"I'm telling you the whole truth, King Oritel! I would never break Hannah's heart!" Nicky tried to reason, "never in my life!"

"Yeah, well, you did, asshole! Hannah's out there crying over some fuqboi!" Pyra chimed in, "you lying son of a-!"

"Whoa there, Pyra. Don't you think you're being quite harsh?" Flora tries to calm Pyra down.

"Um..? HELLO? I'm over here protecting Hannah from this b*tch!" Pyra glared at Nicky.

"That's enough, Pyra! That is the final straw! We're going home! No mercy!" Pyra's mother ticked off.

Queen Alba grabs Pyra's hand and teleports away to Glaiza.

Nicky notices Mom and I standing behind Dad, "Oh! Hannah, please explain to your dad that I did not mean to kiss that girl!"

"Don't answer him, Hannah. My daughter doesn't deserve to be with someone who will continuously mistreat her." Dad interrupted, "Nicky of Eraklyon, I hereby forbid you from stepping foot on Domino again!" Dad declared.

Everyone in the room is stunned by his declaration; Nicky stares at Dad for a moment and then starts to walk off.

"Nicky, wait!" I call after him, Nicky stops and turns around.

"Dont waste your breath, Hannah. You don't deserve a boy like him," Dad stopped me; Nicky turns his back around and walks away.

My heart, shattered like a glass sculpture, is watching a bond fall apart.

I turn towards Dad, "Why? Why did you push Nicky away?" I ask full of irritation.

"I only did to protect you," Dad replied trying not to rage.

"From what exactly?" I ask continuing to break Dad farther, "What is it that you are trying to protect me from? Moral lessons? What else--"

"I'm only trying to keep you from hurting even more!" Dad snapped not realizing he put me in a emotional shock.

I frown, "Well, it's my life, not yours. You can't control my life like how you want to! My choices, my life! You finish the puzzle."

Everyone stares at me as though they weren't expecting me to snap.

Dad looks down at the floor and turns his head. I suddenly hit the realization of what I just said.

I reached out my hand to grab Dad's hand, "Dad..I-I didn't mean it like that-" I began.

"Go to your room," Dad began, "Goodnight."

"But, D-Dad, I'm-" I began stammering.

"I said goodnight," Dad said in a dead tone of voice.

I narrow my eyes and sadly trudge myself upstairs.

"Guys and girls, I'm sorry you had to see that. You can go on home," Mom told our friends.

After I reach the top of the stairs, I burst into tears and bolt towards my room. I enter my room and lock the door behind me; I slide down to the floor and have a mental breakdown consisting of screaming, crying, and kicking. I know it all sounds childish throwing a tantrum, but there is an exception to that: a shattered heart.

About thirty minutes later, I hear a knock on my door, "Hannah? Sweetie, please open the door," Mom's at the door.

I keep myself quiet for three more minutes, when Mom speaks up again, "I understand you're upset and you don't feel like talking, but know this: I'll always be here for you."

I sat there in silence wondering if I should unlock my door to let Mom in.

A moment of pondering whether or not I should open the door, I finally decide to reach for the lock and unlock it.

I open the door with a face red as a tomato from crying. I throw myself into Mom's arms again.

I cry into her chest, "I'm sorry...I'm such a terrible person..I shouldn't have said those things to Dad...I-"

"Shhhh.. it's okay, sweetheart. I understand; the two of you were upset," Mom comforted me, "Let's sit you down, why don't me?"

Mom walks me over to my bed and we sit on the edge of the bed.

"I hurt him. I hurt Dad's heart..I could feel it.."

"You wanted answers, Hannah. But your father is upset. Your father's and your emotions got the best of you. It's going to be okay, though. After you rest tonight, you two will have forgiven each other," Mom explained.

I look up at Mom, "Really?"

"For sure, sweetie. It takes time to blow steam," Mom replied.

I smile to Mom and look down; I clench my fists.

"Hannah? What's wrong?" Mom asked with concern.

I look up at Mom, "There's one thing I want to ask.."

"What is it that you want to ask?"

"Later tonight, do you think you could tell Dad that I'm sorry for what I have told him earlier?"

Mom shook her head, "Wouldn't you agree that words coming from you sound much better?"

I thought about it for a moment, "Yeah, I think so too!" I smile sweetly.

"Oh! Before I forget, Hannah- I want to give you this special item," Mom unfolded her hands to reveal a shawl.

Mom wore that shawl every day; it's very important to her.

"Your shawl? It means so much to you, Mom, I can't take this..what if I lose it or worse-!" I begin to overthink.

