My captain has big plans and now that he is the Pirate King you are no longer safe on Water 7. I would beseech you to take your most trusted shipbuilders and set sail for the island you where told about. My captain needs a fleet and you are the best shipwright in the world. I would ask that you please take the Franky Family with you as well as I want them to be safe. I know its not fair of me to ask this of you as you never wanted to be a pirate or associated with them. Please though brother the world is broken I know you know this you can help right what is broken. I don't know how many ships you'll need to build as I don't know how many will respond to the captains call but I would hope that it is enough. Be safe and as always have a SUPER day.

When they get off the boat Blake leads them to her house to go talk to her parents and hopefully make things right with them. They are getting very strange looks as even on the faunus island no one has ever seen anyone who looks like a fishman let alone a tanuki. Blake for her part was glad that she had the company as they where becoming closer. When they arrived at her ancestral home she is nervous and after walking to the door and almost knocking she steps back and begins to walk away. It's here that Chopper shifts and puts his hand on her shoulder. He gently reminds her that she needs to do this. Given the renewed strength from her friend she strides over to the door and knocks on it. After a bit the door opens and her mother is there.
Kahli see's a sight she had been hoping to see ever since her daughter left all that time ago, her daughter returned. She walks over to Blake "Blake, it has been so long I have truly missed you welcome home." She grabs her daughter in a big hug.
Blake is a bit put off by this reception as she had been expecting to be less welcomed. When her mom hugs her though she can't help but hug her back. "I have missed you as well. I'm sorry for everything, I made some terrible mistakes and I said some terrible things. Can you ever forgive me?"
Kahli "Of course I can forgive you your my daughter after all. I am just glad you turned away before we lost you forever. Now you and your friends come on inside and I'll make tea and we can catch up while you introduce me to your friends."
Blake smiles at that and agrees. They head inside and are led to the sitting room where Kahli leaves to go fetch the tea and her husband. When they come back they see chopper has shifted back to brain point and is this super cute little guy.
Kahli "Well why don't we start with introductions, my name is Kahli and this is my husband Ghira."
Chopper "My name is Tony Tony Chopper I am a doctor and a friend of your daughters here, we where on the same team at Beacon."
Jimbei "I am Jimbei also a friend of your daughters. My captain and friends became close with her and some others during our time at Beacon."
Ghira perks up a touch at the mention of a captain "Captain? Like military? Like White Fang? What kind of captain would be at Beacon especially as a student?" he is not hiding his suspicion or distrust of them very well.
Jimbei "Not a military captain nothing like that he owns a boat and he has a rather large crew that have become like a family over the years."
Ghira when he hears this relaxes a touch. "I'm glad its nothing notorious like pirates or something like that. Well met Jimbei Tony. I'm glad you befriended my daughter she always better with other people around. I think she gets that from me."
Chopper "I go by Chopper sorry my home does last names first. We are glad to have met her as well she has become a fast friend and someone we welcomed with open arms into our crew and family."
Ghira is not really sure what to say to that but is happy for his daughter that she was able to find good friends. After this they catch up Blake tells them everything that has been going on up to the Vytal Festival, leaving out of course the bits about Salem and people from other worlds.
Kahli looks over and now that everyone has finally caught up she asks "We have been on menagerie a very long time and have seen just about every faunus type there is but never have seen ones such as yourselves. I don't mean to pry but what exactly are you guys?"
Chopper looks at Jimbei with a I'll handle this look and proceeds to say "I am a reindeer faunus who had a mutation that left me with far more reindeer than anything else. Jimbei is a fishman I don't know how many of them are left but my captain found him in the ocean and welcomed him aboard."
Kahli seems satisfied with this explanation. "You said earlier you where a doctor yet you go to Beacon that would make you at most 20 that's very young for a doctor especially one who is also combat trained."
Chopper understanding the implied question "Doctor may be over stating it guess since I don't have a formal MD but because of my issue I was removed from my community. The man who saved me was a doctor a touch crazy but a good man and he taught me everything he knew before he passed on. Then a friend of his took me in and continued my medical training until I had learned everything I could. When I set out with my captain he allowed me to learn more medicine as we traveled and because of everything I became combat proficient."
Kahli "That makes sense I only ask because we don't have many doctors here let along medical professionals I was hoping that you would be able to help out in the village."
Chopper "that was part of why I volunteered to come with Blake when she said she was heading to menagerie was so that I could help in any way I could. While Jimbei is the bodyguard for Blake I was to act as the healer for both the people and the land."
Ghira "Bodyguard? My daughter needs a bodyguard now? I heard about what happened in Beacon but to think she needs a bodyguard is a bit hard to believe."
Blake "When I left the White Fang it wasn't under the best circumstances and you remember Adam? Well he is still hung up on me, while I feel I could defeat him by myself it's always helpful to have someone who can do it without a thought."
Ghira hears this and now has to reevaluate Jimbei as he didn't think the unarmed man could do much combat wise but his daughter was saying something completely different. "So the White Fang was behind the attack on Beacon? Well that is unfortunate we will have to do something about that."
Blake "that's part of the reason we are here you still have contacts within the Fang right? We are here to either reform it or to get the people of menagerie to reject it outright."
Ghira "I do still have contacts I'll reach out tomorrow. For now lets enjoy our time together."
They go and have dinner and just celebrate being together again. That next morning before Ghira can even reach out to his contacts he has the Albain brothers come knocking on the door.
Fennec "Sorry for coming so early but we got news of some very dangerous people arriving on this island and they seemed destined for here. We thought it best to come and advise you of this as soon as we heard news and got descriptions. One of them is a tanuki looking fellow and the other is a big blue man. They where traveling with a third person an unidentified female who seemed to know her way around."
Ghira "Ah your talking about my daughter and her friends. Come in have some coffee this works out nicely they are here to talk to you." He allows them and takes them to the sitting room and fetches the coffee while also grabbing Jimbei and Chopper explaining things quickly. They all walk in together and sit down.
Fennec "Gentlemen we where told you wanted to talk to us what is this regarding?"
Jimbei "It's regarding the White Fang and their alliance with the Grimm to destroy Vale." He says this to see what they will do and how they will react.
Fennec briefly looks shocked that someone would know that but he quickly puts that aside and responds "That was a splinter cell that seemed to take advantage of the Grimm attack not the whole thing. We have decried their actions and pledged support to Vale."
Jimbei caught everything "well in that case I guess it's a good thing I know where the next attack is going to be and you guys can help rally us some help to protect it and stop this radical element from spreading and becoming more."
Fennec "I don't have the power to make such decisions but I will talk with the people that do and get back to you with a response as soon as possible."
In Atlas 6 months prior
When the Sunny arrived in Atlas it was allowed to dock in the military academy docking. Once there they all disembarked and the military headed to the academy and Weiss led everyone else to her house. When she arrived she was told her father would see her in his office and her friends would have to stay outside for now. She accepts this and is led to her fathers office.
Weiss walks in and sees her father behind his big wooden desk looking over the morning paperwork. When he hears the door open and see's it's his daughter he puts the paperwork down.
Weiss "With everything that happened in Vale recently I felt I needed to visit my family and whether you accept my choices or not I am here."
Jacques "I had hoped you would come. I had hoped you where alright, you and Winter. To see you here alright and more confident than ever that gives me great pleasure. I have done some soul searching and while I still don't want you at Beacon or really anywhere where you would become a Huntress I do want you in my life."
This shocks Weiss having no idea that something like that was even possible for her father. "Well father my ultimatum still stands as long as you don't try and marry me off to anyone I will be your daughter." She needs to stand firm just because her father may be changing he easily could also be putting on a front to get her back in good graces.
Jacques "I promise I won't try to marry you off to anyone you don't want to. So who are the people you brought with you? It looks like a sizeable group and you never really told me about your time in Beacon. I know I have been a terrible father but I do want to know about my daughter."
Weiss "Well after Beacon fell me and my friends along with Winter and General Ironwood found ourselves in Patch where we discussed our next steps. It was decided we would split into 4 groups. Ironwood and the military would return to duty here, a group would head to Haven a group towards Menagerie and a group here. I volunteered to be on the group here. My friends well Ruby is a teammate of mine she is the one in the red cloak. Brook is the one in the top hat and suit, Robin is the one in the cowboy hat, Ren and Nora are the cute couple who refuse to admit it, and Nami is the one in jeans. They are all great friends."
Juaques "Well I will have someone bring them in and we can get them rooms. I would imagine you all would like to be close?"
Weiss "That would be lovely. Thank you. I hope we can mend our relationship."
So everyone is brought in and they are shown to their quarters. After everyone gets settled in they head to the main sitting area where Brook see's a piano. After dinner that evening they all head to the sitting room to just sit and be in each others company when Brook asks Weiss if he could play the piano as he hasn't had the chance in awhile. Weiss of course agrees thinking it would be nice to hear him play. When he sits down and begins playing all conversation stops as they listen in on him playing. Juaque and everyone else in the house hear this wonderful music that hits them in the soul like nothing they have ever heard before and begin searching for the source. Eventually everyone makes it to the sitting room and sits and stares each feeling the music hit them in their own special way. Its at this point that Robin Brook and Nami begin to sing.

