Hello again…
Last year I posted my first Rio series in English here on FanFiction. I didn't expect to be so successful, but seeing all the criticism and support encouraged me to keep writing. When I announced that the last chapters of Blu Sky were going to be published in December many readers wanted me to continue with the dramatization but I really needed a break
During these first weeks of January 2021, new ideas for the second season of Blue Sky School crossed my mind. What awaits us in this second season? We will also have a special guest on this new series (his name will be revealed later) the only thing I will say is that he is a well-known reader and writer in the community.
With nothing more to say, I'll let you read the first chapter of Blue Sky School
The first few months in high school can be the most memorable for new students starting their freshman year at Blu Sky, like Blu, who after so many years of meeting Jewel again had a little connection that he deemed impossible from the moment he Roberto entered the life of his old best friend, but Blu was not the only one who lived a memorable moment. Jaqueline after so many years, she was reunited with her first friends from the first elementary school where she studied for the first three years.
But not everyone got a memorable moment
Roberto managed to conquer the girl of his dreams but his courtship was affecting the true friendship he had with Jewel and for the good of both they decided to be friends, only one of them was affected by the decision, will they try again? Nico was the first kid to be humiliated because of his size besides provoking a fight with an obese bully; he ended up being the laughing stock at soccer tournaments when he couldn't catch the ball
Like Pedro who changed his mind when the school principal forced him to work with his rival for the first school dance of the new students causing disagreements with the school bullies who began to mock him for his new way of think.
Some students managed to form new friendships and relationships like Rafael who ended up falling in love with Jewel's best friend (Eva) but lost the great connection he had with his sister Karen just like Gaby, his attempts to surprise Nigel were so successful now is one of his most trusted henchmen, but the lies of his beloved made him distrust the honesty of Jaqueline and other people.
There are also awkward moments between new students like Lila who never imagined having a suitor that wasn't the same color as her feathers, besides hitting a man (Felipe) and her first fight with one of her friends, her curiosities gave her the confidence to talk and get to know his first friends a little more, something he never imagined doing in his life
Like Kimberly, who got off to a good start with her new friends, but her love interests made one of her friends uncomfortable, who possibly hates her for her new interest? All those moments will be remembered in each one of them but let's not forget the moments of perdition and confession. Jewel lost Eva's friendship because of his jealousy with Rafael, Jaqueline confessed a part of her past with Lila (as Nigel) Pedro was the first of all to confess his reason for hurting others with the person you least expected. Nico and Lila agreed to be friends after what happened at the school dance. Will we see them together again?
And finally Leslie confessed her fear with the bully who knocked her unconscious and the same Blu Sky teachers recognized the children of her first students. All this happened in the first season of Blu Sky School, each one of these guys has a different style of regret and experience but ... can things change? Will there be more happy moments than sad ones? Will the troubles, the humiliations, and the confessions continue? Who will end up with the most emotional pain and suffering? I don't know, we'll have to find out in the next chapter...
Back To Blue Sky
The first few months at Blu Sky High were and will be the most memorable for new students, with the exception of sophomores and juniors, as they viewed the first days of school as the quietest days of the school year. School activities were not of concern to 15- and 16-year-olds because they were things they had learned when they started their first year of high school.
The disadvantage is that before or after the winter holidays the first grades of all the subjects they studied during the last 4 months arrive
"It's great to be back, don't you think so" Kipo spoke excited to return to class
"I'm still sick to my stomach" confessed Pedro feeling a little pain in his belly
"You shouldn't have eaten all the reheating from the holidays" Nico repeated, rolling his eyes when he saw another annoyance from his new best friend.
"I know but it was worth it" Pedro remembered all the food he ate at parties
"What do you say Tiny, are you happy to return?" Kipo looks at little Tiny
"Not so much" confessed the little bird "also I don't think this is the right time to talk"
"You say it for? The delivery of grades?" Kipo responded by looking at several parents standing in the classroom.
