Sunnydale Negan's place
Negan wakes up from the rest, that he got after experimenting on the vampire with Lucille. Now he has to redo high school. Then also get close to Cordelia and change the event that he's here for. Which he still has no clue whatsoever is. the power's that be gave him the necessary stuff to convince the principal. That Negan was just an orphan that needed to transfer to Sunnydale to continue his education.
{god now I got to go through high school drama. Instead of teaching these hormone teenage to respect and learn what they need to. Like now if I cause some motherfucker to shit their pants. I got to answer to these supposed adults. I hope they God damn smart enough to just leave it alone.} thought Negan
Negan put on a pair of jeans and an iron maiden shirt on. He decided to wait on the bring the bike and didn't want to bring Lucille with him too many questions would be asked. Negan then grabbed a bag and started to walk to Sunnydale high with a grin on his face.
Sunnydale high
"You know I despise that. Delinquents like you Mr. Smith. People who can come into a school such as mine. With your little sob story and get to come to any school because you tricked the education system that you deserve this treatment." Said principal Snyder
"Understood syn. I won't be a problem just as long as. no one messes with me. scouts honor." Said Negan cause the frown on Snyder face to go lower
"Good now I have someone to show you. Where you shall go and where each class is. miss Chase." Said Snyder as Cordelia entered the room
{holy fuck. Either the power's that be are some of the trickiest bastards I've ever meet, or syn here a leprechaun. His lucks rubbing off on me} thought Negan
"Ok this is who I got to show around. Well at least your cute in a tough guy way. Come on let's get this over with." Said Cordelia leading Negan out of Snyder's office
Negan walked beside Cordelia keeping up pace as well as try to get as much info on this girl whose protection is basically his job now.
{well at least she's not too bad to look at.} thought Negan
"So, first thing is we'll have to get you to the library were most of the uncool things happen in this school. But the librarian Mr. Giles isn't so bad." Said Cordelia
"Ok but I have a question. How did I get you an exceptionally beautiful girl getting to show me around? I mean am I that damn lucky or you trying to get first dibs on the new guy before any other cat tries?" asked Negan with a smirk as Cordelia scoffed
"No Snyder just told me if I didn't show you around. That I'd wouldn't be able to do any of my cheer or go to any dances and I cannot have that." Said Cordelia
"Ah I got ya. That syn is a pretty hard ass. Makes me wonder if he gets off on this torture kids shit, or he just can't stand being remind of his probably pathetic youth." Said Negan which got a laugh from Cordelia
"Yeah definitely." Said Cordelia as her and Negan ran into Harmony and the rest of Cordelia group
"Cordy there you are we were beginning to wonder about you. Who's your friend?" asked Harmony looking at Negan
"Oh, this is uh." Said Cordelia having not catch or remembered Negan name
"Hi I'm Negan. And damn does this school have nothing but hot chicks? Cause if it does definitely going to enjoy my stay here." said Negan extending his hand to Harmony and shaking hands with her
"Well Negan if you need to learn about life beside school. I'll definitely show you later at the bronze tonight." Said Harmony as Negan smirked and licked his lips
"I may take you up on that offer." Said Negan casing Harmony and the others to giggle while Cordelia rolled her eyes
"Yeah, sound good. See you later Harmony. Come on Negan I can't have you ruin my chance at title of queen of this school." Said Cordelia leading Negan into the library. Negan let out a whistle seeing the size of the library.
"Holy fuck. This things Definity bigger than any I remember seeing. I mean God damn this place got a cage for books? Think the librarian let me reorganize and start cage fighting with it?" asked Negan
"No, I don't think I will." Said Mr. Giles as he walked from behind some bookshelf
Negan looked at Mr. Giles he was a decent size man with brown hair and glass. But Negan can tell from the way his body was acting he was more than. A simple librarian. Negan doesn't know what maybe he was in a war or something, but this man looked ready for a fight. Now given the hellmouth problem it could just be that. Negan eyes then widen as he realized he had seen this guy earlier on his way to Snyder's office.
"Wait you mean to tell me that the librarian is dating that hot and fine computer teacher?" asked Negan as Giles looked at him with a shocked slash glare.
