As gumball Is swinging to try and find the jackasses causing chaos something hits him the face as he Is swinging, he then lands on a building and looks at what It Is

"...I'm gonna keep that for later" gumball says as he rolls It up and puts It In his pocket and swings off

Meanwhile somewhere In the city

Payback Is seen trying to help the police deal with mister negative yet again

This time mister negative fighting ever harder kicking their asses

Payback Is hit by some sort of shockwave mister negative does and Is sent flying Into a wall

"...damn It...where the hell Is spider-man at? He's taken this guy down before...I'm sure he could do It again" payback says remembering that he heard gumball green goblin and mister negative had a fight on the news and knows he took down mister negative but never took down green goblin

"damnIt EVERYONE FALL BACK!" one of the cops as they to fall back only for mister negative to send out a shockwave knocking everyone to the ground

Payback Is on the ground and mister negative readys his sword to end him off

Just then he feels a web grab him and gets punched In the back of the head by gumball knocking down mister negative

Gumball grabs mister negative and throws him to the side

And reaches out his hand to payback

Payback takes his hand and lets gumball help him up

"Damn kid where the hell were you?" payback asks

"Got knocked out for a bit but I'm fine and ready for action!" gumball says

Just then mister negative gets up and hits both of them with a shockwave

Mister negative then jumps up and tries to hit them with his sword but both gumball and payback avoid his attack

Gumball then runs over to mister negative and punches him knocking him down and then begins to punch him over and over again until he's knocked out

"...wow we had trouble taking him down and you took him down with ease kid!" Payback says

"Does It matter?" gumball asks wanting to get out of there

"Yes...yes It does" payback says

Meanwhile on the rooftops spawn Is seen looking over everything that just happened

"This Is spider-man?...after seeing what's happened I should've just killed that black and white prick" spawn says as some clown walks up to him

"There you are spawn!" the clown says

"Violator? How the hell you'd get here?" spawn asks

"Malebolgia can do a lot, you know...Is that spider-man?" the clown known as Violator asks

"...yes" spawn says

"You know malebolgia what's well...one version of spider-man dead! You could take him!" Violator says

"Not happening, fat boy!" spawn says

"Damn It spawn!" Violator says mad

Meanwhile at power's Industries

Flint marko Is seen In some sort of testing room

"Again powers thanks for this!" flint says

"It's no problem marko really...I know you've trouble with spider-man so why not help you out a bit?...otto fire It up!" powers says

"Please mister powers this...Is too much of a risk to take! We might end up killing him. We should test this out in a different way!" the man known as otto says

"This Is the test! Press the button doctor!" powers says

Then four long metal arms come from the back of otto and Is about to press the button before the shocker bashes His way Into the room
"Stop now!" shocker screams as everyone stops

"What the hell Is It jackson?!" powers asks mad

"I know what you have planned! Trying to make someone else Into something to kill spider-man Is not a good Idea right now! Green goblin mysterio mister whoever the fuck hell even vulture and electro are all on the losse! You're just adding to the problem!" shocker says trying to snap some sense Into powers

"I don't give a damn! I want spider-man dead and for this whole city to burn!" powers says

"Powers you know you're making a mistake!" shocker says still trying to snap some sense Into powers

"SHUT UP!" powers says getting really mad this time with his skin falling off and the green glow showing

Powers then screams In pain as he begins to fall to the ground

Shocker then walks out of the room not wanting to get his ass handed to him for this
