A/N: Whlep here am I yet again making another crossover story involving Tokyo Afterschool Summoners and a Fire Emblem game. Though this time it's Radian Dawn which is being focused on in this story. And it's a follow up to the Moritaka/Sakura one shot I made a years ago since well that was before the latest chapters got translated. So I wanted to give Shiro another chance to shine so to say. Though I don't really want to spoil anything, so I hope you guys enjoy this crossover story of mine. But I will say that this is a Shiro x Micaiah based story. (Sorry Sothe/Micaiah fans.)

Disclaimer: I own nothing.

The Road To Peace Is Stained Red

Chapter 1

Shino slowly started to open his eyes and saw nothing but blue and white in a swirling like vortex as he thought out loud to himself, "So the Filial One was able to protect the one that he loved. It's strange, I may be about to die and yet I feel a sense of pride with him proving himself to be a warrior after besting me."

"Dying? Who said you'd be dying? If that was the case then I wouldn't of taken you out of that world you were in. Though I'm surprised I was able to do that. Perhaps it was due to such a strong sense of chaos that I sense within you." A young woman's voice commented, which caused the anthro dog's eyebrows to narrow a little.

"And who are you exactly? Some kind of god or goddess?" The brown and cream furred canine shot back, before he clsoed his eyes. He then let out a breathe of air before he added on, "Though whether that is the case or not does not matter since I suppose I should be grateful to you for saving such a wretched fool like me."

"Well as much as I do agree that you should be grateful, I think you're being a bit hard on yourself. But since I don't have much time left I'd best tell you that I'm sending you to a place where your battlefield experience will come in handy." The voice explained, to which Shino saw the blue colors turn bright white. But once that happenes the voice continued, "Though I'm sure we'll see each other again someday. Until then though I need you to do me one favor."

"And what might this favor be?" Shino pondered, as he closed his eyes from the bright light that soon engulfed the void he was in.

At first the anthro samurai got no response. But after the light had faded and he found himself outside at night the voice faintly told him, "Please protect a girl named Micaiah."

Micaiah and Sothe ran through the bushes and trees in the dead of night after escaping two soldiers from Begnion. Though the two red armored men where behind them despite the distance. While they were running the sliver haired maiden's golden eyes looked up at her bird companion Yuna as it flew next to her in the air a ways above them. And as it did this the young woman found herself slowing down to a stop when she heard the orange bird chirping up in the night sky as she called out to Sothe with, "Wait a minute, Sothe. Yune is telling me that there's someone nearby who needs our help."

"Are you crazy Micaiah?! Those Begnion dogs will be able to catch up to us in no time if you have to stop and heal someone's wounds." The green haired young man replied, worry clear in his voice.

"I know Sothe, but I can't turn a blind eye to someone who is injury and who's life I might be lost if I didn't stop to heal them." The young lady countered back, before she followed behind the orange bird who had flew off a bit away from them. And upon seeing this the sliver haired woman followed behind her bird companion followed right behind by Sothe until the pair by passed by a pair of bushes. After doing this though the golden eyes of Micaiah shot up in shock followed by letting out a slight gasp when she saw a beast like creature in swordsman like clothes who had many cuts on his body laid out on the ground.

"Who or what is that thing?" The green haired theif pondered, while the two slowly approached it.

"I...don't know. But his clearly hurt." Micaiah confessed, as they continued to get slowly closer to the stranger.

And once they had gotten close enough the young woman saw that this creature was in fact some kind of beat. However, he also seemed to be very human in nature if she went off his current attire and posture as she knelt down in front of him and place a hand onto his chest. She then closed her eyes and began to focus on using her healing powers to heal his wounds. This went on for only close to minute before Micaiah reopened her eyes and let out a sigh of relief and removed her hand from the center of the beastman's chest. Though as she did this she couldn't help but blush a bit as she noticed that the beige and white colored top of the beatsman's was pretty much completely opened thus giving a view of his muscled pecs and stomach which was covered up by some bandages, though from the looks of it they weren't there for injury purposes. And even the bottom part of his attire had many cuts on the bottom part of it. In fact the only clothing that she recognized were his arm guards and boots. Even his hair was in a style she had never seen before as it was pulled back and into what looked like a high ponytail.

However, all of this was pushed to the side when she heard the stranger start to groan and grunt while he began to breathe normally again. And when she saw him sit up and open his his eyes Micaiah couldn't help but let out another gasp as she had never seen eyes that had red inside of white for the iris. Though his eyes themselves were green in color as she saw him continue to stare at her befor ehe looked away from her gaze and inspected his body.

And upon seeing him do this the sliver haired young woman stood up onto her feet while she asked, "How do you feel? Are all of your injures gone?"

