MAIN STORY #1: MY FIANCÉ

A dark haired cadet standing near the stables sighed dreamily as her eyes landed on the group that had just arrived to the base, the Special Operation Squad had just come back from a reckoning mission, tired and wet from the stormy weather and so, were dismounting their horses and guiding them off to the stables. Her eyes however went directly to the captain of the group, Humanity's Strongest, otherwise known as Captain Levi Ackerman.

The ginger haired woman commonly known as Petra, offered to take the captain's horse to the stables, the other nodding before heading towards his resting chamber.

It was always in the thoughts of some cadets, 'Were Petra and Captain Levi dating? Had they had some sort of past? Was the man available or was he even interested or settling down?'

Unknown to many if not all, Captain Levi Ackerman had no interest in the subjects concerning love or a relationship. In part because he was not a man known for romanticism or having a friendly personality. His past times including training, slashing titan flesh and being exceptionally good at cleaning. On the other hand, he was very private person and amongst all his secrets there was one only Erwin, Hanji and Mike knew besides the man himself...

Levi Ackerman sighed tiredly as he finally took the 3D maneuver gear and ready himself to take a much needed bath.

It had been a long and tiring day, having to border the walls perimeter from the outside for the next upcoming expedition. He sneezed, then scowled at the prospect of germs, 'The weather would definitely bring some complications.'

It wasn't long after he had relaxed in the bath and placed on a comfortable get up that he heard it...

"Oh Levi~" His eyes narrowed instinctively at the door, the obnoxious voice of Hanji calling from the other side. He could already feel the growing symptoms of a headache and possible flu due to the rainy season. He ignored the other's calls as he finished drying his hair with a towel. After sometime still listening to the relentless ear splitting voice, he gave up muttering, "Fucking hell, can't I have a single moment of peace."

The incessant knocking came next, "Leviii I know you rarely sleep. DONT IGNORE ME, LEEEVIIIIIIIII~"

His eyebrows twitched, opening the door rashly, icy grey glaring into reddish brown, "Shut up, Shitty Eyeglasses."

Hanji laughed it off, "Someones grumpy. Oh you don't look so hot right now Levi. Are you sick?"

The raven scowled, better get done with whatever the woman wanted and try to rest, "May be and you are not making it any better. What do you want Hanji?"

"Well, I've just been wondering of your little secret friend. When will we be able to meet him?"

He sighed, 'Not this again.' "I've told you already it's not happening." In some drunk reunion he had thought it was a great idea telling his 'friends' one of his many secrets, that being the existence of a certain person. Since then Hanji would pressure him day and night to seek contact.

"You should at least meet each other, you loner. He is your fiancé after all." She crossed her arms at his friend's stubbornness.

"It is just something that was decided a long time ago by his family and that bastard Kenny. I haven't even seen the brat, wouldn't be surprise if he doesn't know about my me and has moved on with his life."

"Are you saying you are okay with him leaving with somebody else?!"

Levi frowned, "First, the military is not a place for a rich doctor's son that's been living as an aristocrat for his whole life, Hanji. Second, I despise stuck up nobles and doubt he will be any different. Third, I doubt he would even be happy here, the brat has been sheltered all his life."

"Maybe yes, or maybe no. What if it turns out well, why don't we find out, huh?" She suggested eagerly.

"We?" The other asked sarcastically.

"I wanna meet him Levi~" Hanji whined as she grabbed onto Levi's shoulders.

The raven swiftly shook her off, "What the fuck you freak, this is not any of your business Hanji. Even if he came I'll do everything to keep him away from you psycho."

She giggled, "See you are so protective of him even now, I have to see more of your interactio-"

"Okay times up" the other stated moving towards the woman.

"Eh? Please Levi- hey wait!" She said as she was pushed outside.

"No. Now leave." The door shut and locked.

The scientist huffed once she stood outside in the cold hallway. As always she had failed to pursue Levi into bringing his fiancé to the base.

The man's heart was guarded by walls much as the one's surrounding them all, but instead of keeping titans out, these walls kept everybody out and him trapped inside. That's why Hanji would not give up, everybody deserved to have someone special and to take care off. Levi will thank her at the end, thats right, her mission was clear, she would find a way to unite the two long lost souls.

The emerald eyed brunette stared at the cloudy sky at the other side of the window in his room. His best friend Armin currently sat in one of the sofas reading the new novel Eren had been gifted by yet another young noble that wanted to court him. There was a knock on the door, interrupting their peaceful silence and loud thoughts in both of their minds.

After Eren's call, one maid came in.

"What is it?" He asked curiously. She handed him a unique looking letter, with a seal commonly used in the military. She bowed and left silently as she had come.

Armin stared curiously, closing the book he had been reading. "A letter?"

He turned to see the brunette's wide eyes. "Is there something wrong, Eren?"

The other shook his head, surprised eyes turning to his friend, "Its from Rose..."