"Yes, but given you are a student Mr. smith I don't see how that's any of your concern." Said Giles as this caused Negan to raise his hands in the air
"Oh, I meant no disrespect it's just I guess with you being the proper British man. she must have gotten tired of American dicks." Said Negan as Cordelia jaw dropped, and Giles dropped the books in his hands
"I-I beg your pardon?" stuttered Giles as Negan's eyes widen as he realized what he thought they meant
"Oh, hold on I didn't actually mean it like that for once. I just meant she probably tired of asshole and from the way you've looked. I can tell you are a proper English gentleman Mr. Giles." Said Negan causing Giles to calm down and pick up his books he dropped then cleaned his glasses to calm down
"Indeed, now uh. You're here to pick up the books you need for class correct. I have them here for you mister." Said Giles till Negan interrupted him
"Please Mr. Giles just call me Negan I prefer people to call me that." Said Negan as Giles nodded
"of course. Here you are Negan." Said Giles
Thank you, Mr. Giles, and sorry for causing the fluster earlier I didn't mean to cause the British to go spilling their tea." Said Negan
"it's quite alright Negan just be careful of that mouth." Said Giles
"Ah don't worry about me. this mouth can get me out as much as get me into so shit no matter how much that shit stinks." said Negan
"let's get you out of here before you get both of us in trouble with that mouth." Said Cordelia grabbing Negan arm and dragging him out of the library
Giles shook his had before cleaning his glasses again and said, "what a rather unpleasant fellow."
Negan was able to get his arm back from Cordelia and found out they had history together, so she showed him where it was as everyone took their seats Cordelia seated two seats in front of him. Negan not wanting to act like a stalker decide this be the best spot until he got to know Cordelia a little bit better. But from what he can tell so far, she's the type of girl that he and Lucille would laugh about when he told her his workdays. The girl who thinks they got it all that had everything handed to them. The ones Negan enjoy making run that extra mile in his class and laughing about the excuses they try to make. Seated in front of him was a blonde girl in a pink tank top who screamed like she would fit in great with Cordelia. Through she wasn't with Harmony and them. Across from her was a red head in a green sweater that look like that cute nerd girl. That would be willing to do your homework cause she's just that nice of a person. Seated in front of her was a blacked hair kid with a red shirt with white strips down the sleeves. who looked to be the class clown of everyone he's seen so far. Negan then saw the teacher walk.
"Ok class before we continue our discussion on louis xvi, we have a new student. Please raise your hand and state your name." said the teacher as Negan raised his hand
"Hi I'm Negan." Said Negan as everyone got a good look at him
The teacher then went on with the study they had done on louis xvi and then asked the class what were their impressions of louis. One student raised their hand, and the teacher selected this boy
"louis xvi was just sort of a weak king." Said the boy while Negan shake his head and notice the blonde girl and red head girl in front of him passing notes. Negan couldn't get a good enough view of what was written so he didn't worry about it too much
"that's fair enough any other impression?" asked the teacher
"I just don't see why everyone picks on Marie Antoinette. I can so relate to her. She worked really hard to look that good and people don't appreciate that kind of effort. I know the peasants were all depressed." Said Cordelia
"I think you mean oppressed." Said the black hair kid beside Cordelia
"Whatever. They were cranky. So, they're like let's lose some heads. Uh that's fair! And maire Antoinette cared about them. She was gonna let them have cake." Said Cordelia as Negan tried not to laugh
"Yes, well that's a very interesting perspective. Uh would anyone else like to comment?" asked the teacher
"Yeah, louis had two options here and they both could have gone really good or bad. Unfortunately, he didn't understand that you either need to make the people fear you to were they never rise against you. Or do the stupid thing and hope it blows over, but he forgot the most important thing that people are your resources to life. Better or worse." Said Negan
"Hmm well that a unique ideal Negan." Said the teacher as the bell rings Negan let the two girls and the guy around Cordelia go before following her out the door
"Well, I guess both of us brought the tough ideals to the teach." Said Cordelia
"Yeah, I guess we did. By the way who was the group sitting around you?" asked Negan
"Oh, those losers here let me show you who they are so trouble doesn't find you on your first day" said Cordelia leading Negan to where the two girls and guy were seated but there was another guy there with them.
