The sky was getting dark. Ashley and her group had been traveling for hours and still hadn't found Spongebob or Karen. Which in hindsight, was not good.
"UGH! ARE WE EVER GOING TO FIND THEM?!" Plankton complained from inside Ashley's purse. Plankton had been panicking about Karen since they left, given the fact Karen was his wife after all.
"WILLYA RELAX?" Ashley retorted.
"Can you children RELAX?!" Patrick screamed.
"NO!" Ashley and Plankton replied back to Patrick, who was trailing behind, despite being one of the most worried about Spongebob.
"GUYS! Fighting ain't gonna help. So can ya'll relax yourselves so we can actually hear something if they scream?" Sandy replied from the front.
"What she said!" Squidward muttered.
"Well, SOMEBODY shouldn't even be here cause they don't like Spongebob!" Patrick retorted, referring to Squidward.
"Hey at least MY HEAD ISN'T FILLED WITH ROCKS!" Squidward yelled.
"Oh good lord, CAN YOU TWO STOP?!" Ashley screamed, breaking up the argument and sending the group into an eerie silence.
A tumbleweed suddenly appeared in front of them, startling some. Well, all except Ashley.
"UHm...Hello there?" Sandy asked.
"Hello." The tumbleweed spoke suddenly, sending everyone except Patrick and Ashley into a panic. Ashley stood there, staring blankly at the tumbleweed.
"Did-did that thing just speak?" Plankton cowered in Ashley's bag.
Patrick, on the other hand, realized something. "Sage?"
"Well, Patrick. We meet again." The tumbleweed spoke, revealing himself as sage himself.
"Who in the world is sage?" Sandy asked.
"He's a tumbleweed that helped Spongebob and Patrick when Plankton or King Poseidon snail-napped Gary." Ashley explained.
"A tumbleweed helped them save Gary?" Squidward asked.
"HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOUR CLARINET WAS CLARINET-NAPPED?!" Ashley asked Squidward.
"OKay continue." Squidward said.
"A clue to your friends whereabouts is in the Lost City Of Atlantic City." Sage said before rolling away.
Ashley's ponytailed hair blew in the breeze towards the brightly-lit city.
"Soooo, into the city we go?" Sandy asked.
"We have to go through the place to find Spongebob and Karen anyways so sure!" Ashley replied.
Sooo Sage has made a return. Yay. The plot will thicken soon don't worry. Peace out homies!