Armin's eyes widened slightly in return, "Do you think it's... its from your fiancé?"

"I-I don't know, we have never exchanged words or writings before. I just thought.." 'He doesn't even want to know me.' Was left hanging in the air. Eren opened the letter gingerly looking at the paper that was commonly used by high commanding officers. The dark ink and non too gentle writing, but otherwise neat, had him wondering if his fiancé was in a hurry or if that was his style of writing.

Eren Jeager,

This is second in command of the Survey Corps, Section Commander Hange Zoe. Let me first tell you that you had me digging up all my contacts in order to locate you.

Second, I am contacting you in regards of your fiancé, Captain Levi Ackerman. I am afraid to be the bearer of bad news but I take it as my duty to inform the state of you fiancé is deteriorating as days pass, he is greatly sick and has asked for you to see him. Therefore I personally extend an invitation if you have time and decide to spend some days here at the base, lounging will be supplied.

Hopefully your visit will do him good,

Hangi Zoe

Eren's eyes widened, 'Levi was sick?' 'Deteriorating state?' 'Why the hell hadn't he heard of anything about this before.'

"Eren?" Armin asked softly.

Eren's emerald eyes shone dangerously. 'Why had Levi never find time to visit him or even send a letter? Why had the only letter he ever received from Rose be from someone other than Levi and as a matter of fact, bearing terrible news.

He had many suitors in Sina, all showering him with attention and gifts. So why was he considering to play along to man's wishes.

He sighed, 'who was he fooling he actually wanted to see his fiancé. Levi Ackerman had finally asked to meet him. He actually knew about him. Maybe he could give the man a chance, after all Eren was fond of him.'

"I need to go to the Survey HQ." He said determined, as he took a luggage bag from his closet and swiftly started to pack what he would need. "Levi is gravely sick, he needs somebody to look out for him."

Armin looked at the scene not convinced, "What? Eren wait, think this through. Rose is nothing like Sina and are you thinking of going to a military base."

"What if Levi doesn't have that much time? What if Its something I know how to treat, my father is a doctor after all he has taught me stuff, I can take some medication and help him in his job."

"You, helping the captain in hi job. Eren I doubt you can even train as they do, much less try to relay for him."

"Yes- I don't- well I mean I could try." He closed his bag, exhaling, "I've been waiting for years now, Armin. This is the first time I've heard about him. Even if the pledge was decided by our families it is still an arrangement between us, our lives and our own future. I want to see him, get to know him, maybe it will turn out well."

The hopeful tone of the brunette had Armin hoping it will turn out well indeed. He knew Eren really idolized the man, how he had come from the underground and fought to get to his position, how he was a well known captain inside the military, who was also skilled enough to be known as Humanity's strongest. Armin couldn't help but wonder that Eren turning down almost half of Sina was because he was waiting for the man.

Armin would not stop Eren even if he tried. His friend was impulsive and once he got his mind to it, there was nothing that will change his mind, he also believe it would not be bad for them to meet at last. But perhaps...

'Mikasa will not like this.'

"So everything is cleared at the border."

Levi grunted in affirmation, he, Mike and Hanji were in Erwin's offices.

"Very well, I will start preparing the paperwork for the next expedition." The Commander said. "How's your cold, Levi?"

"I won't die from it." The other said dismissing the concern.

Hanji raised her hand, "Erwin do you think we can try to bring a friend for Sunny?"

Levi stared at here, "Tch. Isn't it enough with one already." He was getting more annoyed every second, partly because he wanted the meeting to be over, and partly because he wasn't actually feeling well.

Mike nodded at Levi's statement, Erwin's view turned to a hopeful Hanji, "We-Well I think Sunny is feeling lonely lately so a partner will liven him up."

"This is not a fucking blind date you are setting up Shitty Eyeglasses."

"It can be a highly valuable experiment on titan's socialization! Maybe they have some pattern of interaction, maybe the can communicate to one another, or have feelings, the possibilities are infinite-" She stared at Levi who had definitely stopped paying attention mid-rant. She pointed at finger at him, "Hey just because you are grumpy and have no intention of meeting with your fiancé doesn't mean everybody wants to be lonely!"

Mike snorted and Erwin sighed. The raven's brow twitched in annoyance, it was often that Hanji and Levi would fight.

"...Hanji don't fucking try me-"

"Levi. Hanji Enough." He stared at the two soldiers, "If it is in our capability maybe we can try bringing a new subject in."

The scream of glee was followed by Levi's "Oi Erwin."

The commander shrugged, "Perhaps the experiment would come in handy, if not you have a free reign to kill it when you want Levi."

Levi's nod was followed by Hanji's whine, "Whyyy Erwiiin, this meanie will kill it at the first time he gets." Levi smirked.

Mike snorted once again, at Erwin's hopeless expression. When Levi and Hanji got into it, there was no stopping it.

Being Commander was indeed tiring.
