These are list of episodes that I have in mind for the 4th and final season of Victorious. Enjoy!
Sam Comes To Hollywood Arts (401)
Plot: After getting kicked out of online school, Sam Puckett (from iCarly/Sam & Cat) decides to join Hollywood Arts High School.
Trivia: From this episode onward, Sam Puckett (from iCarly/Sam & Cat) officially joins the main cast and is now attending Hollywood Arts High School.
Sam's Bird Scene (402)
Plot: After joining the school, Sam finds out she has to do The Bird Scene. She doesn't pass the first time. After the second time, she goes off about it and soon realizes she passed all along and was only wrong when she asked if it was right.
The Breakfast Bunch 2 (403)
Plot: Due to Robbie choking on food and causing the gang to be late for a class again, they are forced to spend yet another Saturday in detention.
Crazy Ponnie 2 Ponnie's Back (404)
Plot: Crazy Ponnie is back and she traps Tori in the school basement for revenge. Jade, Robbie, Beck, André, Sam, and Cat have to save her.
Subplot: Trina is working on her show Divertisimo and hears it has been canceled.
Psycho Danger (405-406)
Plot: Continuing where the last episode left off, Ponnie and Nora team up and they kidnap Jade, Robbie, Tori, Beck, André, Trina, Cat, Sam, Dice, Freddie and Spencer. Captain Man and Kid Danger have to save them.
Kick Back (407)
Plot: The annual Kick Back arrives and everyone plans to make it the best one they ever had.
Absent: Avan Jogia as Beck Oliver and Daniella Monet as Trina Vega
Tori Starts Driving (408)
Plot: Tori has to retake her driver's test and finally gets her license.
Subplot: Meanwhile, Sam has to play an instrument since everyone at Hollywood Arts has to play an instrument. Due to her doing iCarly for 5 years, she never learned to play one instrument. André and Beck decide to help her play the drums.
Absent: Matt Bennett as Robbie Shapiro
Prome Night (409)
Plot: The prome is coming up and everyone has a date except for Tori and André. When they go together, they find out things they have never knew before.
Trivia: Tori and André, along with Trina and Sinjin become couples which makes all the main characters in relationships.
Memory Lane (410)
Plot: The gang is trapped in a storage closet and they decide to remember all the good times they had with each other.
The Date (411)
Plot: It's Valentine's Day and Cat has a date with Robbie. Tori, André, Beck, and Jade come to support.
Absent: Jennette McCurdy as Sam Puckett and Daniella Monet as Trina Vega
Parker's Back (412)
Plot: Drake Parker is in town and pays a visit to Hollywood Arts High School. What he doesn't know is Helen is the principal.
Trivia: It is revealed that Drake & Josh is a reality show in the iCarly/Victorious universe.
Vic-Tour-ious (413)
Plot: Robbie's sister is joining Hollywood Arts next year so Robbie and the gang (except Beck) gives her a tour of the school.
Absent: Avan Jogia as Beck Oliver
Big Time Hollywood (414-415)
Plot: Big Time Rush performs at Hollywood Arts High School. (Part 1)
Plot: When Big Time Rush's bus breaks down, they stay at the Vega house until it gets fixed. (Part 2)
Victorious Gets Quarantined (416)
Plot: When a dangerous gas leak hits at Hollywood Arts High School, Tori and the others resorts to the internet to communicate.
Secrets Revealed (417)
Plot: While still under quarantine, the gang reveals their darkest secrets.
Lost in Australia (418-420)
Plot: When Cat and Robbie suddenly ends up in Australia, the others head out to save them.
Trivia: Dice, Goomer, and Nona from Sam & Cat guest star in this special. However, two of them will have a minor role
April Fools Fool (421)
Plot: It's April Fools Day and Robbie becomes the victim in all the pranks
Victorious Gets Shipwrecked (422)
Plot: The gang goes on a cruise ship for a week but when a storm hits, they get stranded in Italy. Carly Shay then appears and helps the gang get back to Los Angeles.
