Chapter 10: Sirius Black's triuphant return
"Maybe don't do that Remus" Bill says waking up
"T…...T….To late" Remus says as he opens the door and is met with a large black dog "Padfoot!" he tries too tackle and hug the dog, Skylar bolts up the stairs and climbs into the bed with Elisa
"AAAAWWWWOOOO" The black dog howls and dodges Remus he bolts up the stairs and corners Percy and his rat
"Oh God someone help me" Percy says backing up into the corner
"C….Coming…..Brother" Draco slurs grabbing his wand
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH" Percy screams as the dog grabs him by the leg and drags him down the stairs out the door and towards the Whomping Willow
"Percy!" Elisa yells having woken up, she grabs her wand and skylar jumps in her pocket "Sobrate" She says pointing her wand up and everyone is now sober
"NO!" Remus yells as he darts after Percy, forgetting it was a full moon, he had not took his potion.
"OH No My little brother, Weasleys, Silver angels lets go" Bill says as they all bolt out
"DADDY WAIT!" Anya yells, she and willow dart behind Remus, She hadn't took her potion either
"Wait for me" Harry says as he and Hermione bolt after them Draco not far behind and Elisa not far behind
"Sir Nicholas can you make sure Scout stays asleep please?" Charlie says
"Of course Weasleys" Sir Nicholas says
"Elisa I recognize that scent, it's the scent of my godfather" Skylar thinks to Elisa
"Immobilus!" Remus calls as he gets to the whomping willow "Quickly!"
"AAAAAHHHHHHHH" they hear Percy's scream fade as he is dragged down a tunnel in the tree
"Where are they going daddy" Anya asks
"The shrieking shack" Remus says diving into the tunnel
"I can get us there faster everyone grab onto me" Skylar thinks to everyone
"Alright we gotta get there fast" Remus says, they all grab onto Skylar she apperates to the shrieking shack and they bolt up the stairs and they see Percy sitting in the bed his leg is wrapped up in bandages
"Percy where's the dog?" Bill asks
"It's a trap he's not a dog he's an animagus" Percy says
"Padfoot Show yourself" Remus says with his wand drawn
"Hello Mooney" Sirius steps out of the shadows
"Dont, hello mooney me, Sirius, not after what you've done" Remus says
"Come now Love, you really think I would betray my best mates?" Sirius says as the Weasley's circle around Elisa and Skylar, pushing Harry to the back
"No…..No….I dont, but everyone else does" Remus says walking over too Sirius
"Well then my dear Mooney you should trust me enough to know that I am only doing something to clear my name and save everyone else" Sirius says
"Pa...Padfoot?" Skylar turns into her human form and she walks forward past Remus Harry follows but stays next to Remus
"Prongslet? Mini Prongs, is it really you, you look just like your Mum and Dad" Sirius says
"Padfoot!" Skylar says excitedly and attaches herself to his waist, he hugs her tightly
"Remus where is Padslet where is my darling daughter?" Sirius says
"Elisa, My dear, would you like to come see your father" Remus says but the only response is a wand falling too the ground
"Els, It's ok, he really isn't bad he is good he was framed I can read it in his mind" Skylar says
"Severus is my father" Elisa says
"Wh...what?" Sirius says dropping to his knees
"Excuse me do you want to come see you're daddy" Remus says
"Yes" Elisa says waltzing over
"Remus what did you do to my daughter?" Sirius says
"Gave her chocolate" Remus says
"Mooney why did Snivellus raise her?" Sirius asks

"You are her godfather you should have been given custody over her immediately and where is Diana?" Sirius asks
"Queen Diana was murdered by you know who's followers the same night as James and Lily" Remus says

"Technically we never got married, so we are still engaged" Sirius says
