(Authors Note/AN: I do not own the Naruto series OK this is just FAN fiction so although I want this to be canon, it's sadly not. Also the characters personality will be altered to fit the "Naruto and Sasuke reversed" and I know the Obito and Kakashi switched is BS since Madara was only interested in his clan but I'll go into detail into later chapters if I choose to so remember, this is just my imagining, not canon, so finally here we go)

A blond tanned kid was standing across a few meters away from a dark raven kid. Their names Naruto and Sasuke. Naruto, had some sort of psychotic smirk on his face while slouching, his eyes blood red with black slits. Sasuke, he was gritting his teeth while he was in a heiko dachi stance. They stared at each other immensely before one of them spoke up.

"What the hell do you think you're doing leaving the village, dobe" Sasuke yelled as he was standing on top of a statue of the 1st hokage. His friend, no his brother, was across him standing on Madara Uchiha's statue. He was of course pissed that he unexpectedly chose to abandon the village to go to some Jiraiya guy (AN: Yea I made him a villain to since it really didn't click with me that he would go to Orochimaru but I will explain this so please don' get mad, this Fan fiction) just for some power.

"Since when do you care Mister-Perfect and strong Uchiha- you never cared for a loser like me," Naruto said calmly before tilting his head and laughing. "You're just wasting your time on me when you should be training to kill that brother of yours."

"He wasn't my only brother," said Sasuke looking down causing Naruto to go wide eyed, Sasuke then looked up and pointed at him. "Because you were mine too."

Sasuke then took his hand down, put it in his pouch, and dragged something out. It was some sort of big keychain, an amulet maybe? Naruto then stared at it before touching the side of his pouch and feeling something familiar to it.

Flashback/

"EEEHHH?!"3 young genin said in union.

Among the 3 were Haruno Sakura, Uchiha Sasuke, and Uzumaki Naruto. They all shocked, yet, perplexed faces and stared up at their jounin sensei, Uchiha Obito who were one of the very, very, few of the Uchiha's alive. He had the jounin jacket on with an extended part of his headband with the leaf village symbol on it covering his right eye and had chocolate brown spiky hair. He had one hand behind his back as he smiled nervously to his 3 students.

"I thought you said only 2 of us would pass?!" stated Naruto as he pointed at his sensei.

"Yea yea, but only so guys would understand the true purpose of this test" their sensei had told them.

They widened eyes in confusion and exchanged glances with each other, as neither of them understood what the test was really about in all honesty. Then the pink cotton candy haired kunoichi, Sakura, spoke up.

"What do you mean?"

Obito then took the nervousness off and smiled.

"Teamwork! To test how compatible how our friendships and compatibility are since we're a team, aren't we!" he exclaimed brightly.

Sakura smiled, Naruto put on a big grin, and Sasuke smirked, as he was leaning on a tree, and all said, "Right!"

"Oh! and I almost forgot to give you something" Obito said as he began digging in his pocket.

It took about a few seconds, before he finally took out something and held it in his hands. It was some sort of star shaped key chain, as big as your palm but shorter than your hands. It was star shaped with stained glass, but around the middle were some x mark stitches and another miniature metallic or silver star, half the size lowered, with the konohagakure symbol in the middle. Outside was a metallic/irony silver outline or frame with more tiny little stars on the points of the star.
He held two in his right hand and one on his left, holding them by the string attached. However, the stained glass were all different colors. One was a lime green color with neon green tips as gradient, another was a bright orange glass with yellow tips, and the last was a dark violet stained one with indigo tips. (AN: If it's hard to imagine search up 'Wayfinder Charm') He held them out to his students and smiled.

"Here is a little charm or prize for making it this far!"

Sakura immediately grabbed the lime green stained charm and held it up as she giggled. Naruto grabbed the bright orange one and stared at it questioned, and Sasuke reluctantly took the dark violet one and stared at it too with no expression and continued to lean on the tree.

"It's so pretty! What is this suppose to be?" Sakura smiled.

"An unbreakable bond, a connection." said Obito as he crossed hands his above his chest and stared off into the blue sky.

The three looked at him again with the same confused faces as before. A bird passed by Obito's vision as the bright warm sun reflected his shadow upon his face.

"It represents an unbreakable bond between friends, if you and your friends carry these lucky charms with them, nothing can ever drive you apart, you'll always just find a way back to each other. A connection between you three." he said calmly.

He looked back down and smiled to the three before turning his back and waving, without saying anything. He disappeared off into the shadows while Sakura, Sasuke and Naruto were still in the same spot they were in on the training grounds, just speechless.

"Do you think-," said Sasuke quietly as the other two genin immediately put their attention to him and saw him gazing intensely at the charm they were given. "Do you think this really represents a connection between us, will we always find each other no matter how far we are from each other."

It was weird for Sasuke to be asking questions like these but knew the answer.

"Why do you say that, teme," Naruto grinned while raising his right hand, the hand he used to grab the charm. "Of course I think it! Even if we didn't have this charm, our new connection between us is unbreakable no matter what!

Naruto exclaimed those words out loud and proudly extended his right arm in the air, holding up his charm and out on a big grin while staring up at it and chuckling behind his teeth.

"Yeah!" Sakura agreed and raised her arm to and copied Naruto's movements as she smiled gently at it.

Sasuke scoffed and smirked before eventually doing the same as the other two with his charm. The sun's light reflected through the stained glass as the three agreed in union.

Sasuke extended his hand which held his violet charm and stared at Naruto with a disappointed look.

"You said so yourself after our bell test, that no matter what, our bond, our connection, is unbreakable" Sasuke yelled out to Naruto who just stared at him with his now dull blue eyes that were previously red.

A breeze passed by as they stared each other down, Sasuke waiting for a response from Naruto. His blond hair was even more rough than before and he had noticeable eye bags beneath his eyes and his orange iconic sweater was zipped down, revealing a pitch black shirt beneath that looked dusted. His headband wasn't tied around his forehead and he was still slouching lazily. He then scoffed and turned around, his back facing Sasuke but he didn't walk away.

"I sure am naive,heh, but those words, my past self up to this point means nothing anymore," Naruto said, he then turned half his head around and smiled. "Well see ya around, Sasuke, you sure did waste a hell of time on me."

Naruto said enjoying himself as he walked away, waving at Sasuke while smiling. Sasuke, however, was having none of this and gritted his teeth while putting away his charm. He activated his sharingan that had two tomoe and dashed towards Naruto, wanting to catch him off guard. Naruto heard the footsteps rapidly getting louder as it got closer to him, he looked behind him and saw Sasuke getting ready to swing his fist, but Naruto didn't react in time and got punched in left side of his cheek and fell off the statue of Madara, and landed in the water. He had his eyes wide open and saw Sasuke again getting ready to land on him and yet again he was to slow to react and as soon as Sasuke landed, he was kicked and sent flying into some stone wall before he was grabbed by the collar of his shirt and put up close to Sasuke's face, indicating that he was the one who grabbed him.

"I WILL BRING YOU BACK TO THE VILLAGE EVEN IF I MUST BREAK EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOUR BONES!"