Now while this is happening the rest of the people are staring some with tears in their eyes others with tears in their hearts as this ballad is sung but when its over and everyone has stopped singing they all clap and cheer and thank them for their performance. This begins to become a common thing during the evenings brook playing music sometimes accompanied by Weiss on piano and him on violin but the house is always full of music in the evenings and this seems to make a huge difference in everyone.
During the days they head over to Atlas to train and prepare for the counter attack that will be launched soon. Winter begins training with her new sword not used to its unique weight but happy to have such a sword. They all have new things to train with as Nora decided to eat her fruit.
Nora is making the fastest transition out of all of them to her gift as her semblance is electrical based anyway now that she is made of lightning. At first she was unsure of how that would work with her semblance but quickly she figured out how to charge the lightning her body is now made of to her semblance and increase her power exponentially. Of course this has a major draw back the more power she pours in the more aura she uses.
Winter and Weiss decide to train together as they both got new swords. Winters is far more traditional where as Weiss now has a weapon she can pull out when Myrtenaster is simply not getting the job done. Weiss is figuring out how to use her burn blade in her off hand as a dagger much like the mythical musketeers of old. Winter doesn't have to change much but she does have to get used to the new weight and sharpness of her new sword.
Ren is loving his new weapons they are awesome the larger caliber does more damage and make combat easier as do the extendable spikes. He figured out during his first spar with them that if he used it when he had them on someones aura he could bypass it. This was a happy accident.
Ruby Loves her new dog especially since its her two favorite things a dog and a weapon. It wasn't hard to figure out how handy he was and they are developing their working together to maximize their effectiveness.

We never got finish our conversation from the dance and for that I am sorry. I was hoping to do this in person but life has forced us apart for now. I have came to understand what I feel for you and I truly have feelings for you and want to explore them when next we are together. I need you to stay alive and to do that I need to ask you to do something I likely shouldn't. I need you to gather my allies and take them to Whitebeard. Ace is taking care of some and Bartolomeo will be recalling the alliance but I need you to go get Kaya and Nojiko. I need you to get Zeff and Vivi. Some you will have to convince others will have to depart in secret still others will need to stay where they are to rally forces to help us when the time comes for us to topple the government. You know me and you know my adventures if you need help take Bartolomeo with you after you meet up.