"Padfoot, not the time" Remus says

"Elisa he didn't do it it was Wormtail, and he framed Padfoot" Skylar says
"Severus, you're drunk go too bed" Elisa says
"Um not to interrupt but my leg is bleeding out here someone want to tell me why I quite literally got dragged into this mess?" Percy asks from the bed
"Sorry I was going for your rat so I can clear my name" Sirius says
"What the fuck man?" Percy asks
"Why is everyone picking up her languge, it's bloody not fuck" Anya says
"Remus, is that girl your daughter cause she acts just fucking like you" Sirius says
"Sirius I would like you too meet, Anya isabel Lupin" Remus says

"Some one needs a calming draught" Elisa remarks
"Why do you want Scabbers?" Percy asks

"Percy, we just need to check something, we believe you're rat is the illegal animagus Peter pettigrew, we just need to perform a spell, if we are wrong you may have you're rat back and if we are right I will personally replace you're rat with any familiar of your choice" Remus says
"Percival just hand him over" Bill says
"Fine but if you are right that thing has been sleeping with me for four years I want an owl instead" Percy says handing Sirius Scabbers
"And you will get an owl" Remus says "Alright Sirius let's do this"
"Alright you spineless rat you going to show us your true self or do we have to make you?" Sirius asks the rat holding it by its neck
"We're gonna have to make him" Remus says
"May I borrow a wand Azkaban still has mine" Sirius says
"Ex…..speifie" Severus slurs as he walks into a wall knocking himself out
"Here use his" Skylar says taking Severus's wand and handing it to Sirius
"Thank you Prongslet" Sirius says he and Remus flick their wands and cast the spell the rat transforms into a scruffy looking man with long nails and buck teeth and wispy hair "Hello Peter"
"Remus, Sirius My old friends" Peter says
"Fuck you" Sirius says "you traitorous spineless weak little rat
"Great now people that don't even know her are saying that, she's creating a cussing epidemic" Anya says as they all hear Elisa Yelp
"Calm down Els it's ok he was talking to the man who really got my parents killed" Skylar says
"Sirius, maybe you shouldn't say the the T word around Elisa" Remus says
"Alright whatever lets get this weakling to the ministry and clear my name and he can be fed on by the dementors" Sirius says as Peter squirms his way out of his grasp and approaches Skylar
"Skylar! Look at you! Y-you look just like your father. Like James. We were the best of friends, he and I, he would show me mercy, he wouldn't want me dead" Sirius and Remus pull peter away as he is talking
"AHAH"Skylar yelps and turns back into her tiny animagus form and jumps into Sirius's boot
"Shut up you spineless worm, how dare you speak to Skylar how dare you talk about James and Lily in front of her you sold them to Voldemort didn't you" Sirius yells
"I didn't mean to! The Dark Lord, you have no idea the weapons he possesses! Ask yourself what you would have done, Sirius. What would you have done!" Pettigrew says
"DIED I WOULD HAVE DIED RATHER THAN BETRAY MY FRIENDS AND YOU SHOULD HAVE TOO REMUS WOULD HAVE" Sirius shouts holding his wand pointed at Peter's throat
"No... please... you can't…" His eyes dart around "Percy! Haven't I been a good friend? A good pet? You won't let them kill me, will you? I was your rat…" Peter says
"You Perverted freak you slept with me for four years and you have been a grown ass man the whole time the dementors can have you" Percy says
"Sweet girl. Clever girl. You look just like you're father, little Anya, Surely you won't let them make this mistake…" Peter says
"Get out off her face you freak" Willow decks Peter so hard he goes flying past Sirius and Remus and his head gets stuck in the wall, Remus grabs him before he can change.