"Yes
"Well I wouldn't worry about that" Nico confessed "I always leave with good grades"
"I hope I don't get bad grades"
"You asked me for most of the homework in all subjects, you didn't do anything" Nico reproached when he saw the cardinal's tranquility
"I paid you for that, remember?" Pedro defended himself
"You haven't paid me everything. Genius boy"
"What are you talking about?" asked Rafael
"About the notes they are going to give us" Tiny replied
"Shouldn't you be with your girlfriend Romeo?" Kipo asked mockingly.
"Yes, but Eva's mother does not know that we are a couple," Rafael replied in a low voice looking at Eva's mother sitting on the chair of his girlfriend who secretly winked at the Toco Toucan. Rafael blushed at the sight of Eva's sign, but shifted his gaze from her when the older woman looked in her direction.
"I heard that several people failed the exams" Nico commented
"It would be very silly for someone to get a lower grade in gymnastics than in math, don't you think?" Pedro laughed softly as he imagined one of the boys failing Gymnastics
"Tell Blu" Rafael commented "he solved all the mental calculations that it was not necessary for him to do the exam"
"Hey, he was not the only one who did not take exams" reproached the canary
"Yes, but mathematics is difficult to understand brother," Kipo answered.
"It's easy you just have to ...
"Son, what time will your teacher come with the grades" interrupted an adult canary with a good physique and a little taller than his son, "in two hours I have to go to the disco"
"Dad, we barely entered the school with everyone else" Nico replied "Can you wait a bit?"
"I love being with you Nicky" Eric places his hand on Nico's left shoulder "but my job as a singer is very busy"
"I think so Mr. Foxx" replied Pedro, admiring the great talent of his best friend's father.
"I heard the rap you did with Nico; you are excellent at rapping ammm...
"Pedro" Pedro introduced himself once more with the father of his best friend "once again I am a friend of his son"
"Well Pedro, you are good with music" the adult canary repeated again
"I have several friends who are good with musical instruments Nathaniel, Lila, Dayana…
"Is Dayana the girl you're in love with Nico?" Tiny asked curiously
"It was Lila Tiny" Pedro corrected
"You never told me you had a girlfriend, son" Eric nudges his son speaking in a mischievous voice
"Dad, I mentioned it to you on the phone when you were in America, don't you remember?" Nico was a little upset that his father did not remember one of the best romantic moments with a girl
"Sorry champion, being a songwriter keeps me busy but it doesn't mean I don't care about your well-being" Eric apologized to his son.
"Well at least he managed to come to the delivery of notes" said Pedro "my parents don't have time for that"
"But who will sign your ballot?" Tiny asked
"I can forge their signatures" she answered in a wise voice "they win and I win too"
While in another part of the room Lila, Blu and Nathaniel spoke in silence while their parents awaited the arrival of the teacher Miriam
"That's what I did on vacation" Lila finished by recounting everything she did on vacation
"You were lucky to travel Lila I couldn't visit my grandmother because of the snow storms in Minnesota" Blu answered with a bit of sadness
"At least you got good Christmas presents" Nathaniel commented with a bit of annoyance "instead I received pure inner break"
"The care of our body is also counted as a gift" spoke with wise the blue macaw
"You say it because you are an only child Blu"
"Honey, did you wash your beak after eating?" Linda interrupted her son's conversation with her friends.
"Mom ... not here ..." Blu spoke in a slightly embarrassed voice when his mother treated him like a spoiled child"
"I just wanted to know if you did, oral hygiene is very important" replied the blue woman with round glasses while in silence Lila and Nathaniel laughed at the way Linda is holding Blu like a spoiled child
Not all parents have time for a school reunion due to their work or disinterest in their children like Jaqueline's mother who showed a desperate and slightly annoyed look
"I hope the meeting doesn't end too late," Cristina spoke in a low voice. "The later I get to work, the later I'll leave."
"I know mom, you don't need to repeat it to me," replied Jaqueline with a bit of annoyance upon hearing her mother's complaints.
