I'd like to use my own hands to end his life." Her words were dark and voice viscous at the idea of taking the man's life.

Lantash was only half listening at this point, all he could do was try to fight the physically demanding needs that consumed his brain and he was failing desprestly. He cupped her chin and forced her to look at him. Her golden eyes stared determinedly back at him, the hard resolve shining in their depths. When they first met her, her eyes had been more brown but over the last few eyes they turned gold, a sign of physical maturity. Slowly he leaned down, taking care not to startle her and pressed his lips to hers.

Her spine became rigid as his lips met hers, the muscles in her jaw locking at the sudden kiss and when she didn't push him away immediately he pressed his mouth harder to hers. Lantash wanted to taste not only her mouth but every inch of her golden flesh and feel the warmth of her body against his. Instead he settled for a kiss for as long as she would allow it before trying to hit him.

Her hand flew to his cheek, he flinched slightly expecting her to slap him and was surprised again when she deepened the kiss pushing her body flat against his, her lips parting to welcome his tongue, welcoming him to taste her as he wanted.

His heart pounded against his sternum as he slipped his tongue between her teeth, Martouf suddenly becoming aware of the kiss, both forgetting all the worry looming over them and just trying to enjoy the moment. Frustrated, Eelein deepened the kiss, her mouth moving furiously against his own as if she was worried she would never get to kiss him again. Her hands slid into his hair and she pulled him down lower so she could reach better, he looked quickly at the reflection in the window and realized she was on her toes, struggling to reach him.

The imagery sent fire flooding through his veins; her small body pressed to his, her fingers gripping his hair to steady herself, her strong back arched giving him a great view of her round backside. Animal instincts he nor Martouf had felt for a long time reared up at the contact and he could no longer control the erection pressed to her belly.

He pulled back quickly from her mouth to catch his breath and quiet the overwhelming desire that ensnared his brain. Her breasts heaved against his chest as she tried to catch her breath as well, her slitted eyes catching the light of the room. He could see the arousal burning inside her, feel it in her trembling limbs and hot skin.

Lantash took a step back to put distance between him and the inferno of lust before him.

"Don't." She demanded and grabbed ahold of his clothes to stop his escape. "Don't leave."

He stopped his retreat and looked down at her pleading face. Slowly he pried her fingers from his robe and brushed his lips along the back of her knuckles. "No, not yet."

She yanked her hand away from him like he'd bitten, rejection and anger rising to her face. Her shoulders shook with hot rage and she moved to get past him trying to run away from new emotions she couldn't process. Quite frankly both Lanatash and Martouf were done with her attempts to bury her feelings down and lash out when hurt.

"Stop and listen El." She paused in the doorway but refused to turn and meet his gaze. "There's nothing I want more than to rip off that flimsy nightgown and have my way with you. Honestly that is all I have wanted to do since the moment I knew you were on this ship. You have fought me every step of the way and that's fine you have things to work out in your own head because we hurt you all those years ago. But this is not the time." He approached her back and wrapped his arms around her shoulders, pressing his mouth to the top of her head. "I think you're scared about our mission, it will be dangerous and we could die. For all your bravado you're still a person who understands no one lives forever."

Eelien relaxed a little in his grasp and rubbed the back of his clasped hands. "Why is everything so complicated? Is it strange that all I have ever wanted was you and now that I can have you I'm scared?" Her grip tightened on his wrist with her inhuman strength. "I'm more scared of what it means to be with you and Martouf than I am of dying, of you hurting me."

Our little emotionally stunted girl actually was honest for once. Martouf mused in the back of Lantashs mind.

Lantash repeated the statement to Eelien who burst out laughing in his arms. "It was, wasn't it?" She managed to get out between chuckles. "That's enough real talk for one day, it's too far outside my comfort zone."

He chuckled and squeezed her tighter in his arms, the intense arousal of earlier finally calming down. "I like it better when you're threatening me I think, what does that say about me?"

She pulled out of his embrace but continued to hold his hand as she looked up at him, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "Duh, you and Touf are incredibly fucked up people. Absolute perverts."

He smiled and kissed her gently on the forehead. "Now what do we do?"

She pulled him from the bathing chamber to the main room where several trunks littered the area from their hasty packing. "Now we go to bed and you have to cuddle me the whole time."

Lantash groaned knowing it would be another sleepless night with her unbearable body temperature against his. "Fine. But no biting this time."

When they reached the bed she used her strength and pushed him onto the bed before climbing under the sheets. "I thought perverts liked a little choking and biting here and there."

He followed after her and pulled her towards him, allowing her to pillow her head on his chest. "You leave marks though."