"Good Punch Willow" Harry says
"Ahh it was nothing, could of done harder but didn't want freak brains all over me" willow says
"Now that we got that guy can we get me to madame Pomfrey before I bleed to death my bandages are soaked with blood" Percy says
"Oh Elisa, little Elisa, Please little one help me, you're father never cared for you, Mooney and I were there, we helped your mother. She wasn't supposed to die, had the dark lord survived I would of come back for you, I would of raised you" Peter says
"You spineless worm don't you dare talk to my daughter, you gave away Diana's position the same way you gave away James and Lily's you deserve to die" Sirius says
"You son of a bitch" Elisa says "Why don't you, as my dear friend Sniper would say, go suck a dick and drown in the cum" Elisa says

"Elisa Marie Phoenix-Black we do not talk like that, even too spineless pricks who betray their pranking dunderhead friends" Severus says
"Shut up Snivellus she is my daughter so I say she can say what she want" Sirius says
"As she is mine" Severus says "And until you are cleared she is under my custody" Severus says

"Daddy, severus we don't have the time, we have too get this prick too Dumbledore" Elisa says stepping in between them
"Let's go, we will finish this later Snivellus" Sirius says

"Sweetie let's go get your daddy's name cleared shall we?" Sirius says picking her up
"Sure" Elisa says
"Guys….Wait!" Anya says
"Alright Charlie help me get Percy up so we can get him to the hospital wing" Bill says

"I always carry Wolfssbane on me" Skylar thinks to Elisa
"Skylar, we need the potion Can you change back please so we can have it" Elisa says
"I'm scared of that worm man" Skylar thinks to Elisa
"Skylar please, only for a split second, long enough for us too get the potion too Remus" Elisa says
"Take the worm man to the otherside of the room" Skylar says coming out of Sirius's boot
"Severus take this piece of trash away please, so we may get the potion" Elisa says as she kicks peter in the crotch.
"That's my girl" Sirius says getting choked up
"You should be careful, should you get custody you'll eventually be on the receiving side of those" Severus says taking peter too the other side of the room
"When I get custody, I am her father and after I am cleared I will be getting my daughter back" Sirius says
"Here give this to Uncle Mooney Els" Skylar says handing the potion to her after turning human then turning back into her tiny animagus form and hopping back in his boot
"What about Moonlet?" Sirius says
"There is a 50% chance that I will not change, against Daddy's 100% chance of changing it is enough too risk" Remus downs the potion as she says this
"Alright let's go Percy is starting to lose consciousness and I don't know how long he can last the blood is starting to flow out of the bandages he's losing a lot of blood" Bills says
"Daddy if I change…"Anya says
"Don't worry, I got you sweetheart" Remus says rubbing her head
"We got your back to Anya" Skylar thinks to Anya
"Turn me into a maggot. A dung beetle. A Flobberworm! Anything but the Dementors…" Peter is whinning as they get too the surface "Percy! Haven't I been a good friend? A good pet? You won't let them kill me, will you? I was your rat…"
"Shut up you are going to confess and you are going to clear my name" Sirius says holding both Harry and Elisa with Skylar still in his boot
"Black may I have my wand back now, or do I have too use my spare" Severus says
"Once I get mine back You can have yours" Sirius says tucking the wand into his pocket " Harry, Skylar you two will come live with me and Elisa after the school year ends
"Guys…." Willow says as the moon shines directly on Anya and remus, Sirius see remus change but his eyes stay human indicating the work of Wolfsbane the same could not be said for Anya. She immediately lunges at willow who shoves Hermione out of the way and ducks and rolls
"Remus stop her" Sirius says
"On it, Padslet, gimme some aid, you too padfoot" Remus says
"I'll help too" Skylar thinks out jumping out of Sirius's boot and grows into her full medium form and gets besides of Remus
"Yeah sure thing. Anya stop!" Elisa runs out right in front of Anya
"Severus take Harry, Elisa MOVE OUT OF HER LINE OF ATTACK" Sirius shouts passing Harry to Severus
"Be patient" Elisa says as Anya is lunging right at her, at the last possible moment a black puppy is in Elisa's place, this causes anya too stumble and begin falling down the hill