"You don't have to talk to me with that kind of voice, you heard me" repeated the blue woman trying not to scream in front of everyone
"It is not my fault that the delivery of grades was organized the same day we returned to class"
"· You behave well with the psychologist, but with me" Cristina reproached her for the different behavior of her daughter towards her
"You forced me to do something I didn't want to" Jaque clenched her fists to control the anger he had against his mother
"It's for your own good"
"Yes and for my sake I have to spend quality time with you" she said in a low voice so that her mother would not hear her.
Some parents had time to attend their children's school events like Mimi who did not have the opportunity to be a mother, loved accompanying her favorite niece to all school events.
"It's too bad your father couldn't attend your first new school meeting" Mimi was trying to strike up a conversation with Jewel who was concentrating on her cell phone.
"Yes, it is," Jewel replied bitterly, still checking his cell phone.
"Mmmhhh ... Hey, how about you help me make dinner tonight?" Mimi proposed without losing patience "I'm going to make a delicious blackberry cake"
"Aunt Mimi since I entered high school you want to do anything with me and I don't like any of those things"
"I'm just trying to have a good connection with you, Jewie" she places her hand on the left shoulder of her niece "I want you to know that I will always support you in everything"
"You only do it because my father asked you to" he moves away from Mimi "because you have no other place to live"
That was the last straw that Mimi's patience spilled against her niece. She got tired of being treated like a servant for Jewel it was hard to believe but she finally opened her eyes "Well if you want it like that I will let you solve your problems it will be good for you to learn from your mistakes" Mimi answered with a firm voice
"I don't have to worry I just have to do the opposite of every dangerous thing" Jewel replied, ignoring her aunt's presence again.
"Hello guys" greeted the teacher Miriam entering the room with emotion "and hello also to all the parents" the presence of the adults made her a little nervous, their gazes were focused on her, she knew it very well because they looked at her with little seriousness
"An apology if the school principal gave us the report cards late at the last minute, he apparently forgot about the parent meeting hahaha ...
(Awkward silence, the sound of a chair being dragged and a small cough)
"Well let's start the first parent meeting with the new students at Blu Sky"
The meeting began with a roll call to check if all the parents were present the parents of Pedro, Ana, Nigel, Gaby and Leslie could not attend for different reasons but that did not prevent them from paying attention to the meeting
"Before delivering the results, I have the habit of rewarding the students who got the best grades" Miriam takes out three different gifts
"The teacher Miriam has not changed at all", Nico's father spoke in a low voice, knowing the beautiful details that his teacher made when he studied high school years ago
"The boy who got third place with excellent grades is: Kimberly Loeza" everyone applauded when Miriam mentioned the name of third place. Kimberly approached her teacher's desk to receive three bars of chocolate accompanied with a cotton candy
Kimberly's father, a yellow and blue feathered macaw, was very happy for his daughter who could not help but give his only favorite daughter a hug for all the effort she made with her new studies
"Second place goes to Nicolas Foxx" Pedro, Kipo, Tiny, Lila and Blu applauded with more emotion when the yellow canary received the same award but with the addition of a small box of cream cupcakes.
Miriam was attentive to Nico's father. Her face was familiar to him. She couldn't believe that one of her first students was already a father. "After so many years Eric, have you changed a lot?" The teacher spoke in a low voice.
"Congratulations son" Eric congratulated his son
"Thanks dad" Nico replied while Pedro, Kipo and Tiny looked at the box of cupcakes
"And the first place" Miriam takes out a basket full of sweets of different brands and flavors "is for Tyler Blu Gunderson" Rafael applauded with great emotion knowing that his best friend got first place in the qualifications just like Eva and the rest from his friends
"I'm not surprised that he got the best grades" Jewel spoke inside his mind as he watched as Blu's mother applauded with great emotion
"Congratulations Tyler, you really surprised me with your results" Miriam congratulated the blue macaw and handed him her award
"Thank you teacher Miriam" Blu thanked blushing receiving the basket of candies "but it was not necessary for you to give me this basket of chocolates and candies"
"I was always kind to my students and gifts motivate everyone who wants to have a prize"
"I'll still share it with my friends," Blu answered, moving away from the desk to return to his seat with his mother.