"I gotta find the admission office." Said the guy not in the class with them in a sleeveless orange vest
"Well, if you're looking for watch for the leprechaun syn. I think he has a hatred for teens or he's afraid thy find his pot of gold." Said Negan as he and Cordelia walked up to them
"Huh another new kid please tell me I don't have to show you around too one's enough for my lifestyle right now." Said Cordelia
"Oh, what Cordelia. I always thought you were a multiply men person." Said the black hair kid
"Oh, like you would even know what one woman is Xander." Said Cordelia
"Cordelia what brings you over here?" asked the blonde
"Well first I was going to show Negan the werido's of Sunnydale, but I see another new face and got to know him as well." Said Cordelia
"Thanks for the introduction Cordelia but I think I can definitely handle it from here. Hi I'm Negan." Said Negan
"Xander." Said Xander
"Hi I'm willow." Said willow as she waved to him
"You mind if I call you red?" asked Negan getting a shake of willow's head
"Buffy." said buffy shaking Negan's hand
"Holy shit you got some grip on you girl ever think about doing arm wrestling. Could win a lot of money for everyone involved." Said Negan
"Why hadn't we thought of that." Said Xander as willow elbowed him
"Hey I'm ford. Also, the new kid in school." Said Ford shaking Negan hand
"Huh how interesting maybe we should start a new kid club. Welcome to the new kids' club. Where we get shown around by hot as hell chicks. Whose are so much better than your dumbass schools by a damn mile." Said Negan getting a laugh from ford
"Maybe I'll think about it." said ford
"Well, we gotta go. Come on Negan." Said Cordelia
"Ok guess I'll see you lot around." Said Negan as he and Cordelia walked away
"Ok so he's not intimidating at all I mean. Sure, he's got the voice and posture of someone who like to talk but hanging with Cordelia he'll just be another arm candy like the purse of the month." Said Xander
"I don't know maybe we should give him some time." Said willow
Later that night outside the bronze
Negan was pulling up to the bronze on his motorcycle. He had his leather jacket on but not zipped up. He also had a stake and his knife just incase again no reason to bring Lucille and cause unwanted attention to her. Negan know she will always be the center of attention as she always should be for being that awesome. Negan parked his bike and walked through the door of the bronze. To see it wasn't that big of a dance club but considering in his old life there wasn't any dance clubs at all he's not complaining. He notices ford, buffy, Xander and willow by the pool table and decided to see if they like him to join them.
"Buffy ford was just telling us about the ninth-grade beauty contest and the swimsuit competition." Said willow
"Oh, my god, ford, stop that! The more people you tell, the more people I have to kill." Said buffy
"Wait you mean to tell me they had beauty contest with swimsuit competition at schools and no one told me. damn that may have been some damn fine girls there would have been set for the rest of my teenage life." Said Negan coming up to the group
"Yeah, I know what you mean. I mean what I meant to say was. What are you doing here Negan?" asked Xander
"First good save. Second well I decide to try the spot. Where everyone hangs out and saw you playing pool and thought I ask if you guys need someone else to play." said Negan as he patted Xander on the shoulder
"Really? don't you want to hang with Cordelia and her friends?" asked willow
"Well, I don't mind Cordelia, but I rather play pool right now so." Said Negan as ford line up another shot
"Well once we finish this game you can. And you can't touch me summers I know all your darkest secrets." Said ford hitting the cue ball getting the eight ball in the hole
"Care to make a wager." Said Xander as buffy elbowed him
"I'm gonna to get a drink. Ford try not to talk." Said buffy
"Dang and that's game so I guess I'm in now." Said Negan
Negan helped Xander willow and ford gather up the pool balls as he grabbed a cue along with another seeing Cordelia and her little group looking for him no doubt. Negan then had a smirk on his face wanting to try something if they spot him.
