Dang it I should update this story more often. Anyways, this might be the final chapter, if not, second to last. Enjoy!
"What's that supposed to mean?!" Plankton asked angrily.
"Oh you'll see." His ancient ancestor replied, grinning evilly, shooting what seemed to be a laser at Karen.
"KAREN!!" Plankton screamed in horror as the laser blasted her, completely frying her motherboard and sending her to the ground.
Plankton ran towards her, landing at her side while Ashley and Sandy attempted to attack his ancestor.
"Karen...no..." Plankton whimpered. "Say something...PLEASE!!!"
The robot sent out no response.
Meanwhile, Sandy pinned Plankton the First down and grabbed the brainwasher ray from him and tossed it to Ashley.
"Ashley! Get Spongebob back to normal so we can get Karen back to Bikini Bottom!" Sandy shouted.
"I can take care of that for you." A voice everyone recognized said.
"King Posideon!" They all exclaimed simultaneously(Told ya Posideon was in this XD).
Posideon aimed his trident at Planktons ancestor and fried him, sending him running...right into the Mariana Trench!
"AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" He screamed into the abyss.
Meanwhile, Spongebob had just been saved from the brainwashing ray and had missed nothing. "Did I miss something?" He asked in confusion.
"SPONGEBOB!!! Patrick screamed, running up to Spongebob and hug-tackling him.
Spongebob only laughed at his best friends reaction. "Okay okay I missed you too Pat." He said, getting off the ground and looking at Sandy and Ashley. "What happened?" He asked.
Ashley quickly explained what had happened from when they found out Spongebob was missing. From reuniting with Sage, to Karen's death.
Suddenly, Plankton the First's bruised, bloody, and battered body emerged from the trench and upon seeing Spongebob normal, became enraged. The others didn't notice and rushed Karen back to Bikini Bottom.
"HEY! COME BACK HERE AND FIGHT!!!" He screamed to nobody in particular.
Sandy took Karen to her dome to repair while the others took Spongebob back to the now disastrous Krusty Krab.
"Holy krabby patties! What happened here?!" Spongebob exclaimed.
"Jesus god, business must've gone down while we were gone." Ashley said before noticing Mr. Krabs sitting at one of the empty tables.
Mr. Krabs was pretty much a wreck in the time his employees were gone. Suddenly, the doors opened, snapping him out of the trance he was in.
Noticing Ashley and Squidward, his eyes lit up. But noticing Spongebob made him think he was seeing things.
"Spongebob??" Mr. Krabs stared at the trio of workers in wonder, relief, and happiness. Spongebob said nothing and just smiled at him, his baby blue eyes shimmering in the dark restaurant. Mr. Krabs instantly realized it really was him.
"SPONGEBOB" Mr. Krabs exclaimed in happiness and ran towards them.
Spongebob did exactly the same thing and ran into Mr. Krabs's waiting arms.
"Never thought I'd admit it, but it's great to have Spongebob back." Squidward admitted.
Plankton, who had been in Ashley's bag the whole time, watched the heartwarming reunion and instantly remembered something.
"Wait-WHERES KAREN?!" Plankton exclaimed.
"That's for you to know and for you to find out." The certain robot spoke.
Plankton jumped out of Ashley's bag and saw Karen, the robot he had been married to for so long, rebooted and repaired.
"KAREN!!" Plankton exclaimed happily, jumping onto the robot. "Y-your okay!"
"Yep! I repaired her motherboard and she turned right back on!" Sandy explained.
"Sandy, your a genius wearing a space suit." Ashley said.
"Yeah I know!" Sandy replied, smiling.

Hooray I finished my first Spongebob story!!! Hope you guys enjoyed I might do more of these in the future. Only time will tell though.