"Padslet you are a carbon copy of me" Sirius says proudly then turns into his animagus form and he Remus and Skylar all bolt down the hill
"Wait for me!" Willow says and there is a pop and the next moment Sirius sees a Jaguar running beside him
"Padfoot, Elisa is losing I need to get in there give me a boost" Skylar thinks to Sirius
"I'm on it' Sirius says he runs up beside Skylar and locks paws with her they spin and Skylar is launched through the air and rams into Anya after Willow is knocked away from her
'INCOMING!" Willow yells mentally as she slams right into Anya and for the next few moments the is a lot of hissing and growling going on
"Els follow my lead I have an idea that has worked on another wereWolf I know, grab my paw in your teeth" Skylar thinks to Elisa
"Okay, lets get Willow out before she does too much damage too anya" Elisa says as they hear a loud yelp and Willow limping away
"Guess that's not happening but we need one more Wolf, Padfoot grab my back paw in your teeth, then on my signal you throw me at Anya make sure it is exactly on my signal" Skylar thinks to them
"On it, be careful, she looks too be bleeding, i think Willow did a number on her" Elisa says
"I won't hurt her, and I can handle a few bites and scratches on me I have dealt with one of these before a more aggressive one and he got stuck in the form during the day and I had to deal with him the entire time" Skylar thinks "NOW" Elisa and Sirius sling her into Anya she pins Anya to a tree and grows into her semi giant form careful not to hurt Anya and attaches her claws to the other side of the tree
" ...mm..m" Anya whimpers beginning to calm down
"That's right Anya calm down it's ok everything is going to be alright there's a good girl your safe now" Skylar thinks to Anya she turns her head and licks her face like an adult Wolf would do to their cub
"She's got Anya, lets go find Willow" Remus says as Elisa changes back human, there was some blood running down her face
"Padslet you're bleeding" Sirius says turning back to a human
"I'm fine, not like it's the first time i've battled Anya" Elisa says
"Someone should go help Severus keep an eye on the kids and the Rat" Sirius says
"He's got the weasleys and everyone else with him, We need too find Willow" Elisa says
"I'll go, I need too grab Anya a blanket anyway" Remus says heading too the whomping Willow.
"Padslet do you know Willow's scent?" Sirius says
"No" Elisa says "But I know how too track blood"
"Her this is some of her blood it can give you her scent then you can find her faster" Sirius says
"Leave the lesson for another time, i'm not changing back" Elisa says
"Then I will smell her out follow me young one" Sirius says
"Or we could follow the trail" Elisa says
"WILL YOU TWO STOP BICKERING AND HELP ME!" Willow yells
"Well that explains why the scent was so strong" Sirius says
"Coming Wills" Elisa says sliding down the hill too the black lake
"Elisa be careful" Sirius says
"Wha'!" Elisa yells as she trips over a rock
"Padslet are you ok" Sirius asks bolting down after her
"Imakay" Elisa says although that wasn't a word
"Alright help me get your friend up and let's get back to the others" Sirius says
"Ughhhhhhh" Willow groans, Sirius saw she was absolutly covered in blood and was laying in a pool of blood from her many wounds
"On Second thought we should take her straight to Madame Pomfrey follow me I know a short cut" Sirius says Scooping Willow up in a cradle carry
"Can you conjure a stretcher?" Elisa says "We cant just carry her"
"Elisa's right, you have too stabilize my wounds, could cause more damage" Willow says weakly before passing out
"Kid do you want to get there quick and alive or safely and dead?" Sirius says
"Okay let's go" Elisa says
"Here Padslet grab the knot of that tree stump there and pull down" Sirius says
"Okay" Elisa says doing as she was told, a passageway opens up
"Quickly Padslet this takes us directly into the hospital wing" Sirius says
"Wicked" Elisa says "Lets hurry"
"Yeah me and my best mates dug this so whenever Mooney had a particularly bad moon we could get him there quickly" Sirius says
"It's on the map right" Elisa says
"Mooney told you about the map huh, have you got it from filch yet?" Sirius says
"Nah, I still gotta snag it in my next detention, were also snagging the cloak, Mr. Potter's" Elisa says
"Prongs special cloak man we used to have fun with that thing, well here we are go up that ladder and open the hatch for me then have Madame Pomfrey come help me with the kid" Sirius says