"that's angel." Said willow to ford causing Negan to look where buffy was at and who she was talking to
"he's Buffy's beau. Her special friend." Said Xander as Negan looked at him and didn't remember seeing him at school
"he's not in school, right? He looks older than her." Said ford
"Yeah, I definitely would remember some that look like a brood is my only emotion in school." Said Negan getting a laugh from Xander
"Hah well neither of you are not wrong." Said Xander
Buffy and angel came walking up to the pool table. willow was starting to rack the pool balls up when ford notice them
"didn't want that soda after all?" asked ford
Not thirsty." Said buffy
"Hey angel." Said willow
"Hi." Said ford as buffy turn around to introduce angel to Ford
"This is ford. We went to school in LA." Said buffy
"Nice to meet you." Said Angel as he extends his hand to shake Fords
"Whoa! Cold hands." Said ford after
"you're not wrong." Said Xander
This caused buffy to glare at Xander and cause Negan to raise an eyebrow. Wonder why that would cause that type of reaction out of these guys
"So, you're here visiting buffy?" asked Angel
"No, I'm actually here to stay. We've just moved down." Said Ford getting a grin from Buffy
"Hey, Angel, do you wanna play?" asked willow
"Yeah, I guess that make it even teams then wouldn't it." said Negan causing Angel to look at him for the first time
"And you are?" asked Angel causing Negan to grin
"Hi I'm Negan." Said Negan shaking Angel's had and feeling the coldness of his hand like ford said
{hmm so this guy might be either really bad blood to the body. Which from the looks of him doesn't seem to be the case or I'm dealing with a vampire and these guys have no idea. Great can't fucking stake him in front of everyone and cause the biggest panic attack that this club ever fucking seen. So, I'll wait for now hopefully before shit hit's the fan and someone takes a trip to pee pee city} thought Negan
"You know it's getting really crowded in here tonight. I'm a little hot. You wanna take a walk?" asked Buffy looking at Ford
"Um, sure, that be nice." Said Ford
"Ok, then I'll… see you tomorrow." Said Buffy looking at Angel
Buffy and Ford then left the bronze heading out as Negan could already see the teenage drama, he was worried about starting.
"Good night." Said Angel
"Take care." Said ford
"Ok, once more, with tension." Said Xander
"Yeah, no fucking kidding. God damn." Said Negan as willow looked at him and his language in shock
"He just moved here?" asked Angel
"Yeah. And boy does he move fast." Said Xander causing an eyebrow to be raise by Negan as he moved around the table to get ready to break and start the game
"Well angel we could still play." said willow
"Yeah, that way it be even teams instead of a two on one advantage. That these to definitely need if they got a dogs nutsack chance at a fixed appointment." Said Negan
"Ah do you have to be so graphic?" asked Xander Negan just grinned and shrugged his shoulders then looked to see where angel was only to find him gone
"See? You made him do that thing where he's gone!" said willow
{ok angry vampire after dumb blonde and ignorant friend. Yeah, should have brought Lucille. Motherfucker I hope they didn't go far so I can get them. Don't want buff death on my hands and holy shit!} thought Negan as Harmony was right there as he turned to head for the door along with Cordelia and the rest of their group.
"There you are. I was beginning to think you may have stood me up." Said Harmony
"Me nah. I just enjoy my time shooting the shit and taking some dumb fucks money at pool." Said Negan
"Oh, is that what they are doing here for?" asked Harmony
"Hey no one's taking my hard earn cash." Said Xander
"Yeah, and I'm not playing with someone who thinks. I'm that." Said willow as both she and Xander set their pool cues on the table
"Now hold on I don't mean you guys beside I've barely gotten to know you. So how bout a team game you two against me and my partner. And well talk till we can't talk no more. How's that?" asked Negan
"Ok that's fine with me." said Xander
"Yeah, and someone actually wants to play" said willow as they both picked their pool cues back up
"Ok so how bout it. you game to show these to how good you really are." Said Negan looking at Cordelia and her group
"Well, I don't play. I mean seriously who wants to." Said Harmony before being interrupted by Negan
"wasn't talking to you blonde was talking to cc here." Said Negan as he pointed to Cordelia and getting everyone to look at him strange
"Cc? first that not my name. second, I told you earlier this is the weird squad. Who want to hang with them? Third like I would degrade myself to play a simply game." Said Cordelia looking at Negan with her arms crossed
"Oh, ok I understand then by all means leave me to my own game." Said Negan
"I will." Said Cordelia turning to walk away
"Coward." Said Negan causing Cordelia to stop and look at him
"What did you say?" asked Cordelia Negan just shrugged his shoulders as she turned to leave again
"Weak minded." Said Negan chalking up his pool cue Cordelia stopped but didn't turn around. This cause Negan to smirk knowing he's got her just a little bit more and he'll get her.