Trivia: Carly Shay and her dad guest star in this episode.
Siblings Day (423)
Plot: It's Siblings Day. Tori gives Trina some perfume. Trina gets Tori Seasons 1-4 of Drake & Josh on DVD with a bonus episode of Zoey 101, Jade gives a key chain for her brother. Robbie gets his sister a signed Justin Bieber poster, André gives his first keyboard to his sister, Sam gives Melanie a picture of Freddie, and Melanie gets Sam a list of free coupons to Tuba Chicken.
Absent: Ariana Grande as Cat Valentine
Trivia: Beck doesn't participate since he doesn't have any siblings. Cat did not appear in this episode due to her visiting her brother in Idaho. Sam's twin sister Melanie guest stars in this episode making it the only time she appears in an episode that doesn't mention the word twin.
Hollywood Arts Close Down (424-425)
Plot: Ponnie is back once more and she has a boyfriend; Nevel Papperman. They get Hollywood Arts closed down. The Victorious gang is upset. Freddie is in town and the gang tells him what happened. The Victorious gang getting help from Freddie to convince Ponnie and Nevel to admit they closed down Hollywood Arts.
Trivia: Ponnie and Nevel are now boyfriend and girlfriend
Return to the Warehouse (426)
Plot: Steven Carson is back and he kidnaps Tori for revenge. He traps her in a storage closet in Wanko's Warehouse. The others set out to save her.
Robbie Gives Up Rex (427)
Plot: Robbie is finally ready to give up Rex. He tucks him away in his closet.
Trivia: This is the mid-season/series finale.
Wizard of Victorious (428-429)
Plot: When Tori suddenly ends up in The Wizard of Oz, she sets out to find the wizard to head home.
Blooptorious 2.0 (430)
Plot: The cast talks about the fun they had filming all their episodes.
A World Without Trina (431)
Plot: See what the world would be like without Trina Vega.
Karaoke Showdown (432-433)
Plot: Hayley Ferguson and Tara Ganz return and they discovered that Tori was Louise Nordoff so they challenge her and Jade to a singing competition. Before the audience pics Tori and Jade as the winners, Hayley and Tara offers the audience free food. Hayley and Tara then win by default and bans Tori, Jade and the others from Karaoke Dokie.
Subplot: Meanwhile Sam & Cat are babysitting when Tori, Jade, André and Beck arrive. They tell Sam & Cat what happened. Dice and Goomer arrive so Sam asks them to babysit the kids they're watching. They say no so Jade scares them into babysitting. Sam then challenges Hayley and Tara and wins lifting the ban for Tori and the others and having Hayley and Tara babysit the kids Sam & Cat were watching.
Trivia: This will be the first/only time where Sam & Cat are seen babysitting on Victorious.
Happy Birthday Cat (434)
Plot: It's Cat's birthday.
The Brother (435)
Plot: Cat's brother is finally revealed where he, Mr. Valentine, and Mrs. Valentine return from the mental hospital.
Subplot: André is still mad that he hasn't gotten stung by a bee so he uses honey to lure the bees.
Future Plans (436)
Plot: With graduation on it's way, the gang discusses on what their plans are for the future.
Hollywood Arts Spotlight (437) [Inspired by mbuche24]
Plot: Tori and Jade fight to be on the cover for the Hollywood Arts magazine.
Victorious Says Goodbye Part 1 (438)
Plot: In Part 1 of the Victorious, Sam & Cat and iCarly crossover finale, graduation has finally arrived. As Sam gets her diploma, she gets a call from Freddie and says Carly is in town. Sam rushes to Seattle to reunite with her friends. However, it goes bad when Nora returns and kidnaps the Victorious crew. Will the iCarlies be able to save them?
Trivia: This is the final episode of both the season and series. Part 2 will be posted in my Sam & Cat Season 2 blog.