"Darling, don't doubt your worth. You are stronger than you say you are. This here shawl has helped through pain in the past. I hope it brings to you the same comfort I felt back then," Mom explained.

I look down at the shawl in my hands, then look back up at Mom, "Ah, thank you so much, Mom!" I wrap my arms around her, "I'll cherish it always." I wrap the shawl around my shoulders and immediately feel at ease.

"I'm glad you love it!" Mom began, "If you're feeling better Hannah, I better let you fall asleep, hm?" Mom stood up.

I grab her hand, "Wait.." I began, "Can you stay here with me? At least until I've fallen asleep?"

Mom smiled sweetly, "Of course, sweetheart," she sat back down on the bed near my nightstand and pat the cushions next to her.

"What are you doing?" I chuckled confused.

"Huddle up close, scotch in."

I crawl towards Mom and lay my head on her chest.

"You and your sisters all loved to huddle up close. You would be cradled in my left and right arms; Bloom and Daphne would be on either side of me," Mom disclosed.

On the spur of the moment, I flash back to the scene with Mom and my sisters.

"I remember snuggling in your arms," I replied looking up at Mom, "But why did we stop?"

Mom looked at my sympathetically, "We did not put an end to our snuggles completely, however, your primary power, the Sapphire, prevented you from being in a separate room than your father," Mom sighed gently and continues to stroke my hair.

I straighten up a bit, "What do you mean exactly?" I asked curiously.

Mom looks at the wall in front of us and the turns her head back my way, "To put it this way, ever since that day you were given the Sapphire," Mom giggles, "You refused to leave your dad's side. I would try to carry you with me to Daphne's room for our usual snuggles, but you gripped on tight to him and refused to budge. After about five more minutes, your father told me to go on ahead to your sisters and he will keep an eye on you. When I came back to our room, I found you sound asleep on his right shoulder," Mom explained.

I stare up at my ceiling, "Like you said before, I'm sure Dad and I will forgive each other after tonight," I look to Mom again.

After about forty-five more minutes of snuggling, I start to drift off to sleep and before I knew it, I fell asleep leaning on Mom's chest.

I suddenly jolt awake and look around, "Looks like Mom went to bed" I thought to myself. I climb out of my bed and head towards my balcony window. As soon as I open the window, I immediately jump back and hide in the frame.

When I began to walk out, I heard voices to my right and turned my head that direction.

"Whew..that was close...I can't let Mom and Dad know that I've woken up," I whisper to myself motionless in the window frame.

From where I was standing, I peered to my right and looked out over the courtyard. I narrowed my eyes to the floor, then back over at Mom and Dad. I abruptly return inside my room and to my wardrobe.

I change out of my nightgown and into my pale blue jean shorts and a violet purple frilly shirt; to go on top of that, I grab a black hood and wrapped it around my shoulders. I then make my way towards my nightstand; I pull out a pen and a piece of paper. I begin to write:

"Dear Mom and Dad,

I'm sorry to have hurt your hearts. I shouldn't have said those miserable things, especially to Dad...I'm sorry for what I've said after the party..I hope you all will forgive me...for everything..Once again..I'm really sorry..

With love, Hannah."

I finish writing the note and set down the pen and paper on the nightstand. I grab my black sneakers, slipped them on, and strode towards my balcony window. Mom and Dad were on their balcony murmuring to my right.

After five minutes of waiting, Mom and Dad reenter their room; I walk out further onto the balcony and transform into my Enchantix fairy form. I flew up and under my parents' balcony; continuing to fly towards the nearest town.

I sigh as I overlook the courtyard, "I didn't mean to snap out at Hannah earlier," I turn to my wife.

Marion gently grabs my hand, "I know, dear. I understand, as well as Hannah understands."

"Hannah understands?" I look into her eyes, "I can go speak with her then?" I turn to my left at Hannah's balcony window.

"Not yet, she fell asleep after I spoke with her," Marion replied, "Tomorrow will be a better day to talk to her."

I nod towards Marion and we head back inside.

A few moments later, I hear a flutter of wings from behind me. I brush it off my shoulders as I could be just hearing things.

The next morning, Marion and I walk out of our room. Elizabeth, Hannah's adoptive family from Eraklyon, arrived in front of Hannah's door.

"Good morning, Hannah, sweetie. Are you feeling better?" Elizabeth knocks on her door about three times. She did not answer.

Marion and I exchange glances, Hannah never ignores anyone who wish to speak with her.

"Hannah?" she knocks again and reaches for the door handle, "Is everything alright-"

Elizabeth let out a shriek, Marion and I rush over in front of Hannah's room.

"Hannah?! Where is Hannah??"