"Uh Xander should we do something?" asked willow seeing Cordelia completely stopped. But before Xander could get a word in. Negan added one more word to see if it worked.
"Pussy." Said Negan Cordelia turned completely around glaring at Negan
"Ok that's it! you so determined to play your stupid game fine! I'll team with willow you get the other loser." Said Cordelia as Negan smirked
"that's fine with me cc." said Negan
"Will you stop calling me that." Said Cordelia as Negan shrugged
"Not really. unless you want to up the game?" asked Negan causing looks from Cordelia, Xander, and Willow.
"What do you mean?" asked Cordelia
"Simple. If me and Xan here win. Then I can still call you cc and to add incentive you will chauffer me around for the next two weeks weekends included. You win I stop calling you cc and chauffer you around while Xan chauffer red around." Said Negan getting a smile from Cordelia and wide eyes from Xander and Willow
"now wait can't we just have a nice calm game." Said Xander before Cordelia interrupted
"deal." Said Cordelia offering her hand to Negan who shook it
"or not." Said Willow
"Now being the gentleman I am. I'll break these balls for ya. Even through I'm sure you've broke more balls than anyone else here." Said Negan as he lined up his pool cue and hit the cue ball knocking the rest everywhere.
Willow took the next turn as no balls had been knocked in any holes. She got to the left side of the table and hit the white ball knocking the 11 and 3 balls around towards the bottom hole but coming up short on it. Xander took his turn next look at the table and seeing he had a straight shoot for the 5. He lined up a shoot and knocked it into the right-side center hole.
"Hell yeah. Not bad Xan. Looks like we might be getting rides if this keeps up." Said Negan patting Xander on the back
Xander went to the other side of the table and was aiming for the 1 but clipped the 12 knocking it off course and spinning to the upper half of the table. Cordelia went next and line up her shoot. She knocked the 14 into the top left hole. She then moved to the other side glancing the 7 and 13 causing both to block each other form getting into the hole. Negan smirked seeing an opportune stood his pool cue straight up and tapped it to the ball knocking both the 7 and 13 into the hole. He then aimed at the 2 and was able to hit it but it glanced the coroner of the hole and rolled back out to the middle of the table. willow then lined up her next shoot hitting the 10 and getting it into a hole. She then aimed for the 9 but accidently knocked the 4 in one of them and leaving a good shot on the 3. Which Xander took advantage of knocking it in. Xander aimed for the 1 and got it but used too much momentum and knock the white ball in too. Which caused a scratch
"God damn." Said Negan
"Ah look Xander decided to do something wrong for a good cause once." Said Cordelia
"Hey, I don't want to drive there's other ways to get around like walking and express or anything that doesn't wasting gas and money for said gas which I don't have." Said Xander
"it's ok Xander I don't mind not doing it." said Willow
"Well, that's good but I'm here to get this prick to shut up." Said Cordelia as Negan put a hand to his heart
"I'm hurt cc. right here I mean a prick. No not me I'm a god damn fun ass time." Said Negan as Cordelia scoffed then hit the 15 knocking it into the 12 causing both to go to the side and just on the edge of going in.
Negan lined up his next shot getting the 1 in the hole with out scratching. He then went for the 2 and glance it toward the hole that 12 knocking it in. Willow then went up next hitting 9 and 8 knocking them both around the table. Xander went up after knocking the 2 towards one hole but it verd off at the last second. Cordelia went next trying to get the 9 which had move to be blocked by a couple of the others. She aimed at a side going around the balls knocking the 9 into the hole and the moment cause the white ball to hit the 11 knocking it in as well. Cordelia went to the bottom of the table. she hit the 15 into one of the holes but now the 8 ball was clear at the other end of the table near the middle of the back. Cordelia lined up and shot. she hit the right side of the 8-ball causing it to head for the hole. It then creeped fell into the hole shocking Negan.