"Madame Pomfrey!" Elisa shouts as soon she's up
"Yes Ms. Phoenix?" Madame Pomfrey says
"Daddy needs help With Wills, she's hurt" Elisa says
"Alright," Madame Pomfrey says walks over to the passageway and grabs Willow and hoists her out, and lays her on the bed, Sirius climbs up
"Hi Pomfrey" Sirius says
"Sirius Black….It's good to see you, but what are you doing out of Azkaban?" Madame Pomfrey says
"Saving a life" Sirius says
"Is willow gonna be okay?" Elisa asks as the bed was becoming blood stained
"Not to worry dear I can fix these up in a heartbeat" Madame Pomfrey says "Vulnera Senentor" and Willows wounds begin to heal in moments she is fully healed
"Anya kind of forgot her potion, you might be seeing her and Skylar later" Elisa says
"Yes my daughter is right, and take good care of them for me now I have to go see the headmaster with Severus and Peter, someone should be along soon with Percy Weasley he will need major medical help and it is sorta my fault, sorry about that" Sirius says
"I'm coming with you Daddy" Elisa says
"Padslet I don't think you want to see this" Sirius says
"YES I DO" Elisa yells throwing herself on the ground
"Padslet sweetheart stay here with your friend" Sirius says
"IM COMING WITH YOU DADDY, I'M COMING!" She screams
"Fine, Mooney and Snivellus are going to kill me for this but fine" Sirius says
"Yay" Elisa says
"Let's go" Sirius says picking her up they make their way to Dumbledore's office and Snape is already there with Peter and the Minister of magic has just arrived
"That mean man gonna go for azkaban for making you go there" Elisa asks as they enter
"That's right sweetheart" Sirius says
"Elisa, sweet, sweet Elisa, Sweet child of Diana, don't let them do this too Uncle Wormtail, Don't let them put uncle wormtail away" Peter says
"Don't you dare talk to My daughter you gutless spineless worm, you are not her uncle you are nothing to her you are nothing to me" Sirius snarls and pulls Elisa away
"Don't you dare Talk too my little princess like that! You are nothing too her, not after what you did too her mother had you cared about her you would of protected Diana and Lily" Severus says
"And I can't believe you pretend to care for James, Lily, Diana, Anya, Harry, Skylar, and most importantly Elisa you betrayed the group you betrayed your family" Sirius says
"P….Padfoot, Old friend…...l….lets be reasonable here, I did care, that's why I helped Mooney and Diana with little El, Please Elisa don't let them hurt you're sweet old uncle"Peter says
You're not sweet you're sour" Elisa says
"DON'T YOU CALL ME PADFOOT DON'T YOU USE THOSE NAMES YOU LOST THE RIGHT TO SAY THEM WHEN YOU GAVE AWAY JAMES AND LILY'S POSITION AND WHEN YOU STOOD BY AS MY DEMENTED COUSIN KILLED MY FIRST LOVE AND SHE TRIED TO KILL MY DAUGHTER AND THEY KILLED MY SON YOU LOOKED ON AND DID NOTHING AS YOU SAW THE LIGHT LEAVE DIANA'S EYES AND YOU LET THEM BRUTALLY ATTACK AND MURDER MY SON MY ONYX, THEY ALSO TRIED TO KILL JAMES AND LILY'S TWINS AND YOU DID NOTHING TO STOP IT" Sirius shouts
"Please, Elisa, Diana wouldn't of wanted this, she would of shown me mercy, she would of shown forgiveness, please honor you're mothers memory" peter says
"We don't know what my mother would of wanted, because she's dead" Elisa says
"I tired too save them, I did, Diana and Onyx weren't supposed too die, We were supposed too marry after Sirius was locked away, she said so herself, she loved me! I would never hurt her, I tried too save them! Please have mercy!" Peter says
"YOU BASTARD SEVERUS TAKE Elisa OUT OF THE ROOM" Sirius says as he hands Elisa to Severus, Severus can see he is shaking with anger, and hearing him call him his actual name he knows to just do it
"Come Elisa lets go wait outside" Severus says
"Please Elisa my darling niece do something" Peter says in dismay
"Okay" Elisa says jumping down and kicking him up the middle and then walks out "Sevy I'm going to bed"
"Minister I know you won't be able to look the other way on this but at this point I don't care so lock me away again if you have to but I have to make this guy pay" Sirius says
"Not that…..I meant…..something helpful" Peter groans doubled over
"Huh what I'm sorry I don't see anything going on here, Albus might I have a spot of tea?" Fudge says
"Of course Minister right this way" Dumbledore leads the minister out of the room
