NARRATOR: Two Weeks Following the Tournament of Power...Caulifla, Kale, and Cabba are currently in Champa's World; training in hopes of harnessing the power of Super Saiyan 3. However, the trio's training is cut short when Caulifla receives an urgent message from one of her fellow clansmen.

At mid-charge, Caulifla hears her phone ring. She stops and answers it while the other two continue sparring in base form. "Yo...Uh can this wait? I'm in the middle of something."

The voice on the other end of the call is of a male. "No it can't," he whispers urgently. "A group of thugs have assembled outside our main base. We need reinforcements."

Unimpressed, Caulifla scoffs. "Are we being raided again? Give me a break. You're all Saiyans. Aren't you? I'm sure you can handle a few weaklings on your own."

"Yes. But, these aren't weaklings who we're dealing with here."

Caulifla raises an eyebrow. "Say what now?" Suddenly Cabba and Kale stop fighting.

"These aren't regular thugs, Caulifla. They're space pirates, and they do not look friendly."

This seems to pique Caulifla's interest. "Space Pirates? You mean like the ones fighting the Sadala Army?"

"Yes, but of a different variety. One that most media outlets don't talk about."

Caulifla is amused by this. "Ohoh...Really? Well, that sounds pretty fun...but unfortunately I'm in the middle of training at the moment."

"Look. This is serious, Caulifla. Bastards have already pillaged a small town near the edge of your turf."

Caulifla is taken by surprise. "What? Y-You're kidding!"

"No. I'm not. Now I'm sorry to tell you this, but this situation is critical! Our members are dying and their children are being kidnapped by..."

Before the gangster can finish his piece, his words seem to put Caulifla in a state of shock. "Wait...What did you just say?"

"The children, Caulifla. They're being kidnapped." Suddenly, Caulifla's expression turns to dread as painful memories flood her brain. In her thoughts, she sees an image of a little girl watching her mom and dad being killed in front of her. Back in reality, Caulifla is stunned. "Caulifla? Caulifla, are you there?" says the voice on the other end.

Caulifla snaps out of it and she sees both Kale and Cabba with worried expressions looking down at her. "Uh yea. I'm still here." She answers. Caulifla turns around and lowers her voice. "Kidnapping children you said they were doing?"

"Yea. That's right. Know anything about them?"

"Hmph. I might've dealt with them before. How long do you think you can hold out?" At this point, Caulifla's demeanor seems much more somber than usual.

"Not for too long. Frankly, I'm surprised we lasted as long as we did. We could sure use your help right about now."

"Yeah. Of course. I'll do something about it."

"Very well then. How soon do you think you can get here?"

Caulifla looks back at Kale and Cabba, then looks away again. After a quick pause she says "I uh...I'll speak to Vados about it. Shouldn't take too long to get us there."

"Glad to hear it. I'll see you when you get here."

"Alright, man. Stay sharp." As she hangs up her phone, Caulifla's expression swiftly changes from somber to livid as past recollections continue to fill her brain. In her thoughts, she sees the same little girl trapped in a cage, watching helplessly as her older brother is about to be overpowered. In reality, Caulifla clenches her free hand in a fury. "Dammit," she says aloud. "So much for training. Can't believe I'm saying this, but Super Saiyan 3 will have to wait."

Cabba is stunned by this. "Wha-? For real? I mean...are you sure about this?"

"Yes. I am." Caulifla turns around and crosses her arms. "Don't have any other choice, Cabba. We have to go."

"Well, if you say so."

As the three Saiyans enter warp speed with Vados, Caulifla takes a moment to reflect. And to think that just a few years ago I was too scared to face them. Hell. Back then I was too scared to fight at all. Not now though. I sure hope they're ready, because when I get there I'm gonna make those bastards suffer for what they did to my family. They're not taking anyone else away from me. No. Never again!

Deep in thought, Caulifla tries to hold back as she begins to shed tears. Cabba has never seen her like this before and is stunned. Ah man. These thugs must be real bad news if Caulifla's crying right now. I have a bad feeling about this.

NARRATOR: Years following the Death of her Parents, Caulifla is finally in a position to get revenge against her childhood enemies. Unable to complete her training for now, she instead decides to go home...in defense of her people, but also for vengeance.