"Well, how's that I expect to be picked up for school tomorrow and for a couple other events Negan." Said Cordelia
"Yes ma'am. Question through how'd you pull that shot off that's not an easy shot?" asked Negan putting his pool cue down as Xander and Willow decide to leave the two of them by themselves
"Simply just cause I'm rich doesn't mean that when I'm bored in a room where there's nothing to do but play pool that I can't learn a few tricks." Said Cordelia smiling and causing Negan to laugh
"Well, I guess not. Ok a deal's a deal. I'll be there tomorrow Cordelia just hand me your address." Said Negan holding his hand out
Cordelia wrote it down on a note and handed it to him. She then walked away trying to find her group as they had left after the game started. Negan smiled withered he won or lose the game didn't matter. He just wanted to see if he would get underneath the popular queen bee and the real Cordelia and she's definitely a fiesta one. Maybe this won't be as boring as Negan first thought.
Sunnydale the next morning Cordelia driveway
Negan pulled up to the Cordelia house one of the nicer one's here in Sunnydale. Negan has to admit Cordelia definitely has some money with the way this place looks. Cordelia came walking down the stairs to see Negan leaning against his motorcycle. She walked up to him.
"Well, hello there Cordelia. Ready to go?" asked Negan
"what's this?" asked Cordelia getting an eyebrow raise from Negan
"what's what?" asked Negan
"The motorcycle. You don't expect me to ride that and get my hair messed up do you. And do you even have a helmet for that thing? So, where the car we're taking?" asked Cordelia as Negan smiled grabbing a bike helmet that was in one of the saddle pounces
"First I don't have a car so bike it is. second, I don't think you'll have to worry about your hair, but I'll go slower so it won't mess up. Third I thought you'd enjoy looking badass and fine as hell coming into Sunnydale high on this." said Negan and it got Cordelia to think
"Fine but don't expect me to hang on to you." Said Cordelia
"wouldn't dream of it. don't want the lady doing anything she uncomfortable with. I mean I'm not some god damn fucking perv who need any chance for a woman to feel me up." Said Negan sitting down allowing Cordelia to get situated.
She got on the back of the bike and tapped Negan on the shoulder tell him she was ready to go. Negan took off down the road towards Sunnydale high and even through she didn't want to tell him. This was definitely fun for Cordelia having never been on a motorcycle before. True to Negan's words he didn't go too fast or o anything that would wind blow her hair. When they finally arrived at Sunnydale high people were staring a the two of them. Negan didn't give a damn through as he let Cordelia hop off first before getting off.
"See told you everyone would look at you like you a fine badass." Said Negan
"Well, they already know I'm fine as you put it. they just another thing to the list." Said Cordelia handing Negan back his helmet
"I shall see you later Cordelia to and don't forget. To come back here otherwise the bet falls through and it's back to the other name." said Negan as Cordelia rolls her eye before walking off
Negan grabbed his books and walk towards the school. He sees Willow looking like she's about to have a panic attack talking to Buffy and Ford. Willow almost ran Negan over trying to get away.
"Whoa you ok there red?" asked Negan
"Yeah j-just. Got things to do. Not involving you. Or anything such. Or anyone just stuff. That I need to do yeah uh got to go bye." Said Willow running away from him
"Ok that was weird." Said Negan heading to class not quite use to the quirkiness of Willow
The next two days for Negan was uneventful. Buffy and her friends seem to have something happen Negan not sure what. Cordelia and Negan had gotta kind of a friendship going. She had started to get use to the way Negan talked, he had started to see the girl underneath the queen bee looks something few probably had. Negan had heard from Cordelia one morning that Ford Buffy's friend he had meet during the pool game at the bronze. He had pass so when Negan saw Buffy, he gave her a condenses and offered to by her a drink or play a game of pool next time she was at the bronze. She thanked him and declined so. Negan given it was finally the weekend and Cordelia didn't need to go anywhere this night. He went hunting for vampires. Decide to test Lucille out on a couple more. Negan found three outside a graveyard.