"Alright Wormy, it's just you and me now no one here to save you" Sirius says
"Might I cast a spell or two" Severus says "As he caused harm too our daughter"
"After I finish with him he is all yours but he did much more to a lot more people I love, and I ain't using spells" Sirius says cracking his knuckles
"Of course" Severus says as he is casting a silence charm around the room
"Wormy this is for my Son" Sirius says lunging at peter and tackling him to the ground "This is for Diana" he punches him in the face "This is for all the trauma you put my daughter through" he lands a blow breaking Peters nose "This is for James" he lands another blow directly in his eye "This is for Lily" he lands a blow on the side of Peters head deafening him in that ear "This is for Harry" he lands another blow in his chest breaking six of his ribs, "This is for Prongslet" he lands a blow and breaks Peter's jaw "And this is for everything you did evil in your life this is for what you put me through, this is for betraying the ones who cared for you, this is for betraying Remus, and for standing idly by as your friends and family were being killed around you and for my Padslet and Mini Padfoot, for James and Lily's Mini prongs and Prongslet, for Mooney, and his Moonlet, for Diana, for what you and my demented cousin did to the Longbottoms and leaving them crazy so they couldn't care for their own son and making him live with a horrible old women and my godson live with a horrible family, for making Anya and Elisa live in an orphanage, for the pain you caused Severus, for everything" He lands blow after blow pounding Peter's face to a pulp, breaking the rest of his ribs and nearly crushing his windpipe "Alright now I'm done, I feel better" and he gets off of Peter and walks to the corner and leans against the wall
"Now, it's my turn" Severus says when Sirius is finally done he points his wand at Peter and says "Curcio" peter withers in pain for ten long minutes screaming until Severus undoes the spell "Now i found this one in a book called million ways to torture your foes- Acidmenti" Severus says and a jet of poison green acid hits peter directly in the crotch, severus continues the spell until Peters legs had melted together and his arms melted too his side "You won't be going rat any time soon, or ever again for that matter" Severus says with a chuckle
"You done?" Sirius asks
"Yes" Severus says "That felt good"
"I know right and I am finally free" Sirius says
"It appears the sun is just coming up" Severus says looking out the window
"Ah well I see you are both done, I best get this scum to Azkaban" Fudge says walking in and grabbing Peter and apperating away leaving Peter's left foot behind
"Ahh A splinch" Severus says "Well I do have some potions that require human remains" Severus says
"Great now there is a foot stuck to my floor" Dumbledore says
"I'll get it Headmaster, Black you may consider going for Lupin and his daughter" Severus says
"Oh My Gosh, Remus, Anya and Skylar" Sirius says
"Here" Severus tosses black some conjured blankets
"Thanks Sev" Sirius says he bolts down the stairs and down to the tree he finds Remus hiding in a bush "Here Mooney take this and get inside, I'll get Moonlet and Prongslet and get them to the hospital wing you find them and yourself some clothes" he throws Remus a blanket and bolts down the hill he sees Anya asleep covered in a mixture of her own and a lot of Skylar's blood, Skylar was still in her semi giant animagus form wrapped around the tree she was clearly bleeding out and barely conscious "Prongslet you can let go of the tree now let's get the two of you to the hospital wing, Moonlet wake up sweetness you survived another moon"
"...Chocolate? Daddy" Anya says weakly
"Luckily I keep Chocolate on me whenever I am going to see Remus" Sirius says and breaks of a piece from the bar in his pocket and puts it in her mouth as he does this Skylar reverts to her human form her entire body and even her hair is soaked in blood
"It's cold" Anya says with a shiver
"Here is a blanket moonlet now follow me we need to get you and Prongslet to the hospital wing quickly" Sirius says scooping up Skylar in the last blanket and heads towards the same passageway he had brought Willow through
"Okay" Anya says "Where's Jag"

"Oh by the way here is your wand back Mr. Black, I retrieved it and the rest of your stuff from Azkaban I sent the rest to your residence" Fudge says apperating in and then he leaves