"I'm proud of you son" Linda hugs her only son
"Thank you mom" answered Blu blushing
"I think it was worth buying that new video game console, I think it will not be necessary to return it for the high price"
"¿Video game console?"
"These three boys will be on the wall of the school newspaper along with the other boys in second and third grade," the teacher commented.
Some parents congratulated their children on their grades and others made a little scandal because of the low enthusiasm their children had with subjects such as Eva's mother who was a bit upset by the result of a subject that her daughter studied
"A B in artistic" Eva's mother spoke a little annoyed "how is it possible that you failed artistic"
"I did not fail, Mom is only a B", answered Eva without stopping looking at the scandal her mother made for a B
"I take you to music classes in a private place so that you receive this low note" reproached the toucan woman, looking at her daughter seriously
"Mom, do not exaggerate" answered Eva rolling her eyes
"You have to improve in that matter Eva" ordered the Toucan woman "everyone has to see the talent you have with your voice"
"I know mom," Eva answered, tired of hearing the same words from her mother
"Because you don't pay attention to mathematics", Cristina reproached, looking at Jaqueline's results.
"At least I did not fail" Jaqui answered a little annoyed by the words of her mother "you should be happy about that"
"I see you doing homework every day and you come out with this low grade"
"It is not low breast, it is only a C" Jaqui clenched his fists again
"I hope I don't see this rating at the next meeting."
"You exaggerate a lot for a C" Jaqui tried not to yell in front of everyone "you should be happy because I didn't fail any subject!"
"Okay ... okay ... I won't say anything but don't make a fuss like last time" Cristina remembered one of her fights with her daughter
"You made me do it!" she replied reluctantly
"Do you think it's easy for me to be a mother and father at the same time?"
"That's why I don't want to spend time with you because I know how busy you are," Jaqui confessed, repeating the phrase that his mother did not tolerate hearing but at the same time it hurt to accept.
"¿Reprobation?" Lila's mother, Patty, spoke in a bit of amazement when she saw her daughter's grade on the easiest subject to pass "How could you fail Gymnastics?"
"But ... I ... is that ...
"How can you get a low grade in an activity that is easy to do?" interrupted the Lila-eyed woman looking at her daughter with a little seriousness
"I'm sorry mom, I didn't think she was going to fail in Gymnastics" Lila replied feeling intimidated by her mother
"You didn't miss school, did you young lady?" Patty doubted her daughter
"Why do you always think that about me?"
"I don't know, the classification surprises me"
"Sports are not my thing, mom"
"I know you're scared of balls" Patty asked again "but why don't you try it?"
"I already tried basketball, remember?" Lila tried not to panic when she remembered her first basketball lessons
"Yes, I know," replied Patty, "you were unconscious that day."
"Your father will love to see these notes" Mimi spoke with a big smile on her beak "this time he will have a good reason to talk to you"
"¿Really? ..." Jewel took the report card to review the results, her eyes widened when she looked at the results "Oh my gosh!"
"Are you not happy with your grades?" Mimi asked still smiling
Jewel paid no attention to her aunt's sarcasm. She was more concerned with her subject score "C minus geography, D minus physics, B minus gymnastics, F minus math and social studies."
"Some students had a very low grade and others failed less than 3 subjects" Miriam spoke after handing in the grades "so I ask the boys who failed subjects to stay until the end of the meeting together with their parents to talk about what happened"
"I don't have time to stay with these qualifications, I'm satisfied" Cristina spoke in a low voice
"It's the same thing I told you" Jaqueline replied with a bit of anger after hearing her mother's words
After the delivery of grades, the parents who did not have problems with their children left the school without worries, the parents of Jewel, Lila, Eva, and Pablo stayed with their children in the classroom to talk about the subjects that their children failed.