"Hey boys hate to tell you but if lost your dicks crawling out. looking for it in the dark ain't going to find those little things." Said Negan causing the vampires to snarl and charge Negan
He hit the first one with Lucille knocking him to the ground then used Lucille and almost basically close lined the second vampire. He ducked the attack of the third vampire before bring Lucille down on top of his head knocking him to the ground. Negan then continued his ten swings need to decapitate a vampire. The other two vampires looked on scared never seeing someone be so violent to vampire that wasn't a slayer. After the tenth swing the vampire turned to dust. Negan dust off himself and look at the other two.
"Whose next cause Lucille is thirsty tonight?" asked Negan as the two vampires ran away
"No way man." said one of the vamps
"Ah why do the cowards run the fuck away? I think they scared of a real vampire bat and the big bad wolf Lucille." Said Negan before chasing after them while he chased, he did his signature whistle
Meanwhile while this was happening Buffy, and Giles were at Ford's grave and was putting flowers on it.
"I don't know what I'm supped to say." Said Buffy walking away from the grave and standing beside Giles
"You needn't say anything." said Giles
"Be simpler if I could just hate him. I think he wanted me to. I think it made it easier for him to be the villain of the piece. Really he was just scared." Said Buffy
"Yes, I suppose he was." Said Giles
"Nothing's ever simple anymore. I'm constantly trying to work it out. who to love or hate, who to trust? It's just the more I know the more confused I get." said Buffy
"Well, I believe that's called growing up." Said Giles
"I'd like to stop then. ok?" said Buffy causing Giles to smile
"I know the feeling." Said Giles
"Does it ever get easy?" asked Buffy
Before Giles could answer Ford rose from the grave as a vampire and came at Buffy and Giles. Before he could do anything through Buffy staked ford turning him to dust.
"You mean life?" asked Giles continuing the conversation as if nothing happened
"Yeah, does it get easy?" asked Buffy
"What do you want me to say?" asked Giles
"Lie to me." said buffy with a sad expression on her face
Giles with an understanding look said "yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true. The bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats. And we always defat them and save the day. No one ever dies and everyone lives happily ever after."
As he and buffy started to walk away from Ford's grave Buffy said "liar"
Giles and her were almost out of the graveyard when one of the vampire's Negan was chasing almost plows into Giles Buffy pulls him off ready to stake him for attacking Giles.
"Ok really not the night to try and get a snack." Said Buffy but then the vampire did something unexpected to Giles and buffy
"Please slayer slay me before he gets me." said the vampire causing Buffy and Giles to look at each other
"Ok I've heard of many things to lower my guard, but this is new. And won't work." Said buffy the vampire put his hands in prayer
"Please you got to slay me before he does to me what he did to the other two. there's sadistic and then there's what he does." Said the vamp cause both buffy and Giles to realize he wasn't joking
"Who are you talking about?" asked Giles
Before the vampire could answer all three started to hear Negan signature whistle. They all looked around, but it sounded like it was coming from everyway possible.
"Oh god that's him. If you're not going to slay me, I'm gone." Said the vamp
"wait" said Buffy
The vampire didn't listen and try to run Buffy and Giles stood back-to-back. Ready for what ever they thought this thing was. Negan how ever had heard the vampire take off before he saw or heard Giles and Buffy and went after him having already killed his two friends. As he hunted this vampire, he whistled the whole way to him. Buffy and Giles listen to the whistle slowly dissipate. And decide to see if they could find the vampire but they could find anything but a bloody scene they pop on where Negan had laid a trap for the vamp and Lucille on the vamp's legs first. Breaking them so he couldn't get away then used Lucille to dust the vampire in what was a bloody mess.
"Whatever that was is gone and may have got our vampire." said Giles
"Yeah, I don't like it Giles. That vampire was terrified and was willing to let me slay him. Just to not have to deal with this." said Buffy
"Agreed well have to research their appears to be a deadly thing in town. I'll see if my journals mention anything on a whistle like that of something hunting." Said Giles
"Hopefully, you find something cause this thing kills with no remorse from how much bloods here." Said Buffy as Giles nodded
"Quite." Said Giles as they both headed back to the library trying to find out more about what could have scared the vampire that bad.