After asking thsi question Micaiah saw one of the beastman's ears flick before he looked back up at her and give her a confused expression when he replied, 'Yes, they appear to be gone. But how is that possible? ...Did you heal me?"

Micaiah gave the beastman a warm smile before she told him, "Yes, I did. Though I'ma fraid we don't have much time for small talk because-"

"There they are!" A voice shouted, which caused the young woman to sharply turn around letout a gasp upon seeing two solders walking towards them.

"Looks like we've got company." Sothe remarked, while he took out a dagger and got intoa fighting position.

Though after doing this Micaiah looked back at the human like beast as he stood up onto this feet and placed his sheathed sword onto his shoulders while he slowly began to unsheathe it and had a very serious look on his face as he said, "let me hanlde this." Hearing this though only caused both her and Sothe to look at him quite confused while he continued to walk past to them and out to where the two solders where.

Once he had done this the golden eyes of young woman were filled with worry as she wasn't for certain what might happen to this stranger traveler when she heard one of the solders demanded, "What manner of beast are you?!"

She then heard a mad like laugh followed by the screams of both solders when the beastman's sword had cut them down. This was then followed by the sound of their bodies falling onto the ground. And when she heard footsteps heading back towards them Micaiah couldn't help but le tout a quiet sigh of relief upon seeing the anthropomorphic creature was unharmed as he just smirked at the two and commented, "There, those two weaklings have been dealt with."

"Wait, what do you mean by you took care of them? If I'm right then you obviously killed them didn't you?" Sothe questioned, as Micaiah then saw him stand in front of her weapon still in hand.

She then looked over at the canine like creature as a frown formed on his face when he replied, 'yes, I did. Though would they not of tried to kill you to begin with? If so then I did not just do you a favor by getting rid of them? That is what happens in a battle after all."

"That maybe true. But I could of just knocked them out without having to kill them." Sothe countered with a sharp glare on his face.

Though before things could get too out of hand Micaiah ran into the two men and glared back up at the human man when she told him, "Sothe, I understand how you feel. But as much as I don't like top admit our new friend here has a point. If those Begnion solders how found us they must likely would of tried to kill us without hesitation." She then turned and smiled up at the beastman and added, "So with that said thank you for saving us. My name is Micaiah and this young man behind me is Sothe. Who might you be traveler?"

"Don't you mean what he might be?" Sothe pointed out, still with a glare on his face.

After this had said and the young woman knocked her eblow into the young man's abdomen in a attempt to tell him wordlessly to be nice she kept her eyes on the anthro canine as he simply answered back, "My name is Shiro. And am I nothing more then a beast roaming from place to place. Though to be fair I was not expecting to be brought here. Though as two why I am here I am afraid I cannot say since I will be keeping that information to myself for the time being."

"I see. Well if you're traveling from place to place you're more then welcome to join us, Shiro. At least uhntil you've figured out where you want to head to next." Micaiah suggested with a smile on her face.

"What?! Have you lost it Micaiah? He just killed those solders without asecond thought? So what makes you think he won't do the same to us too?" The green haired young man protested, anger clear in his voice.

Upon hearing these warnings from Sothe, Micaiah let out a heavy sigh as she knew that he was only looking out for her. But before she could explain why he should join their group the young woman felt herself becoming quite drained as her eyes getting heavy. And before she knew it she was closing them and falling down towards the ground.

000000000

Both Sothe and Shiro let out a gasps upon seeing Micaiah start to fall towards the ground as the young man reached out his hand to grab her while he yelled out, "Micaiah!"

Sadly before even one of his fingers could touch her the human looked in shock as the beastman lunged forward and easly caught the young woman in arms while his overcoat flow behind him. Though tseeing this caused his blood to boil and hands to ball up into fists as the anthro stood up straight and then looked back him while he asked, "Is there a problem boy?"

"No... But don't call me, boy. Like Micaiah told you my name is Sothe." The theif remarked, before he turned away from him.

"I'll be sure to keep that in mind boy. But until then I'll be watching over the madian for now." The brown and cream fured canine stated, which only made Sothe even more angry.

However, He did his best to keep his emontions in check as he let out a grunt and then the two ran off further through the woods. Though what the young man didn't know was that Shiro was starting down at the sliver haired madian in his arms as he thought to himself, "So this is the one that I am suppose to protect? Though if she can heal people's wounds then she is certainly no mere human. I wonder what she may be hiding?"

A/N: And here ends the first chapter. And yes, I know not the most exciting start I'm sure. But I hope it's alright none the less. And I'm hoping to have the next chapter up someitme soon. Well depending on if I don't get busy or am away from my computer that is.
